Ok well everyones always asking questions on how to lose weight and everything but what about us peole that need to gain weight?? NOthing works and i eat alot- done the shakes and everything and i play basketball and volleyball. IM not too underweight but i could gain about 5-10 pounds. Im 5"6 and weigh 102. So any suggestions?? do you think that this is a stage where my metabolism is just really fast and will slow down eventually and ill gain weight or what?

yea i usta have that prob too.Shake def help. n e thing wit fat n it, like butterr, whole milk,peanutbutter..i don't think that ur metabolism will change over time, it mite but u can ask a doctor if they have specific ways that u can gain weight.
