ok how do you get your hair to look like wet but wavy or well not wavy but i dont know! well if you have any idea on what i'm talking about how do you get your hair to look liek that? thanx! _(link)

um i think i know what your a re talking about.
1. take a shower
2. let your hair dry, or blow dry it mostly stragiht.
3.Use hair gel or muose and scrunch it up
