okay school starts in 3 weeks and i wanna loose as much weight as i can before it...i weigh 105 to 107 and i wanna loose it! i need to loose on my thighs too they're pretty big. i excersise by going to the gym i only go like 2 to 3 times a week and play bball...what're some best ways to loose weight? how much could one loose in one week? by doing what? help and thanx!

ur sooo thin...i have no idea why u would even want to ...but because u do here are some of the most recomended things to do:

play basket ball: it builds leg muscles and gives u an aerobic work out(burns 354 calories)

go boogie bording at the beach: works back muscles and abs(burns 177 calories)

go canoeing at some lake: buids musles in shoulders, upper back, bieceps,triceps, and forarms.(burns 236 calories)

golfing: walking the five mile corse helps,carrying clubs works upper body.(burns 236 calories)

jogging around the block: a great calorie burner that tones legs(burns 413 calories)

sit-ups:gives a flat stomach(burns 266 calories)

tennis:tones arms and leg muscles(burns 413 calories)
