Hey everyone, For some reaon it doesn't show all the times I've Been rated.. so if you want to see... then check out my feedback :)..***Hey, Im from Connecticut and I LOVE giving advice... and Im always here for you if you need to ask me anything... i can answer all types of Questions.. don't be shy (i have had my fair share of embarassing ?'s.. so u can't say anything i prob. haven't heard ;)...)lol.. Anyways..

ok well .. i'm very critical on myself .. i think im soo ugly my friends say im not but i mean what r they gonna say ya i kno u r .. so they could b liein i mean ive had bfs nd stuff but i dnt kno how to make myself less critical of myself cause i got so mad at myself sometimes cause i think im so ugly .. x|0
Take a peice of paper.. and write down everything your good at.. what you like about yourself ((theres def. something)) All the stuff you've accomlpished etc. Then reread it over and over again.. and everytime you feel like you ugly or somthing.. take out the paper and read it and then add something to it. It helps.. Also when your doing your hair or makeup.. look at yourself and say I am beautiful.. you will feel better about yourself. Hang up things around your room that make you feel good about yourself and when someone puts you down.. laugh it off and dont let it get to you.. And make sure you have confidence.. if you want to get more guys. because.. confidence is SEXXY in a guys eyes.. trust me I know.. all my guy friends tell me. So instead of sitting there and saying how ugly you are.. sit there with a smile on your face and know that you fine just the way you are. And everytime you call yourself a name.. have a friend will will slap your hand or something.. or do it yourself. And then say your beautiful 10 x slowy so it sinks in..
