Thats a good question....me..i think its too young. Maybe you could give her ideas about having another kind of way to express their love for eachtoher. you have have them even go to third base...ask your freind if she really wants to lose her virginity this young. if she does...tell her she has to be IN LOVE with her boyfriend. Also tell her to use protection.
