OMG I just had the worst night ever at my job. Well I work in a large superstore in the clothing department. This lady wanted someone in the toy section to help her take down a game on the top shelf. I told her I'd help find someone from that department to assist her. Well I couldnt find anyone and then she started to get really mad at me. I was under a lot of pressure so I phoned the manager of the store. He said that no one showed up for work in the toy department that night, so no one could help her. Then I told him how mad she was and then he got mad at me and said "what what does she expect us to do??" and then I tried to calm him down and then he said he would send someone to help her. Well finally someone came down to help her but I'm really worried that I'll be in trouble for what I did. I didn't know what else to do, so I felt phoning the manager was the only option I have. Also, I have to be at work tomorrow and I'm terrified the store manager is going to complain about me to my supervisor. Does anyone have any advice? And do you think I'm in a lot of trouble? (link)

I don't think you could get in trouble. You did the right thing. You don't work in the toy department so you had the right to not get the game down. That was not your deparment so you didn't have to do it. I don't really think you will be in trouble over this because you did what you needed to do to assist the customer.

You should tell your doctor because you may have UTI or Urinary Tract Infection. It's a common infection that can be treated. So go to your doctor.

I have wavy/curly hair.
When i straighten my hair the strightener damages it.
My hair is still a little bit frizzy after I straighten it and a few strands wave up after about half an hour.
Is there anything I could put into my hair before I straighten it to make it straight and not frizzy?

I have a question for all you people who bake. When I was baking cookies, the top parts came out fine, but the bottom was just really gooey. Did i do something wrong? And if i did, can you explain what i should do right? They were chocolate chip cookies by the way.

You have to cook them longer. Keep them in the oven for a few more minites (but watch them)and they`ll probaby turn out okay. I bake cookies like every other day :) I love them... Leave the cookies sit after you are done.

Yeah, I saw clothes at a few department stores from them stores for alot less money. I bought a sweatshirt at Value City for 15 dollars and it had a 32 dollar American Eagle Outfitters tag on it. Try Value City, Burlington Coat Factory, and Forman Mills, Rave, American Eagle, Forever 21, Macy`s, also try Target they have the cutest clothes. (If you don`t have any of those department stores just try a regular department store.)

You should do whatever your comfortable with. Some people do some people don't. I would wax it or use Nair or something like that if not it`ll get all stubley (sp?). If you shave it it might get itchy. I would say try shaving it.

There's not alot of things you can do for money at the age of 13 (I'm 13 too) but here are some things you can do :
-Babysit
-Walk dogs
-Rake leaves
-Shovel Snow(in the winter)
-Get groceries for older people
-Cut grass
-Have a yard sale
-Help out around the house
Thats all I could think of right now...

i have a peer leading group at my school. my school goes to k-8th grade. so i help little kids in the elementry side with there problems and this will be my first year. in two weeks i have a peer trip to get trained. it supposed to be so much fun its gonna be like a camping trip overnight and i can't wait. but now i relized my sister's confirmation is on the day! if i dont go to the trip, i can't do peer. and i worked so hard to get into, i really have to go. but i feel so bad about missing it. my sister said she doesnt care, but my mom is really upset. and plus i wont be able to see my whole family that is coming for the celebration i dont know what to do =[ (link)

Tell the leader of your peer leading group your situation they'll probably understand. Tell him/ her something like this " [inserttheirnamehere] My sisters confirmation is the same day as out peer trip; its important to my family if I go since my whole family will be there. I promise to come to you another time so you can teach me what I missed."

I got a body wave in May...and my hair barely touches my shoulders. i didn't like it so i just comb it out..but suddenly now..my hair is really frizzy..and i dont know why. i usually comb it out..and spray condinator and its fine after a day. i'm dyeing my hair in a couple of minutes...so im pretty sure my hair will be really frizzy in the morning. Is there any products that ACTUALLY work? My hair looks dead when its frizzy and it's getting knots now. I've used gel but it makes my hair look worse. (link)

Use good conditioner to made your hair healthier some examples are John Frieda, Tresemme(sp?), Aussie and examples like that.
Now to get rid of frizz use John Frieda`s FRIZZ-EASE Daily Nourishment it stuff works really good.
I use it everyday and it stops frizz. It also stengthens and repairs your hair

You should tell your friend that you don`t like her copying you in a nice way. She most likely copies you because she likes the way you are and wants to be more like you.
