ok so i got a new phone in september and i hate it. its too late to return it but it doesnt work sometimes. today i called my friend ten times and she never got them!!! the phone goes to the voicemail and all but it never goes to them. its not her phone because it happens to other people too. other times it doesnt let me end calls and i have to take the battery out. the phone flips up into a "T" kinda shape. anyway, i really want the new EN V (i have verizon) but i dont want to pay the whole price. how can i get a new phone in exchange for this one?!?!?!?!? talk to the people at verizon, explain your problem, they may give you a new phone of the one you have, or you may be able to get a phone of equal or lesser value.

yeah, you two should sit down. try and work things out with the mortage company and all other areas you're having problems with. ask your wife to help out! you live together, she should help support the household if youre in trouble.

i'd put a green short sleeved t-shirt under it. red and green are comlentary colors, but if you dont want to look christmassy you can just do plain white, which would look fine.

i'm so sick of being invincible by my parents...
I get straight A's....right? and still yet i gain as much stress and shit from my parents as if i'm recieving straight F's. I asked my mom if my boyrfriend could come over tom. and she said yes and i'm sick so i decided to take a nap but before i headed towards my nap i made sure with my mom that it was okay... and she said of course!
then i get up a few hours later and she makes me fold the clothes it takes me an hour and then i asked her for some dinner and she said alright i'll give you some soup. So i sat at the computer and just checkd email and facebook and she started yelling at me at how i didn't study at all and such. i figured that it was going to take my mom like 6 mins to give me my soup but i didn't know she had to make it from scratch so THATS why i decided it won't kill to check my email.But honestly here me out.... I've finished a WHOLE 817 page SAT book within vacation.... and yet she still says that i don't study. and now she's saying how my boyfriend can't come over now and honestly truthfully my heart it does hurt physically and emotionally i don't know what to say or what to do... My parents just say i'm talking back when all i'm trying to do is state a point. (link)

sometimes parents are under a lot of stress, too. they dont mean to take yell, accuse you of things, or hurt your feelings. you should try sitting down with your mom, talk to her, and let eachother know how you feel.

play video games, do something that keep your hands occupied. try riding a bike or going for a walk. do some things that you think are fun, some people knit, sew, read books.

Okay sooo...
When i was about 13 i started getting pimples, nothing extreme, the occasional big break out, but when i was around 15 i started getting it on the top of my arms and shoulders.
I think i got it because my school shirt goes down low and i get pretty sweaty seeing as it gets very hot in Australia.
After a few months i realised that the ones i popped were leaving scars so i stopped. These scars were pretty bad looking by then. Its been a couple months and my arms are looking so much better but now i have these browny scars on my arms. Very slowly they are fading but i was wondering how long does it take for something like this to eventually go away?
I know its different for every person and i know it would take a long time even years but from someone who has dealt with this kind of thing could you give me a general idea? and some tips to speed up the process would be absolutely wonderful!

Hi! ok so i'll just get to it.. i had my period from sunday dec. 21 until fri. dec 26. and ok so that was that. and now its dec 31. and all of a sudden i have started bleeding again.. not a lot but a little and im having cramps too. i dont know if its normal for that to be happening.. its never happened before. and im not sure why it is.. any thoughts on what could be happening? should i go see a doctor? i figured i didnt need to see a doctor if it stopped . and its only been 1 day.. but still not sure whats really going on.. any ideas? thanks! sometimes that happens, i dont think its anything to worry about if its light and doesnt last for more then a day or so. your period doesnt just shut off after 5 days, sometimes it can linger around. if you're very concerned see a doctor or tell your mom. :)

For years Ive been using products to help me shave.. whether it be gels, soaps or creams... that gave my legs nothing but irritations,clogged pores, ingrown hairs and rashy looking skin.
Now that I've finally figured out what worlds my skin on my legs is full of skin discoloration and huge pores from years of using things that wernt obviously working to shave with.( its like you can see ever pore idividually and each one is dark, shallow, and huge.)
It's not one cohesive pretty skin tone color you know...so.. since I have figured out what works to shave with ( Pure Glycerin Soap and 2 bladed Men's Gilette Disposable) I still have my skin this way( the way I have just stated above) from years of the wrong gels, soaps, and creams...
so... if I dont shave my legs the rest of this winter... use a gentle salt scrub on them and Shea an Cocoa Butter body lotion on them... cna that help the skin look more like one cohesive skin tone color (mine's Ivory) then the huge seeing each pore individually as dark and shallow type speckled unhealthy skin as I have now?

your skin might heal itself if you do what you are doing to keep it from getting irritated. if it doesnt try going to a skin doctor for some perscription skin creams a doctor might have.

I work a 9-5 job and are in the freeway for about 2 hours coming home and don't know what to do to keep in shape. I work in an office and therefore I don't do much exercise. I was thinking of going to the gym but the only two gyms really close to my house are three:
Women's gym : a bit smaller then others but has dancing classes
24 Hours: it gets really full of people in the evenings
LA Fitness: about 5 miles away in the fwy and it has various locations
What would you suggest I do?? I have a treadmill at home but maybey the gym will distract me from the routine (working & going home)

its pretty much 50/50. at home you can use things laying around for weights (eg. heavey soup cans) its free to workout at home versus a gym, there's dance videos you can buy for a very low price and that can help you save gas. you only need 30-60 minutes of exercise a day and without the drive time you'd have more of your 2 hour free time.
but honestly, its totally up to you. its a pretty even split minus the machinery.

I believe that a site called qxbid.com is a fraudulent auction website. It is a site like eBay.com where you bid on items to win. I won a Nintendo Wii and the seller told me that she had shipped it out and never really did. She even went as far as to print out a label through FedEx.com to make me think that she did. That was the last time that I had heard from her and that was when the auction ended. I have tried contacting her and the web site over and over and over again and no response from either of them. FedEx states that it was never shipped out and the woman actually went and marked my item unpaid. This site and it's sellers are scam artists who are only out to steal money from good people and I would like to know how to shut them down so that they can no longer do this again!! This was my child's only Christmas gift and they ruined that for her!! If anyone knows how to go about shutting them down please contact me!! Thank you and happy holidays!! (link)

not to be rude or anything but you should never trust auction sites. im not sure if there is anything you can do, but if you had paid with a credit card and have never recieved the item you can go through the company and sort that out. other then that im sorry this had ruined your daughter's holiday.

Ever since about 1 week ago, i never really worried about the size of my stomach because i am skinny and have a very high metabolism rate. But lately, i have noticed my stomach is getting bigger and i don't like it at all. It is getting a little "Pouch" in the front. I hate it. After i eat, it gets so big and it looks like im pregnant or something. I don't know how to stop it. And after i eat, when it gets big, it stays like that for the rest of the day. I weigh 122 and i am 5'6 and a half or 5'7. I used to weigh between 112-115. Now, i am lucky just to get to 118. Ever since i have noticed it, i have been smaller portions of stuff but that's about it. My mom won't buy me the weight loss things because she says i don't need it. I also get on the treadmill every other day and i do crunches. What do i do? How do i get back to my old self? Any advice on this subject is needed! Thanks! (link)

your nostril can take 2-6 months to heal. i'd say wait for at least 6 and a half to 7 months after you pierce to change the stud. ask your piercer ;)
