try Crest White Strips. its a thin transparent strip you place over your teeth for a couple hours (nobody can tell its there). you do it for a week or two and your teeth will be much whiter. and they wont hurt veneers.

hey, alright so im getting my nose pierced in martch after cheering season is over. my question isnt "does it hurt" or whatever, its what side did you get your nose pierced on? the left or the right?

it doesnt matter. you can get it on whatever side you like. try holding an earring stud up to your nose and see what side you like it on best.

My mom and I are visiting my Aunt as well as my cousins.Any way today after I had breakfast with just my mom and my aunt I went shopping on my own and then my aunt and my mom went back to my Aunts Apartment at her Assisted Living Place. About a half hour into my shopping my zipper to my purse broke. I went to a store and purchased a new purse (a bigger one to hold everything). This one does not have a zipper but a magnetic snap. Anyway I transferred all my stuff from my old purse into the new one, checked the old one to see if I missed anything and then threw the old one out at the mall when I saw I transferred everything into the new purse.When I came back to the apartment my mom saw my new purse and I told her what happened. When I told her I did not keep the old purse (that I threw it out after transferring everything from the old purse to the new purse) she asked me was I sure I took everything out of the old purse. I told her I did and she asked me three more times was I sure that I did take everything out of the old purse. I then told her that I needed to buy the new one and I asked her what she would have done and she said you know me I would have brought the old purse back to the apartment and checked the old purse a few more times. However, when she said the above to me what went through my mind is that she was implying I should have still used the old one.MY QUESTION: Am I thinking stupidly and how would you have interpreted what my mom said if she said it to you? she was probably just making sure you didnt leave your money or keys or anything important in the old purse. im sure she doesnt mind that you bought a new purse and threw the old one out because it was broken. i dont think that she was implying that she wanted you to keep the old one, just that she wanted to make sure you didnt forget anything before you threw it away.

So we have to run a mile (4 times around a big track) for a time (meaning it's a race!!!) I am not that good a runner...what can i do to get me a good time and not get cramps or out of breath?! help asap! i need it by tomorrow (link)

dont try running as fast as you can. just get a good pace and try not to walk at all. also if you get a friend to jog with you it will keep your mind off running.if you get a bad cramp slow down to a fast walk.
by the way drinking water actually PREVENTS cramps it does not cause them.

I'm turning 15 in a month and a half.. and I'm starting to think about ideas for a party.
I want it to be suitable for under 10 girls (15 max). I live near D.C., so something there's a possibility.
I also don't want to spend a lot of money (like renting a place to have a frickin house party). But I can spend some money i guess...

search for an arcade around your area.that way you all can have a lot of fun playing games without spending to much money. also you can tell everyone to bring like 5 bucks to exchange into quarters. also a movie would be fun if it was all girls. if you cant find anywhere just have them all sleepover at your place and you guys could rent movies and make food for everyone.

you can put them in the washing machine and they will be fine but make sure you dont put them in the dryer. just let them air dry for two or three days.

okay. I'm a 15 year old girl. I'm a straight A student and I'm in all honors/advanced classes. I'm going into the 10th grade. And I have one AP Euro class. well...this is where the problem comes in. I procrastinate too much. I come home from school at 2:30. And I have ballet at 6 o'clock. In between that time...There is NO way that I can force myself to do homework. so what do I do? I procrastinate and go on the computer. Should I take a nap instead? Okay...so then after I have ballet lessons which are one hour each (Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) (Wednesdays are 2 hours) I get home. I eat dinner, shower, etc etc. When all that is finished..it's already 8 o'clock (9 on wednesdays). And I haven't done ANY of my homework. So I start doing it...and I don't finish until like 12 (or even later). I have problems waking up at 6 A.M because of this. And my problem presents and even bigger problem because of how it distracts me :( (You see, I have friends online...and I don't want to not be able to talk to them because of homework). What can I do to limit the amount of procrastination in my 10th grade year? Thanks in advance :( Are naps recommended during free time? If so, how long? Please help.. (link)

as soon as you get home try doing 1/2 of your homework. then you will still have time to get on the computer. after ballet finish the rest of your homework and you should be able to get it done much earlier. also dont do your homework in front of the computer. i know its tempting but the computer will distract you and just make it take a lot longer.

there is NOTHING to be worried about. i was so nervous my first day of highschool i almost fell down the stairs. but you get used to everything really quickly. you have a lot more freedom but your teachers will expect more out of you also. your schedule will probably be a lot different (depending on your school) but you will get everything down in no time. and highschool isnt like in the movies. the seniors wont pick on you or make fun of you. the older kids pretty much just ignore the freshmen.if you get lost or need help with something dont be afraid to ask a nearby teacher for help. that is thier job and they are more than willing to help out.

Iwas wondering what would be a good like nightly routine before I go to bed to wash my face and what products I should use? Like should I do an oil mask, the acne pads, then mositurizure (whoa spelling). That's just an example though. Thanks :)

drink a couple glasses of water every day and that should help the smell. if not ask your mom to take you to the docter. (trust me, i promiss it isnt from having sex.)

I have a hard time inserting a tampon. I'm 14/F and I have a slim body. My mom bought me Slimfits but I only manage to get half of it in. Swimming is about to start and I will need to wear a tampon during my period. I was about be able to do it further a 6 months ago but now I have a hard time doing it! Plus, I have horrible cramps on my first period so I avoid trying to insert a tampon. What can I do? (link)

try practicing putting one in sometime when you are not on your period. it may hurt the first couple times but your body will get used to it soon. also when you insert it point it straight towards your lower back. there is usually directions in the tampon box that will help you angle it right.

your hymen is just a thin layer of skin that can break just by normall movement (running, stretching etc.), so it might not even be an issue for you. but if it does break when you put in a tampon it shouldn't hurt to bad. it might bleed a bit even if your not on your period. this is normal. but breaking it will not harm you in any way.
