weird smell of my urine...

so i currently have mono and i'm also sexually active and starting yesterday i've had a very strong smell to my urine...i'm worried that it could be something more but i also have issues with my mother that she can't know i'm sexually active. so any help or ideas of whats going on would be appreciated! thanks so much! =)

drink a couple glasses of water every day and that should help the smell. if not ask your mom to take you to the docter. (trust me, i promiss it isnt from having sex.)
