i am goin to start working out. do u know of any good things to do? i want to look better by the time sckool starts which is in 3 and a half weeks. do u think i will start to see results by then or will it take longer than that? thanx!!
if u want ur tummy toned then you should probably do crunches! and if you want ur legs toned i think you should run or do some lunges! and if its ur arms..you should do pushups..jump rope..or use those lil weights that can be kept around the house!! but just keep ur heart pumping and eat healthy and u will see results *hope i helped*

well im having a few trust issues lately....ever since my bestfriend and me went out and broke up i havent been able to trust anyone....he told me he'd always be there for me and stuff and then breaks up with me and totaly ditches me as a friend all together and now me and him have absolutly no contact....not only that but thanks to him im having other relationship issues...i cant trust anyone and everone knows that all relationships are based on trust....i dont know what to do part of me says take a chance and get hurt whats there to lose. theres no actual normal height and weight for ppl..because i mean everyone is built differently! heights can run frum anywhere frum 5" to 6"! and weights can go anywhere from 90-130 lbs! its just all how u r shaped! *hope i helped*
