i did the cabbage diet, the original version from Poland, and i lost 7 pounds in 6 days. it's an unhealthy diet since you don't eat carbs, but you should only do it for 1 week at a time. And most people say its impossible to keep the weight off, but I prove them wrong.

Ive been having my period irregularly for a year and i think that it is becoming normal now. But when i have it, it smells weird/not normal everytime. kind of like fish but not really, and no one can smell it but me (i can only when im going to the bathroom). Is this normal or not and if no ones heard of it, should i get it checked out?
It is absoloutley positively completeley normal. EVERY girl is going through the same thing. i've only had my period for about half a year, and its already regular, and it smells disgusting.you could douche if you want, which is basically cleansing the vagina, but unless you're really worried and think it's something very serious, then you should go see your doctor. otherwise, it's not worth the cash you loose.

i'm 14/f and have never had a boyfriend, but that doesnt mean i havent been asked out. i just turned em all down. you sound really desperate, and thats not a good thing. i have a 17 year old friend whos never had a boyfriend/first kiss, she's really pretty, and shes still alive without a boyfriend. theres nothing you should worry about, just because they're getting boyfriends doesnt mean you have to get one. and if your going to move, whats the sense of getting a boyfriend now if you're going to move in about 2 weeks and it will turn into a long distance relationship which don't always work out.
calm down, your still young like me, boys arent a must in life just yet.

I bought my first digital camera last January (Polaroid iZone 300 with 3.2 megapixels). In my opinion, it's a horrible camera. The pictures don't come out very clear and the battery dies extremely fast no matter how long I charge it for. Plus, it can record videos, but it doesn't record sound. What good is that?
So basically what I'm trying to say is that I'm not very good at picking out a digital camera and I need someone's help. I'm getting one for xmas and I get to pick it out.
My "requirements": no more than $250, able to record videos with sound.
i'm not sure about any good cameras, but i'll lend you some advice about cameras. i have a cannon and its 3.2 megapixels, pictures are clear, videos are good, except theres no sound either. i didnt find this out until 3 months after i got my camera. yes, cannons are good, but you need to make sure it has sound. ask the people in the store about the sound, they dont always tell you unless you ask.

sooo me and my best friend are going camping, we need some cool games to play. we're camping in her backyard so it's nothin far away lol. it's kind of a couples party thing. so there will be 4 ppl. any idea what games we should play? and i don't mean little kid games. there's gonna be drinking too. and also i need songs for a cd to listen too, we're gonna make it so that it's mixed.
these are some super fun PG-13 games
1.theres three jars, one labled "person", (ex: james, janet, katie, ricky)
one labeled "body part" (legs, back, chest, lips, arm)
and one labeled "action" (lick, tickle, suck, touch, massage)
in a group of 4 people or more, each person has to choose one paper from each jar without looking.
Then everybody opens up the papers and does that "action" to this "body part" on this "person".
2.Consequences (sp) is fun it takes a while and you have to be in the right mood but you can get some really funny answers.
Basically you have a piece of paper each and you write down one line of the storty and the fold it over( so you can see the line) and pass it to the next person.
1) a male name (famous or school teachers are good)
2) female name (ditto)
3) where they met
4) what he said to her
5)what she said to him
6)what the did next (made out went scuba diving etc)
7) the consequence( the got married and had cats or brought as teapot and went to live on mars)
the best one are really surreal and very random.
and if you're completely crazy, like me and my mates, the line should be surreal too, like where they met- a marsh mallow.
so yea its kinda fun and quite a giggle.
3.Make a circle of chairs, one for each person minus one. Then pick a person to be "it" they stand in the middle. Have each person sit on a chair. Then the person in the middle says something (ex. you have a ponytail) and whoever that statement applies to moves one seat to the left- even if someone is sitting in it. I think my party record is about 16 people on one chair, it can get really rediculous but its soo much fun.

And all the people that have, have to put a finger up. You go around asking the questions, and the person that gets to 10 first is out. Good game to learn about your friend! err, this one is okay.

as for songs, i'd say alot of upbeat dance to songs. i dont really know what type of music you listen to, but maybe Lose Control by miss elliot, smack that by akon and slimshady, cameltoe by i dont remember, maybe chillin at the holiday inn, and maybe cold hard bitch by jets and are you gonna be my girl by jets? hmmmmmm, theres alot of good dance songs by ying yang twins, these are really good songs you can grind too, you know, if its a couples sleep over. veryyyy hot.

if you dont want him to in your mouth, then ask him to tell you when he's about to cum, guys know when they're about to cum...then you could switch to a hand job and it will go into your hands instead the best way to clean it up basically is papertowel and moist wipes. it does the job well.

I'm having a party later this month and while I'm not trying to schedule it all out, I'd like to play a couple of games. Halloween themed, drinking games whatever. FOR ADULTS. I've heard of the "Newlydead Game", thats a little too cheesy. Just simple fun games, that don't take up to much time and don't mess up our costumes/make-up preferably...we work hard on them! On Friday, my friend had a successful party with DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) and a moonbounce. I had so much fun (Well, that was because of the boys there, but that isn't my point...). I want to have an equally successful party.
What are things that you (or your kids) have done for their fifteenth birthday parties? Of course, there will be music, and stuff, but things that you rented//had at your party.
Keep in mind that the party will most likely be coed, with more girls than boys, but still coed. I'd like to invite about 20 people, but I can always go smaller. I plan on having it at my house [Have experience? Please share!]

i know you said you wanted to order/rent things, but spend money when you can play really fun games for free? believe me, these games are hilarious and are oodles of fun! i would love to play them at a party...

as for finding a place to meet girls...
i would say you should go clubbing, alot of girls go there, but i'm not too sure they'res clubs that allow 14 year old, well by me there are. i'm also sure some of your friends have some cousins or know other girls somehow that they hangout, you should ask and ask your friends if you guys could all hang out together. also, maybe you could get a job at a cool hotspot where alot of girls ago, or maybe you could do something outside of school to meet girls like maybe youth group in a church if your catholic/christian, i'm in youth group.

Okay, in your honest opinion does CRL, Lime Away, Kaboom or whatever work? What cleaning products do you think is the best to get rid of tough stains like the one in my tub. I don't know why but about 5in up the sides there is a color difference and it's darker and I think it's caused by my laziness of not cleaning it as often and as much as I need. So I need to know what cleaners work the ebst in bathrooms and how to get rid of that stain easily.
ajax, the powdered one, it's the best. you just need a really rough brush with water on it to scrub it, it works sooooooo good. windex is great for mirrors, and clorox is great for tile surfaces, but ajax is definetly the best for the bathtub.

VANILLA ANGEL FOOD CAKE WITH MANGO-GINGER SAUCE
Mango sauce enhanced with crystallized ginger complements this delicious low-fat cake.
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup sifted cake flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups egg whites (about 11 large)
2 teaspoons warm water
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Powdered sugar
Thinly sliced crystallized ginger (optional)
Mango-Ginger Sauce
Chocolate Hazelnut Teacake
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter
3 (1 ounce) squares bittersweet chocolate, chopped
2/3 cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ground roasted hazelnuts
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, stir in the chocolate, remove from heat and stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Add the sugar and mix well. Combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda, stir into the chocolate mixture. Blend in the sour cream. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Finally, fold in the ground hazelnuts. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Allow cake to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Potato Chocolate cake
INGREDIENTS
1 cup margarine
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup prepared instant mashed potatoes
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup buttermilk
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the melted chocolate, vanilla and mashed potatoes. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk, mixing just until incorporated.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
Peanut Butter and choclate candy cake
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
2 cups white sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons butter, melted
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one sheet cake pan or one cookie sheet with 1 inch sides.
In a large bowl, beat eggs until lemon colored. Add vanilla and salt. Stir in sugar, flour, milk, baking powder, and melted butter or margarine.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not overbake.
While the cake is still warm, spread with peanut butter. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate morsels, and put the pan back into the oven to melt the chocolate. Spread the chocolate evenly over the peanut butter. Refrigerate until chocolate is set. Alternatively, you can let the peanut butter cool and harden. Later, melt the chocolate, and spread it on the cake. It comes out in two distinct peanut butter and chocolate layers that way.
Chocolate Butterschnapps Cake
INGREDIENTS
3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
6 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
1 1/3 cups white sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butterscotch schnapps, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur
DIRECTIONS
Melt unsweetened chocolate and butter or margarine in the top of a double boiler or in a bowl in the microwave. Stir until smooth. Set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, beat eggs well. Gradually add sugar, and beat until fluffy. Add cooled chocolate mixture slowly; mix well. Stir in 1/4 cup schnapps, almond extract, and vanilla. Briefly stir together flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add flour mixture to chocolate mixture. Mix only to combine. Stir in chips with spatula. Divide batter into two greased and floured, 8 inch, round cake pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cake tests done. Cool for 10 minutes in the pans.
Meanwhile, bring the cream to a boil in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat, and stir in 12 ounces chocolate chips. Cover, and let stand 10 minutes. Remove lid, and stir in amaretto.
Remove layers from pans. Brush with remaining schnapps. Place one layer on a serving plate. Pour 1/3 of the glaze over the layer, and then place the second layer over the first. Pour remaining glaze over the whole cake. Decorate with slivered almonds
choclate banana cake
INGREDIENTS
1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
8 ounces sour cream
8 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 banana, peeled and mashed
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease and flour one 9x13 inch pan.
Mix together cake mix, oil, eggs, sour cream, cocoa, chocolate chips, and banana, and beat for two minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Let cool in pan and dust with powdered sugar if desired. ENJOY!
German Chocolate Sauerkraut Cake
INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup butter
1 1/3 cups white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8-inch pans, round or square.
Thoroughly cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Sift together cocoa, flour, baking powder, soda, and salt, and add alternately with water to egg mixture. Stir in the sauerkraut. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean. Frost with your favorite chocolate or white frosting.

1 (18.25 ounce) package devil's food cake mix

1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
1 (16 ounce) container canned chocolate frosting
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease sides and bottom of two 8-inch cake pans. Flour lightly.
Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl at low speed 30 seconds or until moistened. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into pans and bake immediately.
Bake 35-38 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pans on rack for 15 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool completely before frosting.
Butterscotch Chocolate Cake
INGREDIENTS
1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
1 (16 ounce) jar butterscotch topping
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 (2.16 ounce) bars chocolate-covered crispy peanut butter candy
DIRECTIONS
Prepare and bake cake according to package directions, using a 9x13 inch pan. Cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes. Using the end of a wooden spoon handle, poke 12 holes in warm cake.
Pour butterscotch topping over cake. Allow to cool completely. Spread with whipped topping, sprinkle with candy bars. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Raisin-Nut Chocolate Cake
INGREDIENTS
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup raisins
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup mayonnaise*
1 cup water
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine the walnuts, raisins and marshmallows; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, mayonnaise and water. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Stir in nut mixture.
Pour into a greased and floured 10-in. fluted tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.

I want to do a scavenger hunt as a way to give my boyfriend his Christmas gift but I don't know what to do..
I need some ideas on how to do it. I'm clueless.
if you guys are sexually active and are really opened about sex, you could give him a scaveneger hunt.(inside when nobodys home) when he walks in, there should be a picture of you on the floor with all your clothes on, and as he walks around and follows the picture, each picture he see's is a picture of you with one less piece of clothing on. finally, he'll come into the room and you'll be there completely clotheless. good, eh?

I know that everyone will probably ask this same question, but it's worth a shot.
I've been dating my boyfriend for almost 1 year and a half, so this would be our 2nd christmas together. Last year I made him this REALLY cute scrapbook with like the story of how we met with "100 Reasons Why I Love You" printed on separate pictures of us. He loved it, and for our 1 Year annivserary I made him this picture frame with the lyrics from "Such Great Heights" by the Postal Service on it. He also loved that, but I'm just stuck of Christmas again.
Should I GET him something? I was thinking about a watch, or a wallet.
Or should I make him something again. [Suggestions also on WHAT to make?]
Or how about both?

you should ask him what he wants for christmas, even though he'll most likely say, "i dont know, you dont have to get me anything."
if you were to get him something, i think it would be really cute to get him a teeshirt with the cutest picture of you and him on it, and write the day you guys first went out.
you can have this done at one of those stalls at the mall. that would be really adorable.

Well. I have had a period for years, but I have NEVER been able to use a tampon. Ever. Whenever I even TRY, it's intensely painful... I can get it in about halfway, but no more than that. Ever. I think I've gotten one in, once, but it was so painful to take out later that day, that I had to sit in a bathtub so it would slide out more easily. :(
uhh, i'm not sure what your question is, but i'll try my best to respond.
i've only had my period for less than half a year, actually i have it right now, and i began wearing tampons the second time.
i recomned playtex, the tampons are really good and have different levels of absorption.
in the playtex box, you will find a little sheet of paper instructing you how to put a tampon in, step by step. an easier way is to lie(sp?) on the floor on your back, with your knees bending and touching your stomach. use a mirror, and use a tampon without the cardboard stuff(the cardboard stuff helps you insert it). then you use the mirror, open the skin up with your fingers, and
and stick it in slowly. your muscles need to be relaxed in order to get it in. if you did it right, you wont feel a thing.

I have used Secret, Dove, Suave, Mitchum, and some men's deoderent but nothing works!! I sweat all over my clothes, but only on the underarm part, and it is embarrasing. I don't use deodarent at nite because I don't know what to use. Any advice would be SO greatly appreciated.

it's really good, it's clear so you can't get white stains on shirts, and it reduces my sweating so much. you should try it.
also, if your sweating is really bad, you should see your doctor, they will probably perscribe something for you that will really help you out.

what hair straightener do you recomened?? i am looking for a straightener that will keep my hair straight for a long time with no frizzinnes. my friend has one its called wet to straight or wet to dry. somthing like that. if you could clear that up for me that would be great =)
the best straightner out there is called chi or key or something like that, it's pornounced "key" and is about $100, so lets skip that.
the straightner i use is remington wet2straight, it's really good, and you can set it on a scale of heating from 1 to 30. it beeps when the straightner is finished heating up to the number of your choice. it's only about $30 too.
and to help keep your hair from being damaged by straighteing and blowdrying it, i suggest you use v05 mircale! mist, heat defense and conditioning spray. (it says all that on the bottle) not only does it keep your hair shiny, but it protects your hair from being fried.

do u knowany good straighteners out there? like really good ones that lasts all day without being frizzy ? but not too expensice ones.. maybe something that i can afford. [im 13. lol] ihave curly hair and my hair has been damaging due to hair dring and constant straightening. [also maybe because of all these different products i use for it like serums and sprays to make hair shine] i hope this doesnt sound confusing and i hope that you can help me!
