advice
at lunch yesterday my hards were dirty so i went to the bathroom for like a minute without permission. then this lunch lady (who everyone hates) came into the bathroom and was like "you didnt take a pass come here" blah blah i dont know whatelse said. so i was walking back to the lunchroom with her, and she gave me this blue slip (whoaa big deal lol) and she was like write your name down on this paper so i purpously wrote my name down sloppy so she can get pissed off, and she was like umm i cant read that erase it and write it better and i was like uh no thats how i write if you have a problem with it then too bad, and i kept talking back to her and she did the same to me so she forced me to write my name down better so i did, but i still made it sloppy and she told me to sit down. so today, she gave me the slip back for my parents to sign, my parents seriously won't give a crap about it, but should i have my mom write a note or something to her? or what should i do? LOL sorry this was confusing! thanks if you can helpp.
haha, go you! yeah, if your mom doesn't care, just have her sign it. people like the evil lunch lady aren't worth the trouble of arguing.

yes! my abs are always killing me after i do taebo, but it's a good workout.
i live in the USA and my friends are going to europe for 8 days starting tomorrow. if they take their cell phones, will they still work? would they get reception?
their cell phones would only work if they had international plans, which are very expensive. they would not get reception without the plan because places around the world have different cell phone providers. so if your friends have cingular or whatever, they would not get reception from a european cell tower... unless they had the international plan, then they would. however, i went to australia (i'm from the us too) for three weeks and the cell phone charges per minute are outrageous so unless they have unlimited cash flow... i would stick to email. but yes, it is possible for cell phones to work, it just makes a huge dent in your pocket. i'd expect that they wouldn't have international plans on their phones, but you could ask them.

they give off oxygen... probably not enough to make a difference, but i think it's a psychological thing too. people generally like plants. plus, they're nice to look at.

yeah, the other columnist is correct, audacity is really good. you can get it at download.com. i can't exactly explain how to do that, it's pretty self explanatory though once you get the program. you can also make ringtones with it :)
Ok as you get older is it possible for your face to get longer and then for your nose to appear smaller? but it is actually the smaller but same size? Or would your nose just grow bigger along with your face?

i know what you're talking about... sure, your face can change proportions. your nose never stops growing though. it might not grow at the same rate as your face. but it is possible for your face to change shape and stuff over time... it's just not likely that you will look a whole heck of a lot different in 10 years.

hahaha, of course it's okay. whoever told you it wasn't is a moron and obviously doesn't know the history of halloween, or hallow's eve. basically, it's an old celtic holiday where people thought that that was the night all the ghosts came out, so they dressed up in costumes to scare the ghosts away. it has nothing to do with satan or religion at all. so of course the holiday evolved into something fun and meaningless. actually, the people who really get into the spirit of halloween every year at my school are the devout christians. i'm christian and i participate in halloween every year. granted, i don't go out and worship the devil and do drugs and have sex with everybody. haha, no, my friends and i dress up in theme costumes... one year we were a toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, and dental floss... yeah. it's fun. but don't make a decision based on what other people tell you until you find out for yourself what you want to do. i mean, personally i can't see why anybody would have a problem with halloween. it's just some stupid holiday to take kids minds off of school in the middle of fall.

Do you mean why did he pee on the street, or why did he get arrested? Peeing on streets and stuff is generally frowned upon. If you don't believe me, try it out and see what happens.

I went to the doctor a little while ago. And I found out that I had some viral thing in my throat. When I was at the doctor's I told my mom what was bothering me. I mentioned to her that I have this problem. Whenever I stand for long periods of time, or sit down for a long time and stand up I black out, or pass out. My mom then asked me if I wanted a blood test. Im not a fan of needles so I said not really. Then she said not to tell my doctor. I did yell at her for asking me to lie to my doctor.
So I didn't tell my doctor. Its been about a week and my virus is gone. However, I'm still having that problem. I looked up my symptoms and theres a possibility that I am diabetic.
There are 3 different questions I have:
1) Should I get tested?
2) Should I report my mom for asking me to lie?
3) Is there anything other than diabetes I could have?
Please your ideas would be appreciated.

3.) Yes, actually. I had this problem too- I didn't ever pass out, but I would become incredibly dizzy. And this is what I learned after I researched it... teenage girls generally have this problem because we have low iron levels. I think it's because of the monthly discharges of blood, and we lose too much iron. Do you get dizzy when you stand up really fast after sitting down for a long time? That could be because you don't have enough iron in your diet. So if I were you, I would go get tested anyway, but I'd be willing to bet that it's because you don't have enough iron in your system. You might want to start taking vitamins every morning and see if it helps.
Odd question, what are some recently popular shoes (ones that can be worn every day/with jeans.)?
most of my friends wear flip flops (like plain colors or fancy, doesn't matter), ballet flats (come in all different styles), or even high heels... but i can't walk in high heels so i don't wear those.
Would your hair look weird curled if you have layers?
no, i sometimes curl my hair and it has layers. also, one of my friends has layers and wore her hair curly the other day and it was really cute! it depends on the kind of curls you want though. with loose curls, it looks good. with tight curls, it will probably be poofy but you won't be able to really tell where the layers are so it doesn't look too weird.

haha, he definitely likes you back. y'all hugged four times today, so if he doesn't like you then he's leading you on. which, it sounds like he likes you. that's a really funny thing to say... "i'm tired so i'm gonna lean on you", i've never heard that before but it's a funny reason to put his arm around you. yeah, he likes you.
hi,today my mom told me that my sister is not getting her periods from begining,, she were on medications,and they never told me before that my sister is not normal,i asked my mom and she told me that her utress is not like other girls and its too small and she is not getting periods.not like normal girls got once a mounth, and she is 24 now, and i love my sister i wanna do somthing for her, she allways cry while she is alone becouse all doctors told her that she cant be a mom in her whole life ,she is not married yet, and we are worried about her marriage , tell me who will accept her. please suggest me any doctor,i am from canada and my sister is in india,she is so emmotional girl,she allways cry and upset and allways in tention,please suggest me any doctor who can cure her illness,i would be very very thanfull for you,.please please help me,,
i'm sorry, but no doctor can cure that. your sister will find a husband who will not care that she can't bear children. there are many men that would not be bothered by that. other options for her, if she really wants children, are to adopt or marry a man who has kids from a previous marriage. but there isn't a cure for that. the best thing you can do is just be there for her. i'm sorry :(
i burned a cd the other day, and i only put a couple songs on it. the cd is capable of holding a lot more songs. could i still put songs on it? if i do, will it overwrite the other songs on the cd?

if it's a CD-R, then no. that means that it is permanent once you burn it, and you can't delete or add stuff to it. if it's a CD-RW (rewritable CD) then yes, you can. you can delete and add stuff to it. you would just put it in the disk drive, go to my computer, and select the CD drive and then it will show the files. it wouldn't overwrite the other songs unless you deleted the other songs. it should say on the CD or on the CD package if it's a CD-R or a CD-RW.
Has anyone used the Goody hair rollers made of foam?? (The pink ones) Do they work??
yep, they do work. when my mom does my hair for important stuff, she usually sprays herbal essences gel on it and then puts the hair rollers in. then i leave them in for an hour or so. my hair is kind of naturally wavy and shoulder-length, so it might be different for you. but yeah, they work great for me. they probably work better if you leave them in overnight, but i imagine that would be really uncomfortable.
Is black lipstick too over the top?

it depends on what look you're going for. i mean, if you're dressing up for a costume party, no... but if you're wearing it to school or work, then i'd say that it is a little over the top. i don't really know your style, but if you're not marilyn manson, i'd say no. i've never been a fan of dark makeup, but i don't think it's a good idea. maybe you should ask your friends what they think? i think it is too much. but do whatever makes you feel happy... as i said, i don't really know you, so it's a little difficult to say, but for most people black lipstick doesn't work at school or work.
