Responses to my last question have influenced me to write this. People have been telling me that bands like MCR are "great" and the "fans" don't "look at the band"*** but listen. Anywho, I now propose this:
If all these new bands aren't mostly about their image, why do so many kids mimic their appearance?
We shall use MCR again, as they are a good example. Black hair, girl pants, the works. There are kids who copy this style to the T. They may listen to the music, but they sure try and play the part too. What if MCR dressed more conservative? Do you think their fanbase would drop? Do you think the youth would start dressing more civil as well? I'll use my favorite band, Radiohead, as a counter example. They make millions of dollars, have a massive fanbase, but are far from eccentric. From performing to living their everyday lives, they dress down in the most casual of clothes. When you see them perform, the fans are mostly the same. No outrageous dyed black hair with gaudy excessive crap all over their bodies.
So, in summary, do bands like MCR sell more music or a style, and would they be as successful if they weren't so eccentric?
note: please don't answer this if you are an MCR fan and are coming to praise the band. this isn't an MCR question.
***I think some were confused when I said most new music is about image and not music.
Kids listen to music they think they can relate to. Therefore, kids that dress in black, wear girls pants, have 9483+ piercing are going to listen to bands that are the same; ones that they can relate to.
So yeah, I think that if MCR or bands like that change their apperance then there will be a big chance that they will also lose many of their current fans.

You can always do other things to get you well, stretched out more by the time you guys do have sex. If you're comfortable with it you can have him finger you. Starting with one and working your way up ya know? Lubricant will also help a bit. You also want to tell him to go slower.

I can't believe someone told you to use Nair. It even says on the bottle not to. What you need to do now is not touch anything down there until it grows back out so you don't irritate anything. When it does, you can either wax or shave. I would recommend waxing because it's cleaner and doesn't give you razor bumps. But, it does hurt more.

It really depends on how tight you are and how big he is. Some girls can't take the pain and others have almost none. It doesn't sting it just feels like he's streaching out your vagina. Which, he kind of is.

I need advice on how I can start a petition. I need to know how I officially and legally start it and who do I present it to. How do I organize it? As you can see from my title, the purpose of the petition would be to have some sort of ruling against out-ruling the pledge of allegiance in schools or changing it.

I doubt you can do anything about it right now since there is nothing that says that they are going to take it out. It was just a suggestion that comes up like every year. And considering that it does come up a lot and there have been rumors going around that they will change it but nothing has happened, I doubt it will be happening anytime soon at all.
As for starting a legal petition, simply getting a bunch of students to sign a piece of paper will not work. You need to get an actual petition document thing. Wow that sounded pretty gay. But anyway, and I'm thinking you can find out how to get one from your principal. I wouldn't try anything until they get serious though.

Hey I had my period for the past 2-3 years now. Now that I'm getting oldr and going out with more people I have started to use tampons. It really doesn't matter becasue they both are. I would look at your school's theme. If it was like an 80's theme then you should get a short one. But, like my sister's school is "Under the sea" For something like that, you'd want to go long.
