for some guys have started making me nervous.
like i'm a social person and for some reason like a week ago when ever i've been around a guy a find attractive i get really nervous and i feel red. (i don't turn red but it feels it.)

so why did this start happening all of a sudden?

Well have you ever dated a guy or talk to one you liked before. If no then you just got to get use to it.like me when I first start talking to guys I always said something stupid or didn't make since but now sence I been through it its more easy to talk without looking stupid. So just get in a confert zone where you feel you can say whatever you want without feeling nervous.

Well I think if he treats you lik3 that you should just let him go then sooner or latter he will see how you felt about him and he will see what he gave up.
Just don't sit around and wait for him cuz that's just wasting your time with other alsome people you can be meeting and I know you say you love his family do you love him too or just scared to look for something better. Cuz I been through giving up on a relationship with someone I loved and now I can say I'm with my dream guy so just give it a try.

Well I can say I know how you feel cuz I'm kind of going through the same.

Q: my best friend has been looking weaker and more pale lately. there was a week i spent with her in the ozarks with her parents and everytime she would eat she would go to the batroom like mintues later and she would put the water on really high and she would like come out twenty mins later and when i asked her what she was doing she would say. "oh. ive been having diarriah lately!" so i just always left it at that. i talked to her mom once and she said she has been noticing it too and she talked to her about it but maggie just refused it and said thats not true. i don't know what to do anymore. i can't talk to maggie becuase she gets really offended when people say "you look anerixic" if it's not true that she is throwing up everytime she eats imagine how mad she would be at me!

You proble want to just ask her if she can tell you and let her know that you care about her and her health and ask her to feel free to talk to you about it.

Q: Hi, I'm a 29 year old woman.

I was on Loestrin 24 Fe birth control pills for close to 4 years now, and before that I tried the ortho tri-cyclen for almost two years. When I started missing my periods completely I decided to stop taking the birth control pill so that my cycles returned (I'm not sexually active right now). It's now been THREE (3) months of NO birth control pills and I've still not had a period.

I'm really worried that I've messed something up by taking the fake hormones for so many years. I don't know why I wouldn't have my period at all for three solid months after stopping the birth control. In total, I've have not had a period for six months now in a row!

Anyone else have this experience? How do I get my cycle back? Please help because I want a family some day!

Ooh well all I can say is try to wait it out and if things stay the same then you should realy see a doctor pluse they can tell you better then anyone you know.

Q: This is embarrassing but I'd like some advice on it, I suppose. I'm an adult, by the way, not some 10 year old.

Three nights ago I was laying in bed. I was VERY, VERY tired and had really had such a long day. I was so incredibly wore out that I drifted off to sleep within seconds of my head hitting the pillow. Four hours later, when I was deep into my dreamland, something very unhappy happened.

I was dreaming that I had to pee very badly. I was trying to find a toilet in my dream. I was on a boat, rocking back and forth, and there were so many people around. I felt yucky on the boat but I had to GO! I was afraid I was going to wet myself in front of the crew members but, luckily, I found a restroom in the center of the ship. I sat down and began to urinate. On. Myself!

I felt the warmth of the pee on my legs and got scared and woke up from the dream. I thought at first maybe I just got startling THINKING I had peed myself but...the sheets were wet. It's REALLY embarrassing. I'm a grown adult in my 20s. I shouldn't be peeing the bed any more.

I'm not sick. I don't have any bladder problems or urinary tract infections. I haven't had an accident since I was like 8 years old at the oldest. I don't know why I "went" on myself! I don't know if I should see a doctor about it or not since I can't really figure out what may have caused this. I know adults don't do this and I don't know if I could admit it face-to-face to somebody anyway. :\

I'm mortified and now very afraid it's going to happen again!

So, I had an accident on the bed that night but I'm a grown adult now and shouldn't be having issues like that. What's wrong with me?!?!

So yeah nothings wrong with you every one went through that even me like you said you have to go bad in your dream and you wake up and find you went on yourself yea its normal no prob.
But yeah it could be that you jus drunk to much or like me when I drink drank alot and I get realy tipsy some times that happens.
But to help the problem go to the bathroom before you go to sleep.

Ok I'm not sure what all the flavors are but I do know that the green is the best one and I think there's not that many flavors and some say the green is the only one and that's the only one I taste so yeah hope I helped.

Q: ive never used a tampon before but id like to try it, but im worried about puting it in and take it out. has anyone got any advice about tampons ?

Oooh well yeah I have advice. Tampons are much cleaner then pads you know and it can help the smell fron coming out too. But they also are dangerous in a way it depends, you realy have to read the instructions so that no mistakes can be made and if you decide to use one make sure you change it ever 4hours and then you might want to check for any liquid type stuff that you never seen before if its not any then your straight but if it is tampons are not for you and you should see a doctor or something. Other then that I know some people say the first time useing it if you are a virgin it hurts but you just have to take it and after a while no pain but if your not a virgin then no pain at all. So yeah hope I helped out.

There's this guy at my school that has been literally obsessed with me for like two years.

He texts me constantly, and I used to text him back and we'd have these really cool intense conversations.

But then it got a little scary. About two months ago, he began to text me every single day like once every thirty minutes until I answered him back. And I'd have to answer him back, because if I didn't, he'd come up to me the next day at school and corner me at my locker and ask me to explain why I didn't answer him back. And he just would have this puppy dog look in his eyes, so he looked non-threatening, but he'd also be blocking my way out with his arms.

He's constantly leaving notes in my locker and on my desk in homeroom about how we're going to spend the rest of our lives together and have a bunch of kids. We are not dating.
I've told one of my friends about it, but it's embarrassing because I don't know what to do. Plus, he keeps telling me in every note not to tell anyone because they'll make fun of our "love" and he doesn't like it when people make fun of him.

This note thing has been going on for almost a month. And if he sees me flirting with a guy in the hall, he just gives me this look and then he'll corner me after school again. I'm allowed to flirt though, aren't I?? Well I can't anymore and I've stopped.

The puppy dog look has left his eyes by now.

And the reason why I've finally gotten up the courage to write this is because I'm all out of ideas. My friend that I told doesn't know what to do about it and she isn't really taking it seriously. And I'm too scared to go tell the guidance counselor about it because I'm pretty sure he'd find out somehow. (He tends to follow me around school). But the thing is that sent me over the edge is that he called me last night after school (today is Saturday), and his speech was slurred so I'm guessing he'd been drinking, but he said that he was planning on killing himself soon unless I:
1) stop flirting with other guys
2) stop talking to other people when he's around
3) have sex with him soon

He's crazy, right? What to I do? I was so scared last night that he was going to come over my house. I locked all the doors and I slept in my brother's room.
I don't want him to kill himself, obviously, but I also want him to leave me alone. I'm scared also too that with everything else that's going on (the notes about how we're going to be together forever) that if he does choose to kill himself, he's going to take me with him.

Please help, I'm so scared right now.

Hay well first don't tell him any thing that will hurt him in a way or get him to kill himself go along with it lik3 tell him stuff he wants you to so that you can have time to get him help cuz I'm sure you don't want him to hurt his self. Q: This is REALLY stupid but I'm SO curious about it! My boyfriend was talking about Dr. Seuss because he said he use to LOVE the books when he was little and then I asked him if he knew about the famous green eggs and ham book. He said that was his favorite book. The more we talked, the more curious we were about the actual GREEN eggs thing.

I guess you could put dye in the eggs to make them green but my boyfriend said he thinks there probably is something referred to as "green eggs" that goes along with ham. I'm not really sure.

Q: 18/m. You've probabaly heard this story before, but oh well.

I broke up with my girlfriend a few weeks before christmas.We had been going out for 6months prior. I thought that the relationship was really not working out. She thought the same but she didnt want to break up. After breaking up, she was rather depressed, you could see it in her face, and was crying a few days after.

On christmas eve, we met up to exchange presents which we bought before breaking up, and had breakup sex (probabaly not a good idea now that i think about it).

Before we started going out, she liked this other guy, jack. So the other day, i found out (on facebook) that she's going out with jack. Im sort of feeling the whole "now that you cant have her, you want her". Im not even sure that i want her, i guess im just confused that she's going out with him, just 2months after we broke up. Hay well I don't know its you, do you feel like you made a mistake or you just want her back now that she is with him I'm not sure but it seems now cuz you 2 are not 2gether you want here cuz you never thought she will recover so fast. Q: Okay so basically my mom is Crazy.

Ever since i was in fifth grade (I'm now 19) Shes just been ridiculous. Every time shes having a horrible day she'll come home and lock everyone out of the house. Its gotten to the point where my older brother will kick down the door.

There was one time when she was mad at me, she came up to me, hit me with shoes and then smeared peanut butter all over and and called the police.

I honestly don't know what to do anymore, i'm at my wits end. She constantly puts me down and says hurtful things all the time. I feel like the reason im so shy is because of how shes acted my whole life.

How do i approach her and let her know how im feeling, with out it turning into a crazy bitch fest? Im sick and tired of everytime i try talking to her in a reasonable tone and having her attack me.

I think before you leave to school or something you should write here a note, leave it somewhere you know she'll look. This will give her the time to think and hopefully its quiet so she can be able to have that calm moment.
The reason why I think this might work is because when you write to people it is a different feel and they don't got the chance to yell at you cuz all there is to do is to read the letter and lesson to what you wrote
So also just let her no in the letter you love her but you want her to change or stop taking things out on you, I think she will understand.

Ways you get noticed smile his way once in a while, wave, try to make it seem like he can't get his eyes of you cuz your every where he looks. Know some of his friends?( if yes ) Say hi to them just to get in the picture. Dress a way you never did that you think will drawn his attention to you.
