theres this root thats driving me and my friend crazy! well its sort of like an herb but thats beyond the point. its just growing wildly and people are trying to get ahold of it. we, however are mad ecoscientists and we want to keep our root all to ourselves! what should we do?

What does 143 mean ? im a little slow.

dont worry, everyone has to learn it from someone else. the one stands for the one lettered word 'i', the 4 for the 4 letter word 'love' and the 3 for the 3 letter word 'you'... as in i love you! its basically just an abreviation! thats all ive heard it used for.. unless of course you want it to mean 'i hate you'? id say just keep it to i love you though ;)... hope you understand now! =] -ask_anything

dilemma. obviously. my boyfriend and i have been going out since the beginning of august and things were great; we couldnt get enough of each other. but low and behold school started, the cause of a million problems, doesnt it seem? hes always too busy and i think im slowly falling apart. he says he misses me so much and needs me. that im the only girl hes ever liked this much. im tired, pmsing, and heartachey. not a good feeling. help me out, i know i can trust your advice

well, since it hasnt been a long relationship- its going to be harder to maintain for a dillema like this. but if you want this realtionship to last, you can do it- but it will be a little bit diffacult. school can be hard, especially when you go to separate schools. the wondering of what they are thinking about other people, who is hitting on them... etc. just plan a day where you two can be together, do it in advance- so you wont find something comes up right away. if he says those things to you, and you know he means them- he probably does. talk to him about your worries, ask him what he's feeling. do this in person. dont make your date until you are un-pmsing, rested and hearthrobbing for him. it's going to be a bumpy road, but you can do it. i promise you can make it through. =] -ask_anything

i have this friend who farts a lot. Whenever i go out with her and other friends they always think its me farting. How do i tell my friend that she needs to take bean-o or some gas stuff

just talk to your friend about how it's embarrassing you when your friends think it's you having the air out the other end... when it's really her. she could need lactaid pills where it helps control all that. just talk to her, she wont care if you are good friends with her. =] -ask_anything

ok i like this guy named Humberto and he is fine!! Well my gurl friends told him i liked him and he came to my table at lunch!! omg and i forgot to say hi and he got all mad and said i was ugly but an hour earlier he was like saying i was really hott and all now he is going out with this hoe that fucks every guy she can!! what should i do i really like him

well Humberto just wants attention it seems... he doesnt want commitment... he wants attention from you or any girl he can have. if he's going out with some girl that doesnt have a good reputation, then he really isnt going for one type of girl, hes going for any that will go for him. dont bother with him, he sounds like an attention-seeking, rude kid. find someone else, no matter how hard it is. =] -ask_anything

My little brothers friend is just about the coolest kid ever. (He's 12 and I'm 13). However he has some weird tendancies to stare at me and when we were on the trampoline he fell on top of me and kinda didnt really wanna get off .. until I threatened to hurt him even more than I already was hehe. jk 0=) He's just the right height so that when he falls over on the trampoline his head is kinda in some places hehe. As funny as it sounds some friends and I definately think he hits on us a little too much .. and at my brothers birthday party a few weeks ago we heard whispers about us .. a couple of other names mentioned. I must have a scan on them to see if theyre fit for my brother to be seeing. Tut tut! Hahaha. Dearest Jojo youre advice rocks my socks =D hehe

I am best friends with this guy. Hes really nice, smart, funny, etc etc but very perverted in a greatly amusing way. We spend a lot of time together talking and stuff and its really great! I know we both like it ... however, he really likes this girl and she is going out with another kid whom neither of us really like. I've tried to tell him that the girl he likes really likes her boyfriend so he shouldnt keep hoping because I dont want him to get hurt, Im not trying to be selfish or anything and some of my friends have basically told him Im like in love with him but hes still completely clueless. I dont know but Im not sure whether to tell him .. or to just keep it a secret. A lot of people ask us whether were going out cause were together all the time in school and after school too and one of my friends has told him that we would be really nice together and were just best friends having fun. I mean who doesnt want to kiss their best friend? =) hehe You are really good at this sort of thing, so thanks in advance!

first off- thanks for the compliment ;)!! ooh having your boyfriend be your past best friend is good... and bad. or so ive heard. haha he sounds like a pretty nice guy... im a little misleaded by the whole perverted in an amusing way though.. haha by the way you said it, it sounds like its an okay thing... ;)? well if he's hung up on some other girl he cant have, maybe you should open up and tell him you have feelings for him past best friends. dont do this online, or he wont get the same effect as in person- where he can see you say it, with feeling, not just little smiley faces online ... ;) he'll need to get used to the idea at first... but maybe he will realize what's right in front of him for once. of course, if you want to stay the same relationship concept you have now- and not risk it by getting involved, there is always "friends with benefits" which fits your "who doesnt want to kiss their best friend?" haha but i see where you're coming from! love does suck, but you have to play the game of it, which is always more tricky than you want! for my advice, if you could see yourself with him [actually picture this, it does help], then you should tell him [in person]... or wait until he gets over this other girl, then tell him. that part is up to you! if you are having big doubts, just wait it out. your gut instinct is always good, so follow it as well. sorry this was so long and confusing! ask me some more questions if you need them asked... ;) i appreciate your compliment a lot!! hope things go your way- =] -ask_anything

anybody know how to do different kinds of buns besides messy bun and "just wrap it around with the ponytail"?

you could try doing that old way of bun styles: with the japanese sticks things... never did it myself, but thats just something to improve it? or instead of the sticks, you could add a flower clip to it for addition of color and look! come up with some other original things, or look in a fashion magazine like vogue ...etc. for ideas! they usually have good ideas that are modern! =] -ask_anything

ok my homecoming is october 30th. i have a few questions. can anyone tell me a really good selftannig product because its told cold here to go tanning naturally and my mom wont let me go to a tanning bed. so that is my 1st question. my second one is can anyone give me a specific site for hairstyles for homecoming. and my 3rd and last question is what kind of dress should i get what colro and were (things like that for the dress) thank you guys so much! and i rate if it helps!

ok well im on a club soccer team so if you miss a practice or game its bad. but i really want to be on drumline but it takes up 2 saturdays a month and those are the days i have soccer and i cant do both because drumline competeions are out of town and all day so i couldnt go there then back for soccer. i dont know what to do

you could do soccer for one part of the year, and drumline another part... if possible! it's nice to hear you're interested in varied areas ;) but if you want to try something new, take a break from soccer, or do drumline during one part of the year when you can stop playing soccer for a bit. it depends how both schedules work i guess... good luck, and enjoy whatever you do! =] -ask_anything

well it's a little game where two people [preferably boy and girl .. haha] and they go somewhere alone and um... Okay, Im 14 and my boyfriend and i have been on and off for about a year and i really think im in love with him. A year isnt that long but weve been through A LOT. But we are two TOTALLY different people. We dont agree on anything except the way we feel for each other. So us not being alike at all causes us to argue all the time. We argue more than we are nice to each other. But we only argue when were not with each other. When were together everything is perfectly fine. Hes the best bf ive ever had and he wont believe me everytime i try to tell him that. He just puts himself down and thinks i deserve better but all i want is him and i tell him that all the time. He thinks we need time apart to make things better but i dont. (see we disagree again) and i love him with all my heart and i know he loves me too. Just the disagreements get in the way and i really dont know how to solve that. I'll do anything i have to to make this work. I really love him.

well, it sounds like a family relationship - they fight, but they never stop loving each other. it sounds creepy, but that's basically what it's like. if you'd do anything to stay with him, you obviously want this relationship to last. you need to tell him [how silly or hard it seems] that the arguing is hard on the relationship and that you two need to try to work things out more. when arguments come up, try hard to resist the defence of your side. let some arguements slide by... hopefully he'll do the same. if things work out, it should make the relationship stronger. thanks for asking my advice! =] -ask_anything [PS: leave another in my inbox if you need more advice.]

age shouldnt matter, if you have feelings for someone older than you, you obviously are really mature! thats a good thing ;) you're really lucky to have a mom who doesnt mind the age you date, many girl's have mothers who give them trouble about it. if you have a problem with it, then you need to find someone that is mature like a 16, 17 year old that is your age or a little older. dont worry, you just are looking for the guys that are a little more mature than boys who are obsessed with cooties =] -ask_anything

well it sounds like you're real sensitive, and i think most girls are! everyone is afraid of rejection! evvenn meee! ;)! if he might still like his ex-girlfriend, you may need to give him some time to get over her! definitly still talk to him- first start off with little conversation [hi! whats up?] if your too shy to do even that, then get his screen name or email and write back and forth on there! you'll figure it out ! and dont be afraid, if your confident you come off better towards him! =] -ask_anything

no way is this bad!! dont ever think just because you havent had a boyfriend that it's bad! i havent had a boyfriend and i just turned 14! i havent been ready for commitment to anyone so ive turned down a few people... you have all your life to date, and you dont need to be worried to start now! im waiting for someone i can be with longer than a two week relationship if you know what i mean ;). but be at ease, there are many other people just like you everywhere! take your time and enjoy the guys while you dont have to commit to one person! =] -ask_anything
