I feel terrible for needing to ask ths but does God really exist??
My family (and i??) are christians but lately i doupt that God really made us the earth and everything around us. If so WHY did he make us and the earth EVERYTHING!!!

yes he does exist. look at it like this.. who else do you know, that can make a PERFECT circle? i know of no one besides God. and i what i mean by that, is the earth is a PERFECT circle. man can not make a pefect circle. i belive what you're goin through now, is the devil temping, putting other ideas in your thoughts. i've went through this before. all i do is rebuke the devil in the name of jesus. bible says satan will flie from you if you flie from him, draw near to God, God will draw near to you. read the bible. seek God. you seek God he will help you out. bible says ask and you shall recive, seek and you shall find, knock, and the door shall be open to you. you go to God in pray he ain't goin run away from you, he'll answer you're prayer. i hope this helped.

Lately, ive just been really wanting to connect with God, and get to know him like everyone talks about. I want to improve as a christian, and i want to have God change my life so i can change others. No one in my circle of life is really in to that. And i feel that i have so many questions about God that i read in the bible but no one to talk to them about! I am in a youth group, but seriously, no one takes anything seriously, and they get real annoying after awhile, because they are so disrespectful and no one is really looking for that relationship with God. Last night i was reading, and it was saying all this stuff in mathews about not going to heaven if you break a ten commandment, but i thought it was if you just believe in him? did i read it wrong? or what? Also, everytime i read the bible, i start to cry for some reason, and i get really scared. and i dont no why. and i know god wouldnt want that for me at all. Where are some parts in the bible that talk about how much God loves us, and how he frogives us and doesnt expect us to be perfect. Because thats what im struggling with. and how should i start reading the bible because im new to this and i dont understand how to start, like where to start... thank you so much for helping. oh by the way im 14/f (link)

child, i thank God for you. i really do. you just made me feel really good. you said that you have no one to talk to about these things. yes you do. God himself. if you don't understand somethin in the bible, go ask you're pastor. not you're youth pastor, but the pastor pastor. and what jesus ment in matthew, was that you're not suppose to break the 10 commandments. BUT if you, repent of your sins(ask God to forgive you, and don't do it again. and you asked for parts in the bible about God's love and etc... ephesians 5:1,2

Okay... well I'm not trying to get any religious views, or have anyone change my mind or anything like that... but I've always had a hard time figuring out what to believe in. I went to a Catholic school when I was younger [only cause it was right down my street though, haha] and neither of my parents are very religious... infact, they hardly are at all. But I never know what to believe. Like, I don't want to not believe in God... cause if there even is a "Hell" I don't want to go there and burn for all of eternity haha. Now, I don't really think there is [well I'm not even sure what to believe... there's so much I can learn about] but what if there is? I'll never know for sure. So basically, I'm just always worrying about things like that and I never know what to think =/ now don't like, try to call me stupid and naiive or anything, cause it's not my fault that there's 9857285 religons. Usually I just try to live my life being a good person... cause there's really no religon that looks donw upon that... That's what my mom always says anyway. "If there is a God or a whatever, as long as I spend my life being a good person, I'll be fine" So that's what I try to live by. [religon-wise]. What do you think? (link)

its good that you're wondering about such things. thats real good. now there is a heaven and a hell. and what you gotta do is, seek God. and how you do this is, pray. now if you've never prayed its simple. its like talkin to anyone you can see. now, you said that you're a good person, so you should be fine. well down here yes, but you need 2 things in order to get into heaven. FIRST thing.......ask God to forgive you of your sins. and ask jesus christ into your heart. now if you don't get the whole jesus God thing, ill explain it. God created us.
reason why there is sin, is beacuse eve ate off the tree of life. so now we have a choice, God or sin. back to God and jesus, jesus is God in the flesh. jesus died a cross about 2000 years or so ago, for our sins. simple as that. now the SECOND thing you need to get into heaven is......... you must get baptised in the name of jesus christ. this is your "second birth" free of sin, you got your ticket to heaven. then you read the bible, FOLLOW the bible, and contiue as a good person. i hope this helped you.

I'm thirteen and I guess you could say i'm Catholic. My family goes to church every week, but I don't even feel good when I go. I feel like it's all a big lie, God and Jesus and Heaven and Hell. I mean, I think to myself, it seems kind of unreal that when you die you go to this wonderful place with God and if you don't follow all the exact rules of christianity, you go to hell with evil Satan. So you are telling me if I tell a little lie, or say "Oh my god" once, I have to burn in the depths of hell in my after life, if I don't go tell some priest all of my business and ask god to forgive me? Don't tell me that isn't true, because the 10 comandments say that. That brings me to hell. Out of the billions of people on earth, a fiery, hot place may not be scary to some. Maybe sitting in a white room with a set of rainbow blocks infront of you for eternity is hell, not being able to do anything else. But then, all of a sudden out of nowhere I get scared that that might be real, and all of a sudden I believe in god again. Can anyone help me out here? What should I believe in my situation. OH! And if you give me some quote from the bible to explain your answer, I swear I will ignore it because I can't stand that. (link)

sup. thats good that you're family goes to church every week. thank God for that. now im goin tell you like it is, you will think im crazy but thats ok. when you feel its a big lie. thats satan right there. bible says satan is a lier. and yes its goin feel unreal at first, because you're use to thinkin earthly, and not heavenly. and in order to get into heaven you gotta have 2 things. thats it. 2. number 1 is...ask God to forgive you of your sins. then ask jesus chirst into your life. SECOND thing. you MUST be baptised in the name of jesus christ. only 2 things you need. now after you get all that done, you start readin the bible, and seeing what it says in there. the book of matthew is a good place to start. and my belief is the priest has nothin to with God forgiving you. nothin. now you also gotta ask yourself this, when you do die. and you stand before God himself, and he reads everything you've done in your life to you... you gotta answer for everything he says. so to be on the safe side.....you should go with God. hope this helps.

hi, well my freind has been having family problems, and today he told me that he prayed a lot to god, to sort it out and what not, and when he got home, he told me that they were sorting it out, and it was getting better. is this the work of "the allmighty" or just a quencidence, because im not fully persuaded? what do you guys think? thanks (link)

i belive that if the guy prayed to God, and actually belived that God would help him get over his family problems, then yes i do. i also belive that God knows what you have need of before praying. so he was already workin on it. hope this helped.

13/f.Recently, I've been classified as a prep. Nothing else just a prep.And to tell you the truth, I don't like it. I like to watch Anime, I love flippy hair, I don't know. That's not prep at all. I tried talking to my friend's about it, and they think it's a sign of becoming emo. And I have absolutly no problem with that, but I'm afraid it might change my relationship's with alot of people. But then I suppose they're not your true friends, correct? Also, this has become to be a bit of a problem because since they guy I like is in fact emo, my friend's think that he's changing me. But it's not him changing me. I'm changing myself. I'm not doing it on purpose, my tastes are just changing. My 8th grade school year is more than likely going to turn out a peice of crap because I'm too busy trying to find my self in the middle of school work, boys, friends, and my family.
Is there any advice you have that might solve my problem? I'm so stuck and I've been crying alot lately because I'm so worried. Is something wrong with me or what?
