Ok so I got the Depo shot about exactly a week ago and I am supposed to have my period now[7 days later].We took a pregnancy test at the health place before I took the shot so i dunno. And it's still not here.Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex the day after I got the shot but he didn't cum in me. Why am I not getting my period, please help?
Many women who recieve the injection don't get periods for the whole three months that the shot is active for.
I have a male dachshund 3 yrs old (yes the the that pees in the house ) I just had my female fixed 8 days ago. And My puppy(her son) nine month old Piebald,got ran over yesterday ( still crying)I need to know if i can breed the dad with his daughter? As i have 2 of his daughters in the area. And life isnt the same without a puppy ! And hoping for another Piebald.

I wouldn't suggest breeding two dogs from the same family, as the puppy could have high chances of coming out with defects.

To exfoliate means to remove dead skin cells, generally by a scrub. However, shaving actually acts as an exfoliant, too.
I use St. Ive's apricot scrub to exfoliate with. You can get it at any drugstore for around $3-5 a bottle.
im 14 almost 15 a male and im not really sure on how to loose weight. i can't see my doctor because it would have to be the nutritionist and id have to wait till december or january and thats too long. i dont know what to eat because alot of healthy foods don't have much protein so somtimes i have to eat not excatly heathy foods which to me theres no point cuz i'd just gain the weight from the protien foods. and i dont know what excerises help and what would be good for a teenager. what should i do? what foods would be good and what exercises would be good?
Protein helps build muscle, carbohydrates have the same affect as sugar on your system (except sugar alcohols and dietary fiber.) Foods high in dietary fiber gives you that "full feeling" for a long time. A sugar alcohol is something such as Sweet n Low, Splenda, and equal. I suggest you eat foods high in protein and low in carbohydrates.
I'm not sure about exercises, though.
What is the average intake of calories per day for a 15 year old girl who is trying to lose 5 pounds?
It really depends on your weight. My gym/health teacher told us to add a 0 on to the end of your current weight to give you daily calories needed to maintain weight. However, if you're trying to lose weight, take 300 calories off of the figure you got to maintain weight.
Ex. Weight: 130 pounnds
Calories needed to maintain weight:1,300
Calories needed to lose weight:1,000

I seem to be getting really stressed out and depressed probably because of working a lot from my job, and working endlessly at school. I can't give up neither because I want to graduate and also, have money for the Holidays this year and the following years. Going back and forth between the two just stresses me out, and I never get a day off. I can't remember the last time I had a day off. Also, it's affecting my social life at school. Since I am always tired and stressed, I start to lose interest of hanging out with friends. I am almost always quiet at the lunch table, when I used to be loud and happy before this school year started. I miss the old days, and I just can't seem to gain my interest of being with my friends. And because of that, I am slowly drifting apart from my best friends, and it makes me even more depressed. I am asking if you have any advice how I can gain happiness in life and general, keeping my job and staying school, and getting close with my best friends again.

If you're in high school, talk to your parents about only having a job during the summer if at all possible. Not holding a job might mean giving up privileges such as driving (if you do drive) and anything else you may help pay for or pay for completely by yourself. I personally think it's worth giving up those privileges if it means one less thing off of your mind and one less thing taking up your time (your job). This will give you time after school to study and finish your school work without the distraction and stress of a job. School itself is extremely stressful.
If you insist on keeping your job, talk to your boss about scheduling you for shorter hours or fewer days during the week so you can still focus on school.
For your friends, try and devote one day a week (preferably weekend)to hanging out with them at their house, the mall, movies, etc.
As for general happiness, take one hour out of your busy schedule a day and just relax. Listen to music, watch TV, write, take a walk, etc.

I have a large underskin pimple, I think they're called Cystic pimples? Well its right next to the end of my eyebrow and when I woke up my whole eye was swollen shut from it. It hurts very badly, its quite red, and its a large bump. How can I get rid of it asap? Thanks!
Go to a doctor or dermatologist and get a cortisone shot. They completely get rid the cystic pimple in 2-3 days. I have experience:)

Somebody suggested Birth Control but I heard that can make acne lots worse. Is that true?
Your skin sounds so much like mine. I've had acne since fifth grade and it's just gotten worse since. I had cystic acne until I was put on a VERY strong acne drug called Accutane that literally, damages your oil glands. I also get cortisone shots in my cystic acne. It shrinks the cyst within 2-3 days.

I have about 15 little tiny buttons on my face; it's not even buttons I have no idea what they are cause I've never had them before.

It sounds like some form of acne to me. Go to the store and get an astringent with 2% Salcylic Acid to it. These will usually denote "For acne prone skin" on the bottle. Salcylic Acid is beneficial in removing acne as it sloughs away dead skin cells (It is also the stuff that some wart removing band-aids have in them to remove the wart)

It depends on how heavy your flow is. If it's very light, then go for a junior size, if its VERY heavy, super or super plus will work.

Tell jokes. Make him laugh. If he's in say, the Spanish club at school, join it also. If you pass him in the halls, say, "Hi, [insert his name here]" and smile. Guys love to hear their name come out of a female mouth. Plus, saying his name would catch his attention. Don't stalk him and follow him around, though; he'd be creeped out and really try to avoid you.

I love my CHI straightner. I have a 1" straighter, but they are avaliable in 2" plates. I have a lot of poofyness/frizzyness/wavyness in my hair before I straighten it. Afterwards, it's so soft and smooth.
