I'm kinda scared of shots, and tomorrow i have to go to the doctor to get a physical and i have to get a tetnis shot. im freaking out. do u have any tricks to help me relax or to numb the pain? i need some advice asap b/c the appointment's tomorrow morning. thx!

I have had a tetnis shot before, it's not that bad, it just stings for a little bit. When you go to the doctor, ask him specifically what he's going to do and what it's going to feel like. He will be used to this behavior. It's perfectly normal. good luck

I have an anger promblem,i mean i get mad at the litte things.And its hard to stop ,all my friend know i lose it fast.But i've been getin to fights more and more with friends.And they say i need to be clam and stop getin mad.I've tryed siting in my room in the cornor with music on.It works for a bit but,after that i go crazy.

Next time you get mad, take a good look at what you are mad at. You can meditate on your anger, and focus solely on what made you so angry. Take all this energy and put it into something positive, such as cleaning furiously for a while, or studying or something. This should work, and if not, you can always see your doctor or a counselor.

If this problem has been going on for two years, maybe you should see your gynocologist (however you spell it, lol). Bring it up to your mom or a trusted adult and ask to see the doctor. and Be sure to wash regulary and with good soap.

You could wear a tankini/one peice. There are sarongs and swim skirts you could also wear, or swim shirts that you can wear while swimming and will also cover you up. Good luck =)

hi/ i am 16 years old girl and never had a bofriend, is that a bad thing, first there was a boy and he said that he like me, but the very week we met he move out of my school, so we became talking on the phone, and he said that i was his girlfriend, but we never wet on a date or kiss, that very week he ask me out to watch movie, but my dad didnt allowed me to go, i lied to him that i have to babysit my brother, he said ok another time we could go, but he never ask me out again and we were talking, but we never saw eachother. one night he told me that we should be friends that his ex want him back, from then he never called me, he just disappear, since then no boy has ask me out or something like that, i have never been kiss or do anything sexuall in my life, am just asking is that normal or am i gay or maybe i havnt find the right person. Please i need ur help

This is totally normal.. Beleive it or not, tons of people your age have never had a boyfriend/girlfriend or anything. This doesn't mean that you are gay, just that you're waiting for the right person, and that's very admirable of you. You will find the right person in time.

You can use concealar, sometimes a little foundation will work too. Big, dark sunglasses will work too. =)

Yeah, love is a very scary thing. It can be overwhelming at times, and my advice is to just slow down.. You have your entire life to fall in love, and you'll find someone that won't break your heart, and they will always be worth waiting for.
