How can I get people to stop overselling my talents? My supervisor's been calling me a borderline genius in public and I'm really not. Someone's going to give me a herculean task that I'm not up to and it's going to be all his fault.

That and I could swear I'm getting dirty looks from my co-workers.

How can I bring his public optimism level down? Screwing up in a big way is not an option. (link)
Are you actually serious? A lot of people would love to be in your shoes. If your supervisor thinks the world of you, you probably are a great worker. If you've been given extra tasks because of this then use this to your own advantage. Document all those extra tasks that was given to you and you can use that the next time you have your review or better yet ask for a raise! As for the dirty looks your co-workers been giving you, they're most likely jealous of you. Why not be more friendly with them so they could also see what a great person you are...but then agaain if this really bothers you, you should definitely confront your supervisor in a profffesion manner regarding this matter...

Okay, I'm a sort of goody-goody. I don't do drugs, I don't have sex, I've never had a boyfriend, etc. etc. A lot of my friends don't believe that oral sex is something bad. i understand that it's something that a lot of people do, and I also understand that it could be much worse, but I really think it's gross, and I just wanted some people's opinions on it. Is it "naughty" to have oral sex?

*Just Wondering* (link)
It's not a matter of "naughty" or "nice" - It's a matter of "are you ready for this kind of thing?" It actually feels very pleasurable receiving and giving oral sex (Specially receiving!!) but if you're having this icky feeling then maybe you shouldn't be engaging in such activities YET.

ok i really like this guy in new york were my mom lives and i live w\ my dad in michagen but if i leave my dad i would feel sooooooooooo guilty and i wouldn't be able to help him. should i live with mom or dad? i know what your gonna say your gonna say that i shouldn't have just that reason for living with her and i don't i have more but this is my main prob. so plez don't say that! (link)
Why would you even bother asking for advice if you know what kind of advice people would give you? You know deep down inside what is right but refuse to follow your instinct because it is not what you want. Sometimes we have to make choices that is not what we want but what is right.

My boyfriend calls himself a Christian but doesn't go to church. I'm not a religious fanatic or anything, actually I'm pretty liberal and my church is too, but he's still really reluctant to go to church with me. He seems to really dislike organized religion. I understand where he's coming from, but he won't even give my church a chance... we're really cool. I'd love it if he'd go to church with me, I think it'd be fun, and frankly it freaks me out that he's so afraid to try new things. What do you think? (link)
I think that you should just rest this case. As long as he's not preventing you to practice your own religion that should be fine. Just because a person does not go to church doesn't mean you are a bad person. There are a lot of people who DO go to church but if you look deep into their lives they don't really practice what the church preaches and there are also a lot of people who DON'T go to church but are the one's who is good natured by heart.

I hang out with a few of my friends, but theres this one girl that follows us everywere How do we get rid of her??I dont want to tell her anything though Im just not good with feelings!!! (link)
Does the rest of your friends doesn't want this girl around too or is it just you? If it's just you then I'm afraid you'd have to find a way to get used to her being around. Majority wins. But if the rest of your friends feels the same then maybe you should meet up somewhere where she won't be around. Talk to your friends about it. Plan on doing something where she won't be able to track you guys down. Eventually she'll get the message if you keep on avoiding her.

One of my so-called friends decided that she wanted to make stuff up about me, I guess to start a fight, but it's pretty sad that she has to make something up instead of saying osmething true that's bad, and it's pretty sad that she had that much trouble finding something bad that she made something up. Question is, do I confront her about it or not, because I heard it on the grapevine. I don't know if I should tell her to her face how pathetic it is that she has to make up something because she can't find anything, or if I should just leave her to think that she has gotten away with it completely. Can anyone help? (link)
You should definitly ask her about it. But don't be rude or sarcastic about it. The first person to loose temper is always the looser. If you don't confront her she will just keep on spreading bad news about you. She's probably jealous or something but listen to what she's gotta say after confronting her and then go from there.

Look I have this boyfriend his name is Buddah and he has a drinking and drug habit and wont stop until he get's probation. Also there's this perfect boy in school name Maurice and he want's to go with me,So should I break up with Buddah and go with Maurice or stay with Buddah??????? (link)
Read you question all over again. It's pretty obvious who to pick.
