Titanic changed history because it gave people the idea that no ship is "unsinkable" and it would alert other ships so put enough lifeboats and lifejackets for EVERYONE on the ship. Also it should inform captains of the ships to check the messages they are receiving just like how the captain of titanic didn't really pay attention to the warnings of the iceburgs. If he did pay attention then that could have saved the ship. So yeah, that's what i can think of, hope i helped!!

okay so I have this new boyfriend. I asked him out, he "sarcasticlly" said yes but didn't mean it, I got mad. He asked ME out. I said yes.
So we've been going out since, last night. Today we were partners in science, we talked in math, and walked together. We didn't hug at all. I mean, I've had a boyfriend before; I just forget how. We're both shy. But I'm not sure if he REALLY likes me.

theres a up coming tour called taste of chaos its kinda like warped tour but smaller..i really wanted to go and everything but i dont think mysparents will let me.i wanted to go with my friendand her parents let her go and they said as long as she finds a ride and someone to go with her..(its a hour away) but i really really want to go.can anyone give me something to work with and try and convince them to let me go?

I became a Christian two years ago, but I was baptized Catholic as an infant. I really get into the Christian faith more than the Catholic faith.
However I also heard that Catholic is very similar to Christian, except that Christian is more of a general faith than Catholic? I really don't know.. I mean I would hate to leave the Catholic faith. I am asking what is the difference between being Catholic and Christian? Would it matter if I was baptized Catholic and being more Christian? What am I supposed to do??

i'm wondering the same thing also because i am Catholic but i went to a retreat with my cousin's Christian church group last september and i really got into God and stuff. I am still Catholic but i also have a Christian part inside me but i think the difference is that Christians only refer to God as the person they worship but Catholics also have Mary, Joseph, and Saints.

I have a social studies project thats due the week after christmas vacation but i want to finish this week so i dont have to do it over vaction. It's a really big project and my teacher told us to be very creative to get a good grade. He should us a lot of exanples. What we had to do is pick a person and for each letter of the person we chose we have to have a word that starts with that letter then write a paragraph about it and put it on a poster board and the posterboard is soposed to be very attractive and look interesting. Some examples had like wall paper on the backround with things that look like its historical, and also for the information some people did it on scolls. The person i chose was Alexander Hamilton and my question is what can i do to my poster board that will make it look really good and creative like the scrolls. burn the edges of the poseter board carefully!!! and i dunno how but maybe u can make the posterboard look old and maybe a few stains here or there around it. uumm also if you're typing the info on the computer for ur poster you should use some type of old fashioned SCRIPT font, but make sure you can still read it. if you are writing it on the poster then i think you should write it in script with a black marker. hope i helped!!!!

Ok theres this guy lets call him Alex. About a month ago he used to never care what people thought, was always nice, kept secrets, and in general was a great guy. But see the thing was he used to always sit with me and stuff and be near me and everytimeI talked to him he always asked me like 5 times who I liked. I never told him when he did. Then one day he was the nicest guy ever so I told him who I liked. Lets call this guy Sam. Anyway so I told him Sam and see Sam is like a popular guy (im also popular and Alex was well.....normal srry if thats sounds mean) hes nice, good looking and has a great personality. Now Alex never told anyone but ever since then he's started to change. He's gotten very annoying, hes become a jerk, has a big mouth, loves to bug me and acts like he owns the school. And it gets me really mad. Its like he's turned into one of the guys. (i mean the popular guyss that act mean) hes never been like this but he's changing rapidly and when I tell him about it all he says it "I dont care what you think! Anyway you guys always make fun of me so whatever!" I NEVER make fun of him. I never have. Why has he changed so much?
alex changed soo much because it may be a way for you to notice him, if u ask me i feel lyk alex really reall REALLY liked you, maybe even LOVED but its hard to know for sure but he definetly had feelings for you, and he feels lyk he just lost you to sam and that he may not have a chance with you so in his head he mayb thinkin mayb if i change it would get her to notice me or atleast talk to me ... that's my guess lol but hope i helped!!

well i have a BF that lives in another state about 4 hours away. i love him so much. but our parents dont know were dating. i met him because our parents are family friends. then his family came to visit for the first time. then i met their 15 yr old son. i do care about him a lot. but a couple days ago i was online and i let a guy my age have cyber sex w/me. and now i have to tell him the truth because i'm always honest w/ him and i think its best for me to tell him. but i learned my mistake and i'm never gonna do something like that again online or inreal life w/ someone i dont know. but i'm starting to have feelings for some guy at school and our winterfest dance is comming up. i love this ohio BF but i dont see how i can stop having feelings for other guys or stop flirting w/ other guys in my hometown. one day i mentioned how hard it was to have a long distance BF, all he said was yeah and he was glad we were together and he trusted me and he was glad he's homeschooled so he didnt have to deal w/ stuff like that. the worst part about it is that b4 we were born his mom lived were i live now. and his dad lives were they live now and now their married. they were in the same situation were in. i dont know what to do. i love this ohio BF but i cant stop having feelings for this other guy-and winterfest dance is comming soon. i dont want a friend as a date. plez help. 5's for all. thank you- i'm desperate for help.

Ok. right this is actually incredibly hard for me to even say becasue i hate talking about it but my mum is 49 and shes overweight she had a stroke and had to have an operation which nerly killed her she also has high blood pressure. thing is shes entered herself into a half a marathon power walking race. i really dont think she should do it because i know for a fact that if she does she will probably hurt her self or even die btw half a marathon is 13.2miles im going to go on it with ehr just to make sure shell be ok but how can i like try and warn her baout her fate in the nicest way possible??
