Hey all, this is my first question (among probably many) that I'll be asking on this site! Ok now that that's over with, where are some fun places to take your date on? I just started dating (this is my first time ever) (I'm 19) (and she's 17) and already going to the movies is kinda boring. I mean, the whole point of being on a date is to be with the person that you like, and spending an hour or two (or three) staring at a silver screen and *not* talking to the other person seems kinda... strange. I really don't like to eat -- I think it's a waste of time and I have always thought that. I eat the bare minimum to survive. Sometimes I get problems (headaches, mental confusion, memory loss, hysteria) because of my blood sugar dropping to nothing because I haven't eaten. I don't think I'm fat or anything, and my weight, which is within normal limits, has been basically the same since I was 14 (I'm 20 now, and female, incidentally). There are only about 12 foods I like and maybe another 12 I can eat but don't like -- the rest I will not touch no matter how hungry I am. Oh, and when I do eat, about half the time I get really sick later, not on purpose, very painful and embarrassing diarrhea and gas problems.
I honestly don't think it's that big a deal, I'm used to it, but my friends are disturbed by my behavior when they eat with me, or rather when they eat and I pick at my food. Do I have an eating disorder or is it just a quirk? (link)

russianspy1234 has made a very untrue generalization. my religion is fair to all people and we are accepting to everyone. we believe that God made everyone in his image and likeness and that everyone is loved in God's eyes. Technically you need to be baptized to become part of the CATHOLIC CHURCH. HOWEVER, everyone is God's child. In that case, yes if you lived a moral life then you should be okay. I play it safe and i go to church every week and like 2ce a year i go to confession. Just because you arent Catholic doesnt mean you can't be accepted into heaven.

i dont really understand what you mean by your very last tooth lol. umm but i would get it pulled so it doesnt get infected. your right theres no point in getting a filling. it doesnt hurt at all to get it pulled ive had 7 pulled haha. well they like numb it then put in needles but since they numb it you cant feel them!

So a bunch of my friends and I have decided that we don't want to go on our schools' senior trip after graduation. They're going "hiking though the mountains in Europe" (rolls eyes). And as fun as that sounds (I'm so not being sarcastic...), we want to be on our own and not with school chaperones. They duct tape our doors shut at night and we don't have co-ed hotel rooms. So, it's not going to be all that fun. I've been on school trips like that before and I don't care for them.
Now we need to come up with a place to go ourselves. We don't want to go to Europe because; well we've all been there and would rather go somewhere else. We also don't want to go to any sort of beaches. We can kick it at any beach we want during breaks and stuff. So does anyone have any suggestions? We need something exciting and somewhat "educational" (say the parents). Money isn't an issue as long as we can have fun.

I have a question that may sound strange, but tis a genuine question. I live in the UK, and I know nobody who supports George Bush, or even has a good word to say about him. He is generally a figure of hate. But I don't want to be close-minded, I just want a reasonably intelligent answer from somebody as to why they voted for George Bush, because I cannot see any good points to the guy at all.

Ok well I am a casual smoker. I used to smoke about once every six months (I limited myself). I'm not too worried about getting cancer because my mum is a chain smoker and she smoked is my washroom so I'm more likely to die of second-hand smoke. I don't care though. I'm not afraid of death.
So I've liked this guy for a few years and his sister died of cancer so I figured he hates people who smoke so that was why I never told anyone that I smoked.
For the past two weeks I have been smoking my ass off (and drinking a lot of coffee) because of all these exams, fights with my parents, stress at work et cetera. In terms of what this guy would think, I was pretty much like... whatever.
Anyway, day before yesterday he was walking in front of me and drinking coffee (which struck me as weird because he doesn't seem like the kind of guy to drink coffee) and while he was passing, this guy was like "Hey man, you gotta stop smoking over there. I know it was you!". I also thought that was weird but I figured he was just talking about weed or something.
Yesterday, we were talking about my smoking habit and my friend was like "You know who else is a closet smoker?" She said his name and told me that he smoked in his car so no one would know.
So I have a few questions (no lectures on how smoking is bad for you and how disgusting it is, thanks. I already know that I'm twice as likely to die and am injuring myself everytime I take a drag):
1. I know that non-smokers don't like to date smokers but do smokers prefer not to date smokers?
2. Do you think I should let him be aware that I smoke too?
3. Do you believe in people sending brain messages to each other? Because I JUST started smoking and drinking coffee two weeks ago and it seems like he just started recently too. Do you think maybe He/I influenced each other unconciously to start smoking and drinking coffee?
4. Do smoking and drinking coffee go together? Is it something that is totally related and that if you're a smoker, it's assumed that you're a coffee drinker.
