What are some good ways getting rid of love handles?! I
Ok I am dealing with this myself and just found some great workouts. Ok go to youtube.com and search Mel B on Ellen and there is a workout scene. Do what she does plus like throw in like 10 leg lifts per leg and do 30min. 2times a day or do 1 hr 1time a day. Works the hole body and she has some great ab work outs. Good Luck! Don't give up!

hi! 18/female.
well i recently went to the doctor on tuesday, to get checked for a bladder infection or UTI. the tests came back negative. after i left i was thinking, would i maybe have a yeast infection or something? because sometimes the smell down there isn't so pleasant. when they checked to see if i had a UTI, they just made me pee in a cup. if i did have any other sort of infection, would it of came up in the results or not since i only asked about the UTI? thanks.
I just saw what the other one wrote about the STD if not also check to see if you are pregnant. Sometimes you can still get a regualr perior first couple mon. of pregnancy and it can smell down there. Good luck!

Well if you aren't even dating trust me it isn't love. It is only lust right now. Not to be mean. You have to be yourself! Just approach him tell him how you feel. ok, i know absolutely nothing about cars, but i'm looking for one right now.. preferably under 5000 dollars.. is it possible to find a good car for under this?? and a lot of the cars i've been seeing for under this have more than 100,000 miles.. is that ok? anyone who has any advice i would greatly appreciate it, thanks
Honestly right now you don't want to be spending a lot on a car. Just get a cheap one. Check, and this may sound weird, but criagslist. That is where I found mine. Low miles and only 2600 and in great condition! good Luck. Most cars are going to have 100,000 plus miles if getting a used car. It is just fine. Good Luck!!

Hi,
I was wondering if your allowed to not go to yearlies. Like is that a requirement? I really dont like people looking at my body. Not even my mom or sisters! Ive already gone once last year and I was very uncomfortable with my mom watching and my doctor feeling around and looking. And I most definitely do not want to go to a gynecologist. Is it possible to not go?
And yes I know they are important so my doctor can make sure everythings okay and how its supposed to be but I really,REALLY do not want to go.
I was the same way. If you don't want anyone in the room besides the doctor just tell your mom that. Just tell her the truth, I don't feel comfortable with you in the room. There is nothing wrong with that. They are very important. Make sure you go. The first couple of times are a little weird but you will get use to it. That is their job. I didn't go untill I got pregnant think of how weird that was. So, go and everything will be ok!

I know this guy, and he is my neighbor. and a while ago, I had a dream about him and I decided to confront him about it. And we started talking and flirting and we arent going out but he wants to hang out and get to know me better. but the thing is... whenever he wants to hang out he talks to me and says "so you busy tonight?" but then on other days (such as week days) he wont talk to me at all. I text him and he gives me short answers like "hey" "whats up" "not much" "same" "yep" but then on the weekends when we want to hang its like "oh ya so i talked to my friend and he was totally cool about it" its so weird. He is a player. Don't even mess with him. If ya want to drive him crazy do what he does to you. Give him short answers don't pay like any attention to him. It will drive him crazy. Only thing don't give in to him. You don't want to let him win!

Alright well, you are young... very young. To be 19 and only a 6mon. relathionship it isn't worth it. I am sorry to say. I have been in a similar postion and i would just get out of it. i have this really perverted teacher who is hitting on my friend and making really disgusting remarks to me and mt friends and its really starting to freak me out. should i go to a guidence counslor about it so she can do somthing about it? if i do than the problem is i went there last year about a teacher and she might think i have teacher problems.

I got fingered last night. I was with my boyfriend and he took me to his room and started fingering me. I am 14 almost 15 and today I noticed that I was bleeding a little. Is this normal? I am also a little sore. This was my first time ever doing anything like this. I'm really worrird.
He probley just scratched you. That has happened to me. Nothing to worry about and the soreness will go away. I should say though that at this age you do not want to start doing this type of stuff. I was 16 when I started and never thought it would happen but got pregnant at 17 and now I am 20 with 2 kids. Be carefull! It is fun untill you are up all night and day with a kid.

like i had really dry lips and then like i bit them and i bit the skin off too much of one area and now like that part of my lip is like all swollen and has like a scab on it.
any ideas what i could do to make it go away?
The bump will heal on it's on but here are a few ideas on how to take care of dry lips so it can be taken care of right away. coconut oil, or olive oil, or shea butter. Do not use any gel, balm, or lipstick that contain alcohol or petroleum products they only make them dryer. Hope this helps. You can try it now to see if the bump goes away faster.

I went to the Dr. recently and she told me I am 1.5 cm dilated and that she was able to feel the baby's head. I read online about losing the mucous plug, and some sites say that you can be dilated and still have not lost your mucous plug.
So I'm just curious as to how I would know if I have already lost it or if its possible that I haven't lost it yet.
I was kind of thinking that if she was able to feel the baby's head then i probably lost it. but what do I know..this is my first child so bear with the stupid questions.. hehe.

I have had two kids and was questioning all the time if i lost mine. Truth is YOU WILL KNOW! It will be a glob, either in your panties or you will hear it fall in the toliet. It is usually a clear to yellow color. Good Luck and congrats!!!

I'm in high school and back in middle school there was this girl who i really wanted to be friends with. i got lucky and in 7th grade she was in my homeroom. we got to be real good friends and hang out. now we're in high school and i haven't really talked to her a lot in years. okay last 6 weeks off and on My tonsiles go back and forth with swollen and with sinus draining. now i got a ittarting top where touching my toung. last 3 time went docter i had postive for steps. and my glands are little sore and i still coughs sometimes. plus i have clefts palated, been having headaces mostly sinuses. what are styemtion for thyiod disorder?

Ok well let me start off by saying you are very young. Start eating healthy. Walk a mile a day. When watching TV get on the floor and do leg lifts. Chew on a stick of gum rather then eating a bowl of chips. Look at food. I never did and now I am HUGE. I am slowly loosing the weight but make sure you look at callories and fat.
