I'm a 17 year old girl from the East Coast of the United States.
Although i'm young, i've been through my share of problems.
I'm not going to tell you I can answer any question, but I'll certainly try.
I don't judge people because of the fact that I don't like to be judged myself.
I'm generally a nice person, but if you give me attitude, you won't be happy with my response.
I love listening to music, etc.
I have a job & have volunteered before,
I've been through drivers ed & have my license + a car,
I'm going to be a senior next year so I can help you with high school experiences.
All in all, i'll try to help you no matter what.
I also tend to reference websites when giving my answers because then I have proof that my advice is valid.

alright, i've been searching everywhere for a certain haircut for my face but i can't find the right one. Here are my descriptions: a long/big face, with a wide forhead that goes back pretty far, and a somewhat large nose. right now, i have my hair somewhat long and very straight, and all one length. any ideas? thanks in advance

I have a big'ish forehead and a "heart-shaped" face, and my hair was just long and straight too. I got it cut two days ago and I got sidebangs [not cut too short] and long layers, but kept my hair the same length. I think it looks soo much better and have gotten compliments on it.
Try it, and it takes a day or two to get used to the sidebangs but they're totally worth it.
So i was with my b/f and i was jacking him off and he was fingering me and then he came on my shirt and then i touched it and then directly after like about 5 minutes after i touched my underwear and put them on...and now i have not gotten my period yet. Now i am a teenager and i'm not that regular yet, but all i do know is that it always comes at the end of (or the very begining) of each month. We did these things about 2 weeks ago. I still havnt gotten it. And i wasnt on birth control. Now idk if this could make me pregnant. i know that theres always a chance, but i got on here to find out form some more experienced people what those odds are. so please help please! i appreciate it if you do..!

If you're really that nervous about it, then go get a pregnancy test and find out that way. They're sold in grocery stores, etc. So they're easy to get a hold of. Just test yourself and find out.

iv have recentely met someone named lilly who i get on with really well we go surfing alot togeather etc, my close friend pip is getting really annoyed because i go off with her at lunch break etc i dont no what to do because i dont think pop likes lilly very much and everytime i talk about her she goes oh not lilly again i think im loosing all my friends but i get on with lilly so well and have such a laugh what should i do, and also missing out on the cimema, beach etc with my friends because they dont really bother asking me if i want to come anymore what shall i do!??!?!?
Stop excluding other people when you hang out with lilly. I understand that you and lilly are becoming good friends, but think of what your other friends feel like. I'm sure you're a good person and they miss you. They must feel left out like you do. Just, next time you hang out with lilly, and everytime from now on that you hang out with lilly, invite pip and/or other people to come. That way, noone will be excluded and everyone will be happy.

there is this really annoying boy at school who wont stop herassing me his two friends that do it aswell but only when they are with him!!! He comes up 2 me and hugs me and says i love you jokingly, and then he is always taking the mic out of me infront of everyone saying stuff like what are you doing here, no one likes you, so and so said they hate you and just pretend to be your friend etc.
its so annoying i dread going to school because of him HELP!!
Talk to him [without anyone else around] about what he's doing and how it's mean and you'd like him to stop. If he doesn't stop, tell him you'll tell a teacher or principle, and if he continues even after that, then follow through with the threat..
Talk to an adult at the school that you trust. Preferably a teacher you both have. Tell them what he does, and they can take care of it. If there's no teachers you feel close enough to, and you don't mind being a snitch, then tell the principle what he does. I'm sure that once the principle is done with him, he'll totally leave you alone.

im 15 years old and i have been having a terrible 5 months.
ok so i dated this kid who is 2 years older than me for 2 years. He also lives across the street from me. I also would like to believe that we were in love once or so I thought. He really seemed to love me and i sure as hell loved him. Then after about a year and a half of dating i felt like i was kind of getting tired of him and so were my friends, so i broke it off. I dated another guy that was his age and it made him terribly jealous. He would still call me every night and I would talk to him. Every night he would tell me he loved me, even when i was dating someone else. But the bad part about that was i told him "i love you" back, because I really did. Your probably wondering why I did'nt just break up with the boyfriend I had then and go back to dating the one that I really loved. Well, I thought he wouldn't take me back and that he was just messing with me. So I dated that one guy for a few months making my ex jealous and then I finally broke it off. When i told the guy that i like that I broke up with that one guy he seemed happy, but that was it. After that we didn't hangout as much as I would have liked to and he didn't call me every night like he used to. I was so depressed. We kept talking occasionally and sometimes we would hangout, but rarley. Then one night I was going to introuduce my friend to him so we went outside and met up. He was acting VERY strange..he didn't give me a hug or even say hi to me, he was in a terrible mood. So my friend and I were not going to stand for it so we went back inside. I was SO MAD! I stayed up all night waiting for him to call me, but he never did. Then the next day he called, but being stubborn I did not answer thinking that i would call him back later. And yes i did call him back way later that night, but no answer. I kept trying and he never answered, so then i knew something was wrong. Now on this very day I still love him and want him back, and it has been 4-5 months. Oh by the way he has a new girlfriend that he is in LOVE with and he wont talk or even look at me. I REALLY NEED ADVICE and im sorry if this is confusing or too long but please read it all.. i want advice. just answer me back or email me if you have any questions. BUT PLEASE DONT TELL ME TO MOVE ON..TRUST ME I HAVE BEEN TRYING BUT HE LIVES RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET I SEE HIM EVERY DAY!

Yeah, um. If his family won't talk to you either, then there's a problem. Can your parents talk to his parents about how sad you are that he won't talk to you? Or if you're gonna talk to his girlfriend, become her friend first. Don't just come out and say anything about him. If you're her friend, she'll know you better. Then jjust come out and say that you miss him as a friend and he won't talk to you, etc.

You've gotten to the point where you need to talk to some people he sees regularly. If you have talked to his mom before, try to explain the situation in a way that she'd understand and i'm sure she'll talk to him about it. If you feel uncomfortable doing that, befriend his new girlfriend and go from there. If she sees that you're nice, and finds out what he's been doing to you, she'll surely say something to him about it.
If you really love him, don't give up. Just go to his house and ask him about this, tell him you miss him and want to be friends with him.

Okay, So im on the softball team & im a sophmore.
Ive NEVER played softball in my life.
& today was the first day of summer workout and today I realized that Im reallly out of shape.
I'm sore and everything on my body is killing me.
When my muscles ache, it causes me to get sick and run a veryy high temperature.
I dont want to quit the team already after one day. But I dont want to come home everyday and be sick.
Should I quit or suck it up?

Definitely don't quit.
I played basketball this year for the first time, and was so out of shape it's not even funny. I was behind everyone else on the team and knew that when I was going in. Everyday I wanted to quit, but that's just taking the easy way out. Eventually, I got used to it, and all the extra working out helped me out in the long run. I'm glad I didn't quit, because now I think it helped me. Plus, college's might look for it. :]

so im going to be a freshman, this september or august or whatever, and im like nervous. does it suckk incredibly? like do they seriously make fun of you? how bad is it?
I'm gonna be a Being a freshman isn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. The worst part of the whole year was being in a new school because my school has three buildings so i didn't know how to get anywhere. Freshman year is good in some ways too. The teachers are nicer to you about being late for class or missing homework because they understand that it's a new environment for you and you get to make tons of new friends :]
I didn't find it too terrible once I got past the "getting lost" thing. And the seniors and everyone didn't bother me at alll.

Ok..soo last thanksgiving i met my best friend's older cousin who came to visit from minnesota with his family..he was really cute and we hit it off the last night he was there..we exchanged numbers and talked/texted on the phone nonstop for about a month until suddenly he stopped calling and texting...i was soo heart broken..i really liked this one for some reason. Soo a couple of weeks ago i found he got a girlfriend..i was hurt..but i didnt know why? he lived far away i knew it wasnt gonna work..i think about him nonstop..im not an obsessive kind of girl but..i cant stop thninking about him...how do i get this guy out of my mind for good!?!
Don't listen to the idiot below me. Just find someone new. The only real way you'll stop thinking about him for good is by thinking about someone else all the time. Join a club or volunteer some place. Get a job or just walk around your neighboorhood. You'll meet someone new and forget about this guy soon.
Just be patient and it'll all work out for you.

alright sorry if this gets long. i was dating this guys for about 6 months. im 17 and hes 18.
ive had more sexual partners then him. and i lied to him in the begingin of the relationship, saying there was about half as any as there actually were which is 2. but my cauntious caught up to me and i told him the truth. he broke up with me. but we\'ve talked alot since then. but im getting mixed signals. yesturday i talked to him and he told me with out me even asking him if we could hang out when we got off work. i said yes. and he said he would try and get a ride. i said my mom can pick you up if you want. but he said no i dont want your mom doing that even though its only 2 mins out of the way. but anyway he never called. does it seem to you tht he really wants to make things work? i dont understand wats going on? shouldnt he be able to forgive me if he says he loves me as much as he does?
Relationships are based on trust. By lying to him, you hurt his feelings. I'm sure he's just having mixed feelings about you now.
He probably wants to be with you, but doesn't want to be hurt again. Think of it from his perspective. If he had lied to you, wouldn't you feel the same as him? Give him some time to get through this. Trust takes a lot of time to build for many people.

[16 f] I'm bestestest friends with this girl, we are basically sisters. She has this boyfriend who I don't like that much any more because of certain things he's done. I had a huge party and my cousin told me that he was looking at every females booty in there! AND the 1st time we met, he winked at me and smiled. That was about 6 months ago. Is it too late to tell her or should I even bother to tell her? I didn't want to tell her cuz she seems so happy. But now he does all this stuff and she forgives him. Is there any point of telling her he does/did these things?
Telling her would risk damaging your friendship with her. I dont' think you should tell her straight out because that never seems to work for people. Wait until he does something piggish again and mention the things you've heard. Make sure she knows that you're just trying to watch out for her, and hope for the best. I'm sure she'll be confused at first, and may try to deny it by getting upset with you. In the long run, it'll all work out for the both of you, and you might save her pain by telling her what you've heard.

i have this friend whom i knew since kindergarden ( lets call her hilt-is-built) and all summer she's been hanging out with her best friend whom she's known for two years ( calling her hanny ferguson) and shes my friend too. hanny ferguson is in disney world for a week and then the next hilt-is-built is going to louisianna for a week. all hilt-is-built talks about is how shes going to go 2 weeks without talking to hanny ferguson and its getting on my nerves how i never get to spend time with hilt-is-built and when i do all she'll talk about is hannah it makes me feel like she doesnt really like any one else but her. im going to hilt-is-builts house tomorrow and no doubt she'll be depressed about hanny leaveing so my question is do you guys have any ideas on how to make her happy and how to make myself stop being jealous and upset about their friendship
Friends do this to friends all the time. Maybe you just need to make the friendship between you & Hilt-is-built a little stronger. Let her know that you're still good friends. I don't know how old you are because you didn't point it out, but maybe if you talk to her about this it could help. Let her know that it's hurting your feelings and you'd rather be better friends with her. Maybe you could bring along some pictures of you two from when you were younger and make a collage of them for one of your rooms. Or have a sleepover one of the nights Hanny is away.
