Q: I'm going to be 14 years old in a month, and I just weighed myself, and discovered that I weigh a whopping 115 pounds!!!!! I'm 5'2"...is this overweight? How can I shed 10 pounds?!?!?!

You are absolutely too young to be worrying about your weight. You are a good size and at your age weight should be he last of your worries. I am 18 and I'm now learning it just better to exercis and work out and feel healthy rather than losing too much weight and being too skinny. Once you feel healthy you will learn to love your body! It's a mind trick, just take care of yourself and learn to love yourself and everything should be perfectly fine(:

Do not be afraid to tell your mom because when it comes to this type of situation she is the only one you are going to want to run to at this age.
Do not be embarrassed!
I was also 14 when I started my period and I started during school and had to call my mom in the bathroom crying and she was the only one who really understood how I felt.
Don't be scared, she'll take care of everything until you are capable of doing it on your own! (:

Q: ive had alot of boyfriends but i never talked to them unless we were texting i never kissed or held hands with them and the only way i would hug them is if my friends would push me into him and then he would just hug me ....but i didn't hug back even if i really really liked the guy or even loved him i would just get all nervous, sweaty, red and self-conscious and then break up with him ive had about 13 or 14 boyfriends and dumped all of them even if i still like them i just get scared when they try to touch me for some reason
