recently my friend's little sister died..2 years old and got strangled while trying to get out of her crib.. She got caught or something i'm not really sure how..But she asked me why would God ever EVER take a 2 year old girl away?

i don't know if any of us will ever know why exactly God took her sister, but God does. Maybe you should ask your friend to ask Him. Pray and read the Bible. Tell her that Heaven is so much better than here and that her sister is so much better off. Going to church and support groups usually help, but i hope she doesn't blame God for the loss, because, well, it might sound sappy but her little sister wasn't lost. she's just not physically here anymore. i hope that helped. :)

it's a good idea to get different opinions on the subject of heroes but in the case of "of mice and men" i would analyze whether or not someone was a hero though he took his friends life (was it heroic or cruel?) or how the situation compares to a social view of a hero. if you already have your thesis i'd just work off that and analyze it in as many ways you can. but i love essays so if you still need help you can email me at nellybly22@gmail.com

it didn't technically. they were 200 years apart. but basically the reinessance brought back humanism (which is the idea that humans are the basis of everything, instead of ideas)and humanism introduced the reformations. you can read about it in, like, any world history text book. just ask your school for a copy.

am so scared right now. Back on Dec 8th, i lost my virginity but it was more like a rape type thing. I didnt press charges or anything. He DID use protection. I still thought I was pregnant but my period was a few days late. So I took the test and it came out negative. So then on Christmas I got my period. I was happy as hell. On New Years Eve, I moved back home with my crazy mom who i still cant stand, i started school again, I was at the studio more, I changed my job site to a different school with bad kids and also a change in diet and exercise because i am obese and tryin to change my lifestyle. I havent got my period since Christmas. I did NOT have any signs of spotting or nausea like some of the symptoms. dont have none of that. My breast arent larger just stomache pains when i think about being pregnant. I asked my friends and 7 out of 8 said im not pregnant, that because of the activity my hormones changed because i had sex and that I am probably stressed. I use to be on birth control but stop Dec 2006. After that my period took it's own course like I had it vday 2007 but didnt get it again til end of April 2007. then it starts skippin weeks and months. Sometimes it just skips a month. But it feels weird not having it. It makes me nervous, Now I took an additional pregnancy test yesterday and it came out negative..... but im also a negative thinker because the worst always happen to me. Also I dont wanna have to tell my parents I was raped because they go crazy over anything. They used to come to school and argue with the principal when someone would call me " booger brain". It would be hard to say I dont know who the daddy is. Even if I did, i wouldnt want him in my life or the baby's if I am to have one..

okay, this is a way bigger deal than i can just answer. so id go to a clinic. a lot of schools have them and many cities have free clinics. things are confidential and you can talk about what happened and get...like...a real pregnancy test (not just a store one). and if you're definently not pregnant you can ask about the stomach pains and missing periods. id say ask someone who can really give some factual advice.

well i like this guy and he likes me, and for these past few days at school, he acts like how he usually acts to me, and attempting to go near me which im confortable of. then maybe in like math class or whatever, its all different. Then on computer, hes nice again, then hes all of a sudden saying stuff that kinda of hurt me. So my emotions are practically a roller coaster ride. sometimes i feel like i want to break up with him, and half, not to. he hugged me once, and i wanted to hug back, but i always get too nervous. But what really bugs my is that my friend likes this other guy, but is always going close to my guy, and it really pisses me off. i ask her if she likes anyone but she says this other guys name. she always kinda tries to "steal" him away, by standing next to him. like if i was beside him, she would go slowly beside him. i dont ever want to whine or anything because i dont want to ruin our friendship. so all my emotions are all messed up now and i really dont know what to do. i dont know what to do with the my guy, and my friend. any advice would work. :) thanks. the previous answer is right, and like a lot of the time guys will really like you but like be really wierd around thier frineds (you know the whole "i have no emotions" act)which is probably why sometimes he acts different. but there is a good chance he likes you.
and i think you should talk to your friend. i mean, if she knows you like him, a good friend wouldn't be flirting with him all of the time. she should go after the guy SHE supposedly likes. but guys tend to act different in a relationship...so if you really like him...id go for it.

Ok, well a couple years back I met this guy over the internet. He lives in Egypt and I live in Canada. We've been on the phone, webcam and he sends pictures weekly. Is it possible that after all this that he is a fake? Because I'm really starting to get attached to him and for our school trip we're going to cairo and we were going to meet then. Should I go through with it or what. I'm really confused by it all. Sometimes, well alot we talk about our problems and well we help eachother out, I'm just scared that I'm going to get my heart broken and never be able to trust anybody anymore. actually it is possible but not likely if he's talked to you ober the webcam and all. but if your going there you can see for yourself right. i'd go through with it but meet in a nuetral place with other people...cuz i'm sure there are creeps in egypt too, just to make sure. but don't get too attached yet. and even if he's not who he says he is that's no reason for you not to trust anybody anymore becaus eif he helped you and all, well then does his name really matter. he was still kind of a friend. hope that helped.

My friend Rebecca never goes by the final answer on something. She is always fixated on the original comment whether it was made an hour ago, a day ago, a month ago, etc. For example: when her mother originally said:; Rebecca you are very thin, I am concerned, I dont want you to lose weight;. However, Rebecca totally ignores the fact that her mother said as her final answer; No I dont think you should gain I just think you should not lose;. MY QUESTIONS: (1) Do you know why Rebecca refuses to go by the final answer; (2) And how does she accept the final answer and not go by the original comment? Thanks (link)

i'm not really sure why but it can just be that she thinks of it as the first thing that comes out of your mouth is what you really think, which can be true. like you know how if you ask someone if you...say...look good in something? well they don't think you do so they say that. but then you get upset so they take it back. but it doesn't really change thier mind.
i would just kind of watch what you say around her. not make it sound too offensive since obviously she's a little sensitive. and i'd explain what she does to her ane point it out when she does it.

i was given a verizon/motorola cell by my aunt. (she switched companies and had her line for verizon cut) and i was wondering a few things.

1.you can buy them a verizon store near whereever you live or order them from verizon.com.you can also cal verizon at *611
2.you have to call the company to reactivate it.
3.there should be an "erase" and "erase all" option when you press "options" when your looking at a picture. just press the ok button.

there's a lot of girly things you van do to screennames if you just want to use your name. you can put a heart by it or something. how many guys would do that??? my friend alex uses this "!!!@lex!!!"" as her sig for txts and alex really doesn't sound that guy-ish.
or just put stuff you like. my best friend uses "black_shishkbob_elmo" or something and another uses "almond martini" because it sounds like her name. i use "big brat" for this because i had the song in my head at the time.
just be random and sound like you. use a former nicknam. it isn't that hard. :)

talk to him. let's face it, he's never going to know nything about you if you just hang back while he's getting to know all of these other girls. and learning more about eachother and getting closer does tend to have the effect of getting a guy to see you as more than just...well...whatever he sees you as now. even shy guys need someone to talk to. try to be the friend he can trust. only show your good qualities around him, like no gossiping and stuff. basically be a friend first. now i'm not garunteeing that it will definently make you more than friends but a lot of times it does. and i have about a million girls who once didn't know how to get the guy they love to like them that'll back me up on that one.

I want to be more private, like keeping things to myself. If you read the A-list series I want to have a more private and sophisticated life like Anna's. I blurt out everything and I'm loud and obnoxious. I'm tired of that and I can see everyone else is too but I'm having a hard time not complaining and not telling everyone personal stuff. For example, when my boyfriend and I first started making out, I found sneaky ways to slip it into my friend's and I's conversation so they'd know. I know, I usually can't stand people like that!

So your proud of yourself. they probably get thet. But you don't have to share everything.
keep a diary. that way you can record everything that EVER happens to you and how you feel about it and all and it's secretive. or do something equally as you that no one else knows about. then when you lookback on it you can be all "oh, i remember that" to your friends and "did i ever tell you about [whatever happened]" and they'll want to hear.
or just tell stuff to your very best friend so you get everything you want to out and youstill come off as the mystery girl.

no offense but it seems like your friends a loser. all of my friends like guys i don't know so that's no excuse. she has no righ ot tell you what to do in your realationship. you can be friends with whoever you want to and that dosn't have to be her. and the jealousy might be the root of all her problems. she just sounds kind of stuck up and bossy. with her i wouldn't just go "um, i really don't like you doing that...", with her just say flat out stop or you really can't be friends with her.
and if she keeps doing it, i really wouldn't be her friend anymore. i'm sure you have a lot of other friends and you don't really need her around.

I'm writing a paper for my Peer Learning class about popularity and what it truly means. (I'm in 9th grade)
If you are the "it" girl, or close to some, I was wondering if you could help me. Your style of clothing, music, etc. And also, if possible your body type and your personality.
I'm trying to cover all aspects of the subject. Such as, our "it" girl is actually a very sweet person, she's at church every Sunday, never does anything bad, perfect students, doesn't wear makeup, and she's got a very atheletic build, so its not exactly about looks for her.
