Look up the top songs from the years your mom was a teenager and 20 something- she'll get a kick out of a blast from her past. I know my mother likes Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen, etc. so maybe your mom will like the same.
As for workout songs, anything thats fast paced and will get her energy up will do. Techno mixes or dance songs will work.

I really really like this guy Dan.

The only place that's going to give (possibly) a cheaper price is ebay where the price changes according to the bid. You may be able to find items that were from last season and are now on clearance according to the retailers price, though. I bought mine from the local ski shop- for a very expensive 165.

Applying harsh heat waves to your hair is never good, so basically what the box says isnt true. Some dryers can use low heat or have "ionic" settings, but really there all the same.

It doesn't look to difficult. If you don't have angles at the bottom, you won't be able to get the full look, though.
Wash your hair, blow it out straight using a barrel brush, and apply volumizer (depends on the product you use, you might have to put it in while your hair is wet) focus on the roots of your hair with that.
Then, brush the front back, poof it slightly, and secure it with bobby pins.

Pills that people would take because they aren't average height/weight or aren't growing at a normal speed are growth hormones. They are for people who have a LACK of a certain hormone or something is going wrong with the ones they do have. Breast enchancement pills (any kind not perscribed by a doctor, and doctors don't perscribe "enchancement" pills) will most likely not have these hormones in them, which is why they won't work. Your body already runs on hormones that can sometimes be wacky, it is dangerous to throw anything else into the mix. Odd pills and hormones are two things that should not be messed with, so don't bother buying any enchancement pills. There is nothing in them that can help you.

Unless your cat is exhibiting irregular behavior or seems sick, I don't think you should worry. I've never seen my cat/s produce hairballs, I think it just depends how much a cat grooms him/her self. Also depends on their coat (like Snowball in stewart little happens to have very thick and long hair)
Ask the vet the next time you go, but for now, don't worry too much.

I wear cute clothes, like stuff from Aeropostale. Typical dressy shirt, miniskirt, jeans, stuff like that. However, I want to find cute clothes that look more sophisticated. I have a tight budget on clothing at the moment, the most I can spend on shirts is about $15, and for pants, the most I would say is $25. I think that a dark blue dress tunic thing with like a belt and leggings with flats would look extremely cute, but the problem is, is that if I went to Macy's and looked, the stuff would be so expensive! I'm a freshman, and I'm tired of looking exactly like the girl sitting next to me. Please give me links to cheap clothing, I really can't spend that much on clothing (as I stated before)..

You may have to up your limit on bottoms and tops a bit, because 25 for pants is unrealistic. Thats why you need to invest in basics that can be mixed and matched and worn over and over again. You would be suprised how much one piece of clothing can be used. I HIGHLY recommend Forever 21. They have loads of sophiscated and trendy clothes in different styles and are very affordable. I've never seen anything over 40$ there, and just yesterday I saw a sale rack for 3.50$, so I think it's a good choice. The only cons to that is the fabric tends to be on the cheaper side so it might not be of the best quality, and their fit differs per item of clothing.

Ok so I'm a 15 f and i'm 36 weeks, 1 day pregnant today. My due date isnt until novemeber 17th but I was wondering if there was any way I could schedule a C-section before hand so I won't have to go threw giving birth and I could have my baby home sooner. Please answer fast I need to know. Thanks.

I'm not positive the person below me is right. While insurance probably won't pay for it and doctor's won't nessacarily want to use that option, you can schedule a C-Section. For example, I believe Angelina Jolie opted for a C-Section instead of natural birth. I don't believe you can be outright denied this option just because it isnt nessacary, but you should deffinitely ask your doctor about it.

Coincedentally, I came into this conversation with a health teacher. Having a C-Section is your choice and no one elses, a doctor can't stop you, but mind that they will not want to do it. Doing that involves risk that any surgery would have, and it is cutting through muscle and nerves, leaving you permanantly weak in that area (and can leave you with a permanant numbness). Vaginal child birth is natural and has been done since Adam and Eve, and right now, seems like the safer option.

Wear them! Run in them, try doing stretches in them (but don't push it to the point where they'll rip!) and they will stretch out. Washing them a couple times will also help.

i'm male,19,and have been quite healthy so far,lately though i have a problem
My hair seems to be thinning,and like dropping out,and I don't know why
what happened:basically,i was picked for this 3 month national army camp and they shaved my head,no problem right?right
then after the camp,i still didin't like my look with the shaved head and all so i decided to wear a cap,everytime to college,no problem?maybe not
i also wanted my hair to grow fast so i washed my hair with shampoo like 2 or 3 times a day,and used hair tonic,no problem?maybe not
all those 3 incidents,which i mentioned,mainly because these 3 were new ...schedule runs i picked up,in all my 17 years,i never ever shaved my head bald,except i had to for the camp,and i never washed my hair that much and never wore a cap everyday to college/school.
after that the thinning begins,now all those events happened last year,yup,2006,now is 2007,i still have quite a lot of hair,it's just thinner than my usual hair mass or whatever and i want to do something before it gets bad.i already have like 5 or 6 comments from my friends that my hair seems to be thinning so yeah...
besides that ,i pierced my lips,don't know if that would effect
so do you guys have any suggestions as to what do i do,use,when to use,how to use?please please please,really need your help, i read that the balding process only starts when you are 30 or 40,and i'm only a teen,i also read that thinning during teenhood is because of some lack of nutrition and is only temporary,what could be wrong?

washing your hair so much is the problem! most people (unless your hair is oily) should NOT wash their hair once a day, let alone twice or three times. washing your hair gets rid of the natural oils that protect your hair, and all that tugging and extra product can't do any good.
wearing a cap might be a slight issue as well. letting your hair breathe would help.
so basically, lay off the extra work and see what happens.

There is no set number, and depends on what your doing as a squad. At my school, theres 19 cheerleaders on one squad because thats how many uniforms they had.
If you want to do competition, you'll need more girls, but if your just cheering at games, not a ton are needed. 12 is a good number for that. Im thinking 20 for competetion if you want big pyramids, etc, but I think you can have as many cheerleaders (to a point) that you want. Have tryouts, and the number of people you think are good enough will be on the team. Simple. (Might want to try for an even number, though )

i go to a school where all of the guys are either gay, or straight+preppy+taken+committed to their partner.
This one guy from Germany (boarding school) is like really nice and he's a dork and he's not attractive so that means he's probably available. The problem is- i'm a freshman and he's a junior or senior (not sure which) and he seems like he's interested b/c he always says hi to me and stuff and he knows my name and one time he came and sat by me at lunch but then he moved away :(.

Flirting in one way or another usually comes naturally to both sexes, so don't worry.
Show interest in him! When you see him say hi, smile, or wave. Make eye contact whenever you can. Talk to him whenever possible (but don't make it seem like your stalking him!) Talk about things that are relevant to both of you, such as whats going on at school. Laugh at his jokes, smirk, bat your eye lashes, make your conversations a little "suggestive" if you know what I mean. If he's smart, he'll get the hint. If not, just tell him!

ok well my b/f and i have been going out for like 11 months. we have just started kissing like just a peck on the lips like everyday when we leave after school. but thats it. and we never hold hands... which im working on that, and im trying to... well anyway,

He probably isn't into PDA, like kissing at school. So during your party, take a moment to be alone with him. Ask him to help you bring food out or something. Once your alone, make your move. If you keep going he won't just move away. To prevent it, put your hands somewhere on him; his back, the back of his head, his shoulders, etc. If you both want it, it will happen!
