this isnt really an injury but when i walk my feet crack. you cant hear it with sneakers or slippers on but when i wear flip flops or just socks u can hear it. is there something wrong and how do i make it stop cracking?

ok well i do both and i taught myself gymnastics b4 i actual started to compete but then had to quit cause i had soccer evryday cause of all my teams .. but first u need to learn how to do a backbend .. u have to be able to get down and up b4 nething try laying on the ground nd pusing up then after a while of getting flexible try to stand up and once u can .. u should b able to go down nd upp w.o a problem .. then after u learn that u should try and do some handstands evryday and learn to balance .. once u have to 2 u go into a handstand and send one foot after another ..its simple if u can do a backbend

ok well im really good in school lyk straight a's first honors nd stuff but i still have a life .. during the week u shouldnt really go out to parties er nething .. lyk cgillin w. a friend is cool but u need ur work to get done . school is soo important i usually go out on the weekends the most .. but what i think helps me actual wanna do to school nd do work is soccer .. u need to find suttin u love to do in school (u can do it our of school too) but that would mean u have to work hard in it in order to participate .. well i hope i helped

My sister and alot of other people I know like to scrunch their hair. My hairs on the straighter side and it can sometimes curl but it WONT scrunch for anything, with gel, mousse you name it. Does anyone know a GOOD product that curls your hair when its wet..and i mean WELL like for someone with straight hair that doesnt scrunch well at all. Please only tell me if you truly think it could work for someone with straight hair.
ok u sound likle u have hair lyk mine .. i never knew how to scrunch hair cause my hairs so straight and thick it was soooo hard .. ur using fine stuff gels the best personally .. but all u really need to do is make sure ur hair isnt soaking wet and then use gel and scrunch it takes a longg time but if u want it u need patience and i use this special gel its called ahh glu it works sooo well .. hope i helped =)
