okay well in gym we're doing volleyball. i'm pretty good at serving & bumping but i can't set it at all. i always hit it on like my whole finger, not just the tips. i don't know how to fix it & i have practiced alot. i keep my fingers how they are supposed to be but i can't get it. my team is counting on me & i can't do it. what can i do? just to add of of the other one. when you set, dont have flat hands, make sure they are cupped a little when the ball is comming at you. when the ball it in your hands push your fingers out and so they are flat, along with using your legs, arm etc. also, i have played volleyball for 4 years now, and on my team, i cannot set really well either. that is why u have positions. i am a middle hitter, so i do not need to set.

At school we play volleyball. I love to play and i am going to try out for to team in high school. but at school every one yells at me when i go for the ball. they dau that i am not staying in my spot. However, they are not going for the ball so if i dont the other team will win. what should i do?

i think that it is great that you are going after the ball! u should feel ashamed. when you try out for the high school league, that is what they want to see. make sure to yell MINE MINE MINE!!! if people start yelling at you, tell them that you didnt hear them call it. also, there are no real spots in volleyball. sure, there are base positions, but everyone should be moving around. dont let it bother you

i have the exact same problem in my underarms. i use certian dri, and yes i did spell that right :) anyways, it works really great!!!! all i do is aply it every other night, and i dont sweat. make sure to read all of the directions though. u can get it at any drug stores, target or wal-mart.

This problem is dumb, I know - but I've been thinking about it. Today at the end of my last period class, maybe 10 minutes or so before the bell was going to ring, my class finished our work or whatever and were done with what we were going to do for the day. Usually our teacher lets us just get up out of our seats and talk to our friends. I don't know if she said this or not flat out to the class, but apparently she didn't want us to move around out of our seats today. A couple of minutes later I kind of glanced out of the corner of my eye that she told this guy to go back to his seat after he had moved. I looked up at the clock a little bit after that and it was like, a minute before the bell was going to ring. My friend told me from across the room to go and sit with her. I kind of knew that the teacher didn't want us to move around but I mean.. there were only like a couple of minutes until the bell. So, I got up and got halfway across to my friend when my teacher was like, "Where are you going??? I just told so and so blah blah blah." I just went back to my seat and it wasn't that big of a deal or anything. But if you were in that class with me and you saw that happen would you think I was dumb or rude or weird to do that? I felt like I looked stupid. I asked my friend and she was like, "I didn't even see you coming up." And to tell you the truth, I don't think anybody was even paying attention to me. But if you did see that would you think badly of it or not even care? I'm so stupid and neurotic and I realize this question is ridiculous but please try and humor me :-(

i remember this on day in class i asked to go to the bathroom, and the teachers said yes. i got up, triped over a chair leg, yelled out a scream that would break a glass, waved my hands over my head like a rainbow, and fell flat on my face. everyone was laughing at me, but i realized how funny i must have looked, so i laughed along with them. everyone forgot about it now.
if people start laughing at u, just start laughing with them, and they wont realize that you are totally embarrssed.

i just had health, so i learned all of this just recently. A circumsision is when the boy is just an newborn, the parents can choose if they want to do it or not. if they choose to, the doctors cut off the skin on the tip of the penis. this could be for religios purposes, or they want the boy to look like his dad. if they dont there is just some extra skin down there. there is no positive or negative to this, its just the parents choosing to do it or not.

ok well this really isnt about sex but i didnt know what it was really classified as..
anyway well on Valentines day a guy and i were talking and walking around town in the dark. Well we stopped in the park and were sitting on the stage, he asked me if i'd flash him. I told him no a million times but then he was like ok well i will kiss you if you do it. Well it was like my first kiss and i really wanted it soo well i agreed, We kissed and after i was thinking about it and said i dont know if i can do this soo he stuck his hand down my shirt and pretty much took my boob out and looked at it ((awkward (SP?)moment))then he put it back and then we got up and well we were just like glaring at each other in the eyes and well he kinda came at me real fast and kissed madeout with me.
He told his best friend about it and well now im scared the whole school will find out and i will be called a slut..
do you think that makes me a slut or a whore or anything like that.
I regret it soo much!
he also told me that he cared about me and was thinkging about going out with me..and would tell me the next day but he didnt and now he wants me to do even more and i really dont wanna do it

no this does not make you a slut. this is really unfair for you though. since he pressured you into flashing him, he will pressure you into doing something more. i wouldnt go out with this guy.

i have the exact same problem, and i live in minnesota where it is almost always cold. ban didnt work for me, so i tried certian dri. it works great!!! all u have to do is put it on at night sparingly (i put it on every other night) and i dont sweat. u can get it at any drug store.

I keep getting cavities and I never had any until about 2 years ago. I have braces (for a little over a year) and I brush my teeth about 3, if not more, times a day. I hate flossing because it hurts my gums and causes them to bleed. And when I was kid I used to eat a lot more candy than I do now.
What can I do to prevent cavities? I really can't stand getting them drilled or the feeling of having one.

flossing may be one of the reasons. it will hurt and bleed a little at first, but it will stop. i used to have braces, so i know its a realy pain to floss, but trust me, you will be happy later. also, you can get toothpaste that can help fight cavities. talk to your dentist for the best one. you should also stay away from popcorn and stuff like that that can cause your teeth to crack. curnal-less popcorn is okay

ok for the kiss part:
when you are talking to him face-to-face look into his eyes, and also look at his lips. dont be standing far away, kind lean in toward him, so you are touching him. smile a lot to make sure that u like being with him.
for the phone part:
guys dont like talking on the phone. some guys do but most of them dont. its just not thier thing. texting is ok, because he is not acctually talking to you, you are just reading what he is writing. if that is ok for you, go with it!! keep on texting him!
for the i love you part:
he probably is scarred to say it to your face. also he might be around other guys when you expect him to say that kind of stuff. try to get him alone, like when you are trying to get him to kiss you. Say i love you to him, and he might respond, he might not. dont get mad. he will eventually

im confused, in two-a-days the first season, one of hte last episodes was when they went to homecoming. then the second season, there very first episode was going to homecoming?

i live in minnesota, and here is what we do for homecomming:
for us its a big game in the beginning/middle of the season when people who have played for our team comes back to watch us. People like to really go crazy with the outfits and partying. WE also have a homecomming queen and king, who are elected before. After that there is a huge formal dance.
It is basically just a super football game.
