I have a diloacating knee cap its really gross i know i goes "out" when i run or kick or stand on one leg sometimes. I wear strong knee braces but this past weekend it did it while i was wearing them. My mom thinks i need to get surgury and so do i but we disagree when, she thinks it should be before soccer season so I don't injure it further, and i think i should do it after so I don't have to miss the season (I am a starting forward for varsity) When do you think would be the best time for me to get it?

i cannot tell you when to have your surgery but i will help you make your decision

go over the pros and cons of having the surgery before the soccer season starts and then go over the pros and cons of having the surgery of have the surgery after the season dont forget if you have the surgery youll have to have time to recover AND therapy to get more movement in it (depending on how serious the surgery is i probably could of ansered it better if i knew how serious)

i run almost everyday, between 1-2 miles plus i walk 1-2 miles.

in my right outer thigh, it hurts like HELL. like where the muschle is. what can i do to make this feel better so i can run or what could it be?

I'm not sure if I have the right category for this but I have these horrible stretch marks a little below my butt...and since it's summer I want to go out to the beach in a bathing suit but I dont know what to wear to cover my gross butt while looking cute & girlie. I have tried to get rid of the stretch marks for years but they aren't going away. Is there anything I could wear like a type of swimsuit or is there anyway to hide them? Thanks!
