Hi, i asked this kid to a football game 2nite and my friend who was wit me, sed he looked sorta excited whjen i asked him, he sed he didn't know if he cud make it to it or not and i was like ook ad then jjust forgot anout it hten at the game tonite, i saw him there. Do you think that he was perposuly ditching me? or he really wasn't sure if he culd make it, and he had no way of reacing me when he realized he could go? He didn't have my # or anything either. Im 15/f I always feel like I cant breathe deeply enough. I feel like every 5 minutes I am sitting there trying to yawn but I can never get myself to yawn deeply enough and it takes me like 5-10 mins just go get one yawn out. And I probably look pretty stupid too like sitting there in class yawning all the time. I know i dont get enough sleep, but even on the weekends when i get like 11 hours i still have trouble breathing deeply/yawning. It might be stress related too..but i think ive had this problem since i was little. Is this normal? ANy ideas on how to help? thx (link)

dont wear pads!! they can leak to easy, try and plastic tampons they are the best, keep a tampon in only like 6 hours, hope i helped
