K, so I have no idea what to be for Halloween. I'm broke and need something easy on short notice.
Just do what i'm doing-- Be a Driver's License!!! Cut out a big flat piece of cardboard. Then, Cut a square hole where your head should be. (where the pic. would normally be) Then write you're name, adress, height, weight, gender, etc. Finally, add the signature! If it is easier, attatch a pole onto the bottom to hold it up by. Hope I helped.. people will probably think this is really clever (i hope, because its what i'm being!!)

Ive had glasses since I was three and finally im getting contacts. Im going for an appointment to learn how to properly stick them in and stuff. I know they'll be able to really answer my questions but can anyone who has them tell me what it was like the first few days the had them? Some people told me it was painless, most others said they were in alot of pain & that it burned. I just wanna know so I can be prepared for whatever feeling I get. thanks, I'll rate.

You won't feel a thing! And trust me, I remember: It was only 3 months ago when I first got them in! It won't hurt a bit, and don't listen to other people who are trying to scare you. The only reason it would hurt is if you didn't change the solution. You just have to do that every time you take them out. I like this Guy but i don't know if he likes me or if i should ask him out. What should I do ?
My opinion is this: don't ask anyone out unless you know that they've aknowledged your existence. It's fine to admire him from afar, but if he doesn't know you're alive or has never actually talked with you, it's not a good idea to ask him out right away. Another thing is: obsessing over somebody is not good. Guys are simpler than girls. It's that easy. They don't tend to think about things as much, and this boy would probably be surprised if a girl who he'd never spoken to suddenly expressed her interest in him. i feel like i should exercise more but i don't know what to do, i'm really bad at sports and i'm not into running, got any ideas?
It all depends on your personality. Maybe you can try dancing. Dancing is a good way to get some great exercise, let out your emotions, and have fun all at once! You don't have to be great at it, but as long as you're having fun, go for it! Whether you start taking classes or work on it alone at home, you can just turn on some music. You can also do it where ever you go!
You can also ride your bike for a little while every day. Try starting out with a 10-15 minute ride, and work your way up to an hour! There's almost always different routes you can take so you don't get bored. If you don't like, or aren't allowed, to go out on your own, take a friend with you. You guys can talk while you are riding. A great thing about riding your bike is that you dont have to be better than anyone. You can work your way up to being great at your own pace, where as being on a sports team is very pressuring.
Into swimming? A lot of places have a public swimming pool in the area. Try learning different strokes by taking group lessons. You can also work at your own pace with this activity. Maybe you can even get together with a friend at a pool and work on it with him/her. As you both get more experienced, you can try racing for fun. You won't be able to do this wherever you go, but if you live near a pool, maybe you should try swimming! Many schools also have swim teams.

dear adri, i am a young teen girl and am having trouble deciding what color to paint my room. what do you think, i've already had it purple and now its white, its so boring!!!! i was thinking pink or green, pink seems easy enough but i've never used green paint before, what should i do!!
If you want your room to be bright and bold, try pink and green vertical stripes, or polka dots. Want your room to be more relaxing and calm? Maybe a nice light green or pink.

Find out a little bit more about this guy. See if he has a girlfriend. If not, then ask around if people think that he likes you. See if he is acting toward you either: really loud or really quiet. If he is, start to notice the way he acts toward you. If you are afraid to be rejected, then you might be afraid of taking other oppertunities, too. Try asking him out, because you need to get used to being rejected sometimes. If you're not, then you will always be afraid to follow your heart.

Be confident in yourself! Just ask him. Think of it this way: even if he doesn't like you, he'll feel good that someone likes him. Maybe you should be good friends with him before you ask him out. ...How much do you like this person?? I think that's the real question here. Because, if you like someone else more than them, you should break up with them. First, find out the facts. Does the other person like you? Why do you like the other person? Is the person that you have been going out with worth breaking up with? Or do you sincerely like them? Think of it this way: If you sincerely liked them, why are you even bothering to ask this question? You must have some strong feelings for the person that you are not going out with. What do you do when you and your friend get into a fight but, your friend tells other people but when she tells them she doesnt tell the whole story, so then she makes herself look innocent, and make you like the bad person when you really both were the bad peoples?
Hmm.. this is tough. Try talking to your friend. Tell her that you don't appreciate the way she is acting. Maybe she doesn't know, and she doesn't notice that she is overexaggurating. Also, let your other friends know that she is not being completely honest. Maybe they know that she isn't being honest, and they just dont know what to say. So try talking to them! Hope this works!

Why is it that a guy u like doesnt even care?
I've noticed that this is a big problem with people. I've gotten alot of questions like this. Think of this: why do you like him? If you say it's because he's nice.. Think again. If he doesn't care about you, think twice. If you've liked him for a long time, and he never cared, chances are he's not going to notice you now either. Sounds like this guy isn't worth it. Everyone will bring you pain.. you just have to decide which guys are worth it. :)

Think of it this way: Your friend is the one who has to like you, not his girlfriend. Try spending some one-on-one time with your friend (hang out with him when his girlfriend isn't around.) Maybe you can even talk to him and let him know how you feel. Chances are he'll talk to his girlfriend about it. Alot of the questions that I have gotten are like this. It is hard to figure out. But if this person is really worth liking, then he should see that you are good enough to like back. He wants to just be friends? No problem. Just keep in touch with him. Who knows? He may end up begging you to go out with him some day! Just show him who you really are, or he will fall in love with the person that he sees, which isn't really you.

Thats a tough one. It can be hard if you like someone, knowing they're not going to like you back. But sometimes it's the best to just be friends with them. Maybe it's time to find someone new to like. Like this person A LOT? Dont give up quite yet. Just stay out of any relationships that may come up, and if and when that person starts to like you back, you will be free to go out with them. Hope my advice helps!

Thats an easy one. Dont try to forget about them, because that just makes things worse. But do try and keep busy. Call them every once and a while. But while you can't see them, do other things you love. Remember, if you keep busy, and still think about them when you can, you'll be all set.
