i really like this guy but i don't dare to tell him how i feel. But i don't think he feel's the same way so i dont know if i should take the chance and ask him out but i am afriand he will say no

If he is, start to notice the way he acts toward you. If you are afraid to be rejected, then you might be afraid of taking other oppertunities, too. Try asking him out, because you need to get used to being rejected sometimes. If you're not, then you will always be afraid to follow your heart.
