technically if you are 5'4 & weigh 130 pounds you are not overweight, but only by a decimal.
your BMI is 22.312 & the range for 13 year olds is 15.3-22.6
but anyways.
eat healthy & excersising is the most effective & healthiest way to loose weight. stick to fruits & veggies & eat protein with every meal (nuts or lean meat). excersise atleast 30 minutes everyday. Also drink alot of water, that is one of the best ways to help you lose weight.

Ask them what they want to do.
Go outside with them & play tag.
Help them make up an imaginary game or something.
Paint their fingernails & stuff like that, little kids always liked to be treated like they are older & stuff.

I'd say eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara, lipsgloss, & foundation if needed.
just the bottom for the eyeliner. and a small slim line if you are going to do it on top. Nuetral eyeshadows not like hot pink & dark purple. um a natural looking lipgloss with a little shimmer. & if you are using foundation dont pound it on like icing on a cake, feather it out with a make-up sponge. & remember make up is to enhance your natural features not cover them up =]

All the time I read about how to get rid of belly fat they always say the usual sit ups and crunches but I have no idea what are crunches because I never heard of them before but by the sound of the word CRUNCH it sounds very effective. Can someone explain to me how to do it? (link)

Its like a sit up except you dont go all the way up. you just like get your head half as up, sort of. heres how:

umm you could be catwoman twins/sisters. isnt there a batwoman? you could be that. just look around. surprisingly there are good costumes at target. If you have a party city you could look there.

Okay. So. Here's my problem. There's a few different guys in my life that I just can't get off my mind.
Guy 1- We had a little summer fling during summer school 2 years ago. Then, it died out, and I barely saw him last year (but still kind of liked him), and now I have a class with him, and I will always have some feelings for this boy. We are like perfect for each other, everyone always thinks we should date, but nothing ever happens. He seems to go for younger, more immature girls for some reason (and hes older than me)
Guy 2- I've known him for 3 months. He is not my type at all, and I'm not his either. He has a girlfriend that lives 3 hours away (no idea how serious it is). He's the kind of person that doesn't treat people the best. He's not really mean, he's just not overly nice. Except to me. He's so good to me. He flirts with me everyday. He asked me to go see saw 3 with him when it comes out. He will compliment me daily (like "I like your hair today, it looks pretty"). Problem-- He came to school high yesterday. He's in the punk/into-their-music crowd, and they smoked before our pep assembly. I don't really care if you smoke, but I don't like it when its around me. So it just really turned me off. Plus I know my friends won't accept that.
Guy 3- This boy lives 3 hours away. His best friend lived here during the summer (he doesn't now), so he'd come visit me all the time, because he had a place to stay. I liked him so much, but I always felt like he was hiding something. And I got mad at him about something he did, and we slowly stopped talking, and then I found out he really didn't do it (I never confronted him about it, just acted more coldly toward him) so I texted him saying whats up, and he never responded. I miss him a lot
Guy 4-Met him at the beginning of the school year. He's the sweetest smartest guy I know. We are just friends, but I have such a puppy crush on him. We only talk online and briefly during the day, but he is just so interesting. BUT he's into drugs too. but He doesn't come to school high. So I really don't mind it
I don't know what to do with these 4. I don't know who I should like or who I should forget about. What do you guys think? (link)

I'd say go for guy #1
you don't want a guy on drugs or one that has a girlfriend..
but remember you don't always have to have a boyfriend, single is fun--you get to flirt with everybody!

ok, well im 15/f and i really like this guy.
hes also 15 and we met around august. i hung out with him the other night, and i realized how much i like him!! i think he might like me, but then again, im not even 10% sure of that. i want to know if he likes me or not, but i dont want to ask him "do you like me?" and ive tried almost everything i could think of. ive tried talking to him regularly to see how he responds, i tried flirting with him, and he sorta(i think) flirted back, but im not sure. are there any ways i can tell if he likes me, or ways i can see if hes flirting? any help at all will be greatly appreciated! i need advice quick! wed. is my mom's bday and she's really sensitive about these things. she doesn't like when we make her cards the day of cuz it makes her feel like she's not special enough to plan ahead. however, her bday is wed and today is mon. i need something special to either get or make her. i need ideas! i don't have a lot of time due to school so it will have to take thirty mins or less. of course a card will be made, but what else can i do? what is something i can pick up quickly? i have no car but my friend is giving me ar ide tomorrow and can stop by a store or something quickly. i can also make something using stuff i have. please HELP! for my moms sake (link)

you can stop by a mall and go to build a bear and make her a stuffed animal and put a voice recording thing in it thats says "i love you mom" or something like that. does your mom like chocolate? get her some dove,Ghirardelli, or lindt chocolate, its the best. If she likes to read buy her a gift card to barnes and nobles.
or you could always run to bath and body works and pick up some lotions and body sprays or bubble bath for her.

it depends on if they are previously owned and what brand it is. they can be from like $300-$1200 it just all depends.
and everybody is different, so it might be easy for you to learn how to play by your self and hard for somebody else, but they dont seem that hard, you can always look stuff up online.

Hi I am a 15 year old female. I lived in the same town for most of my life. About a week ago I moved. I now live about 3.5 hours away from there. My mom kicked me out so I live with my dad. I miss my friends and my old life so much that I am seriously depressed and I'm afraid that if I dont run away and go back there and live with a friend that something even worse is going to happen. For example I used to cut myself to let out my emotions and I have been trying not to but I want to so bad.

don't cut yourself, first of all.
just try the new place out. try to change whatever you dont like about the new place. sometimes it takes time to get used to stuff. talk to your dad and say you arent enjoying being there and tell him what he could do to make it better.
