This guy I talk to on and off, R, asked me to his prom 3 weeks ago. We talk a lot and get along well.
Well... I have been liking my other friend forever, B. We talk everyday and have a million classes together. We went to prom together and I had the best time. So basically we are kind of together now (this just happened this week!) and confessed our feelings for each other and kiss and all that mushy stuff haha. I'm really more than happy with him.
Well, R has no idea about B and really likes me, I like him too but not as much as B. So I know R is going to want a kiss and be a couple at his prom, but I dont know what to say to R to tell him I don't want a kiss and all that? Should I tell R before hand? I don't know how to let him know without hurting him or ruining his prom. AND I don't want to hurt B, either. I would be hurt if he did that to me. you need to tell R that you will still go to prom with him, but that just recently, you started going out with someone. if you're still up to it, tell him you'll still go with him and have a good time and just be a friends thing.
and if B doesnt know you're going with R, you should really tell him that it was made before you two got together.

It's a month before my wedding and I have my period. I really don't want to have it for my wedding, not only because would that suck, but I always break out and I don't want to have acne in all of my pictures. I am not taking birth control pills and I don't want to start because it could take more than a month for things to calm down. Is there something I can do to miss my next period that isn't completely horrible for my health? I took a Plan B pill once and it made my period come a few days later when it wasn't due for a few weeks. Is this worth a try? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. 23/f (link)

those plan B pills, or if your up for it, Yaz works with acne, too.
also, makeup! great stuff. i recommend liquid foundation. if you just find your right skintone, no one will even notice your blemishes! liquid foundation is much better because it doesnt clog your pores if you dont immediately wash it out, and its waterproof. it also doesnt rub off if you touch it or something, unlike powder.
i have Beauty Control liquid foundation, but i dont think they sell it in stores :\ go to a makeup store soon and ask for recommendations. i'm no cosmotologist(sp), obviously, so i cant tell you the best kind. but there are a lot of them.

I have a gut instinct I am pregnant. I am always regular, but now I never had my period.. two weeks late and I am waking up getting sick, and I cramp so bad I could cry. I've been so moody, and I have a big headache. A few random times I had sore breasts but not right now at the moment. Well, took online tests and said it's a 60%.. and won't know for sure til I test, I know. I am testing in the morning.
So to the point, what can I do if I am pregnant? I have no insurance; although if I am positive I may sign up for medicaid and welfare.. I just got laid off from my job, and no one is hiring. Same as my fiance. I reside with parents for financial reasons, and I know if they find out I am pregnant, they'll kick me out.
Money is entirely an issue. I can't see a Doctor, I can't even get money; although my fiance is trying.
What could I possibly do financially? I want a good (possibly best) life for my potential child. A few jobs I might have, just have to wait on a call monday. Any tips or past experiences with this may be helpful. I am just so scared. And I am 19; not 13. My fiance and I are getting married but plans changed obviously because of money, so it was delayed.

you dont need a big, flashy job. try small. go to a mcdonalds or somewhere small like that. any convinient store will be good. also, theres PlannedParenthood, and i heard they can somewhat help with money, im not too sure. you could try giving them a call. i dont know the number, im sorry.

i dont know what went down between you two while you were dating, but if you're positive you dont love him, or even like him, you should just do what your gut tells you: break it off.
the only reason you wouldnt be able to is because of what someone thinks, or that you're afraid to hurt his feelings. even if you say you arent, maybe deep down you really are. your subconcious is telling you to maybe try a little longer to see if those old feelings will pop back up. usually they dont. dont beat around the bush, just do it.

I am awful at dealing with stress. When I do get stressed out, I have trouble eating and sleeping to the point where I get sick. For some reason, I can't seem to relax enough to do normal activities when I am stressed out.
I'm preparing for a move in a couple months. I am trying to prepare myself in advance since this is the first move away from home. I'll be moving about 3 hours from my current residence and will be away from most of my close family.
I am interested in learning about techniques to deal with stress. If anyone has any information or websites I can go to, I would greatly appreciate it.
Anything from ways that you deal with stress to yoga/zen would be great.

when im really stressed out and cant eat or sleep, i go to any store and buy a small, really rubbery ball. not a bouncy ball, but something you can sqeeze and sometimes they are even called "stress balls".
take one of those and throw it AS HARD AS YOU CAN at a wall. or, get a throwpillow you dont use and take a knife to it. if you dont wanna be so violent, scream as loud as you can into the pillow so you dont scare anyone.
especially when you're mad at someone, these can be really great ways to get stress relieved.
and i have one yoga-type thing you could try:
put on some comfortable clothes. get a pillow, (medium to large) and one of those sound machines. (the ones that play sounds like babbling brook, rainfall, thunder, etc). if you live with anyone, go to a quiet room and ask for some peace. this should only take up about 6-8 minutes, so you wont need long. get in a quiet area where no one can bother you, turn off your phone, or unplug anything that might disturb you. put the sound machine on any setting that you please, and sit on the pillow, cross legged. close your eyes and take 3 really deep breaths and breathe them out slowly. sit really still for about a minute, and then raise your arms as high as they'll go, like you're reaching for something high. take 3 deep breaths again and breathe them out real slow. repeat this about 3 or 4 times, until you feel a bit better, then go and buy a smoothie at sonic. or eat some chocolate.
this really helped me, i hope it works for you, too. :)

there are a few short clips of the funny stuff on youtube, and also i think on tbs, when it comes on, they shoot out commercials on a website where you can watch the episodes. the website escapes me right now, but just watch tbs around 6 or 7, and you'll see the commercials.

as awkward as it may be, this could be a good thing. just go with it. i doubt he'll act weird around you, just because he knows you like him. this guy i liked a few years ago knew i liked him, and i made it rather obvious. i still tried to talk to him when i could, and when he'd ask me "do you like me?" id say "yeah i do".
he didnt like me back, but this is a different case scenerio. we were in 6th grade. ^.^
just act normal, talk to him when you can, and just be totally honest. who cares? its not as if you were telling everyone you sneak into his window and steal his boxers. its just a crush.

ok, so i have been having this dream about this guy i know. I dont have any feelings for him and he is really perverted. like, when we are texting he says all these weird and disgusting things. well for the past two weeks like every night the same dream comes. in the dream its me and him making out in the movie theater! and every dream it gets worse. like the first time i had this dream we were just holding hands and talking, then arms around each other then hugging and so on. now its making out for like the entire dream. i dont know why i am dreaming this. does anyone have any ideas why and how i can stop it? subconciously, while hes texting you, and being "perverted" (all guys are perverted at your age. you cant stop it, sorry) he puts these images in your head that you dont realize were there to begin with, until you start dreaming. maybe you get mad at him while going to sleep and the things he said earlier in the day come back as soon as your about to doze off.
i dont know how to stop this from happening. id say, just dont talk to him for awhile. watch a movie before you go to sleep, or fall asleep while listening to the radio, that always helped me.

my mom had a roommate a few years back who had a pet duck and let me warn you: there is no housebreaking a duck. they arent like dogs, the cant tell you when they are about to use the bathroom or that they need to, and they arent like cats, who know a specific place where they're supposed to do their business. she said he just went wherever he felt like it.
now, my friend had a few ducks a few months ago and kept them in a fence outside.
if the ducks are itty bitty babies, keep them in a roomy box, which you're sure they won't get out of. or get a dog cage and keep them in there, so its not as dark and they can still do whatever. as soon as they are big enough, keep them outside in a caged area, unless you don't want them to fly away. in that case, you'll want a chicken pen thing. its a big cage that you nail into the ground and has a top so that they can't get out.

I dont know what pax-5 is, but whenever you feel like taking an overdosage, try to do something that'll distract you for the time being. chew gum, try to draw a tree on an etch-a-sketch. do something to keep you away from those pills. or, give them to a really trusted friend and ask them to keep them away from you at all costs, no exception. taking too much of ANYTHING can be very harmful. whether its vicadin, or ibuprofen, it can be very bad in an overdose.
im sorry i couldnt be of anymore help. and i understand how depression can affect you. try to find a good, low budget counselor or theropist. i had a counselor a few months ago who only costed 60 bucks for an hour and a half.

if the penis goes into the vagina, there's a chance of getting pregnant. even for a second. if the penis does not go into the vagina, but is somewhere near it, there's still a tiny chance.

No, she's not fat. She's what I call "average". I'm sure it wouldn't hurt her to lose about 6 or 7 pounds, but I don't recommend it. She looks fine. :)
It's not odd for a girl her age (I'm guessing she's 14-17?) to be concerned about her weight. I have a friend who has an ED. They are very dangerous, and they start from little things, like someone commenting on how "fat" they look, or how they have "gained a little weight over the summer". Reassure her that she's beautiful and not at all fat.

Okay, I've been liking this guy for awhile now and well yesterday...I was talking to him..(texting , he gave me it on Myspace)and well I told him I needed to talk to him, because ( the day before, my friend asked him out .Before..he said no.. but before that he said yes)So, I was wondering what was going on. Than I turned my phone off.. I had a cold that day so I asked him,than turned my phone on a few minutes before school let out. Well, at first he was like "no I don't want to talk". Than he said " What do u want", after a few minutes he replied " Thats it cum on I thought u were going to ask me out..." I told him "Well you said no, but I do like you." WELL , he told me that he liked me..and he said maybe in June he'll take me on a date. ( That's not going to happen .. my mom doesn't approve yet.) Well than I said were dating now?? He said yes..so well that brings me today..at school everything was ok. Than When I got home he texted me telling me that he doesn't think he's ready to date me yet. So Iasked him if he still liked me and he said "yes,I just don't think Im ready yet to date yet ." SO, does that mean that he hasn't had a girl friend before and he's nervous?? Or is it me?? I really don't think so because I asked him already if I did anything wrong ..and he said no. What I'm worried about is , is this just and excuse.. to not date me? obviously, he likes you. but some guys are more able to approach that than others. give him time. you know he likes you, you know he likes him, it doesnt have to happen now. as long as you both keep liking eachother, you'll get together eventually. just give it some time.

when you shave in the morning, the skin is still puffy, and then when it gets to where its not puffy, you'll have stubble. try waiting until the afternoon to shave your legs. it'll last longer.

so i kept my dog at the vets for a day &_ they told me something was wrong with her neck.
butt that was about three days ago.
&_ now her backs completly arched to the left.
&_ she can barely holdl her self up. like her two back legs keep fallin into the splits &_ she juss drags them.
also shes like extremely jumpy. like if shes laying down then i go up to pet her she jumps.
any ideas whats wrong?

it sounds like something is wrong with the spinal cord, if it affects her back and legs and neck. but like the person below me said, just go to the vet and get them to check it out quick. this could be serious. :( i hope shes ok.

there is some kind of makeup out there, you can find it at a cosmetic store. you put it on a certain place around the cheek bones, and it makes your cheeks look smoother and your face thinner. you may wanna look it up since i have no idea what its called...sorry i couldnt help more. :\
