does anyone know a good way to get your jumps better in cheerleading? i practice everyday and nothing seems to be working. help! (link)

I was a cheerleader 2 years ago and I had the same problem. The way I got better was practicing my jumps on the trampoline and by putting ankle weights on.
The ankle weights give resistance which builds your muscles up as u work on the jumps. This will make your verticle jump better making it easier to do your cheering jumps.
The trampoline just makes you in more control and helps build your muscles.
Or you could put on weights while jumping on the trampoline...

yes.. condoms are only like 70% or 80% effective. There is always that chance of getting an STD or getting pregnant. The only sure way to avoid either, is not having sex at all.

well....theres really not very much u can do about pimples. Unless u put some make up over them.. thats the only way i have ever found to cover them until they go away on their own.
The less u mess with them... the faster they go away and the less visible they are...
The other thing.. they are just a part of growing up... u should just accept them as a sign that u are a young adult now... if other people have a problem with them.. then they aint even worth your time

I LOVE having a boyfriend. To me.. its just nice to have someone who cares about u and someone for u to care about. It also depends on your age. the younger u r... the worse it can be (i think so anyway) because other people will tease u and stuff.
Also, they can get annoying if they get demanding. Some guys want u to be with them and only them. They wont let u talk to other guys and hang out with your friends! They can be controlling.
Other than that... BF's are pretty Great!!

I think its totally OK to like older guys as long as you dont like guys that are MUCH older than u. To me, 3 or 4 years older is ok... but it u go much higher than that... then its kind of wrong.
I understand that they are more mature, but make sure u dont go for some scum bag that u will regret later. trust me.. it happens!!

i wear thongs all the time... i feel most comfortable in them...
they do take some time to get used to... at first... they feel really weird... but try walking around the house (with pants on of course) while wearing it... it will adjust itself to your body and feel MUCH more comfortable

I have the same problem... my parents said No until i move out...
try getting ur ears pierced (if u dont already have it done... or wanna get it done again) and show them that u know how to take care of it and keep it clean..
or even make a deal with them... like if u get your ears pierced... ask them ... " if i can keep my ears from getting infected until its time to change my earings... will u consider letting me get my belly button pierced?"
that might not work... but its worth a shot

I think the best thing u can do to get a guy to notice u ... is just make a move on him... just something simple like starting a conversation with him... then as u get to know each other... he may begin to like u... (thats how me and my BF got together anywayz)

actually... tampons dont hurt if u put them in right... it might take u a few tries the first time... but they don't hurt.. u shouldnt even be able to feel it. it does feel kind of weird to take them out... its almost like a relieving feeling.. but they dont hurt!

I had this same problem with one of my boyfriends... so i decided to get him cologne. Since I don't have a bro.. i just sprayed it ... then decided which i like best... thats the only thing i could think of to get him.. and he LOVED it...
