So I've had my period for over a year and it's always been pretty steady, very light flow... So right now it's that time of month, and it's been about 2 days and the flow has suddenly been EXTREMELY heavy -- like one tampon like every HALF HOUR heavy, when for like two years I've gotten an EXTREMELY light flow so -- what's up? Is there any way to lessen the flow?

Everyones cycle changes. I know somebody that had their period for 2 years and had the same EXACT thing happen as you. Its nothing really to worry about. But, if youre worried see a doctor.

Theres nothing you can do about how much you bleed. I know it sucks. But, if you werent bleeding then you would have cramps. Hah think of it that way :P

highlight the text you want crossed out. Right click then u will see a list of things. You will also see something called "text" click on that. It will take you to what the font is called and all that. On the same thing u will see something called effects and under that you'll see strikeout and underline. Check the box next to strikeout then click okay

does anyone know any SHAMPOOS and CONDITIONERS (not straightners, or not any sort of heat styling) that make your hair straight besides the purple sunsilk and herbal essences dangerously straight? because those don't work for me. thanks in advance!

Try suave. Its called smoothing. It really makes a difference and it condictions hair awesomely

I'm not good with names so bear with me here. I use this face cleaner rutine thing to get rid of pimples. But it stings [pretty bad] for about 20min. Don't get me wrong or anything, it works great you can see results in two days. But is it supposed to sting like this?

It may be too strong for ur skin. Get something that isnt as strong.

i slept on my shoulder wrong the other night and had mom massage it in the morning. but it made it worse. now, it feels like a huge bruise spread across my upper back. it hurts quite a bit. but im wondering if i should go to a massage therapist or just take asprin until it goes away.

I would take the aspirin for a couple days and if it doesnt get any better then go to a massage therpist.

is it true that if you exercise alot like as in 3 hours everyday that your period will come late? because my period was never late before. and its like almost a week late. usually its like 5 days early. thanks.

Usually exercising helps with cramps. maybe exercising helped you relax more && thats why ur not getting it. Just wait it out and see

What's a good straightener that doesn't cost like, $100. I had the wet to straight one, but I got it last Christmas and it doesn't work as good so I need a new one.. should I just stick to getting another one of those or and recommendations? & price ranges would be great too. thankss :]

hmm. well this depends. Are the little white lies something that mean anything to you? If so, then move on. Long distance reltaionships are hard to maintane && only 1 out of 5 last. But, if you like her that much and are willing to forgive her for the white lies, maybe yins can work it out. It all depends on what the white lies mean to you.

If you think shes the perfect girl try everything in your power too make it work. Who knows she could be the one.
