i'm not all guy crazy like my friends are, i don't go to the mall and go ohh hes hott! i am not like that, even close, i dont even walk by guys and judge them. there is this kid i have kinda had my eye on this past school year but again nothing major. my best friend has been friends with him forever so he is always over her house when i am there, we go swimming at night there and its a long story but she asked him and i to go swim around the pool and flirt for a while, i was glad to cause i kinda like him. so we flirted and when it was totally dark he swam by me and pulled my bathing suit bottom and then grabbed my top(he knew my strings were double knotted so he grabbed the front like my boob)it seems bad but it wasnt and i laughed so the next night we were all swimming and we kinda flirted on our own so later i had my friend say it looks like you and ash were flirting do you like her? and i guess he said yes! i want him to ask me out but how would i like cross his line between liking me and asking me out? wat could i do? it's not conventional, but i think in this situation it doesn't matter who asks the other out first because it's obvious that the two of you have a thing for each other. i think if you really like this guy you should ask him to do something. he's definitely gonna say yes so just do it and jumpstart the situation.

SO me and my boyfriend have been on a "break" 2monthes and I just want to be with him but he says "I dont want a girlfriend, but if an when I do like you'll be the first girl I come to because you have the whole package"! Well im confused because he says this stuff an then like other night I stayed the night with him an we had sex. But yeah you know it confuses me, And like honestly I have no idea what to do but I should just demand an answer. But like jealousy wouldnt work if you tried doin that to him he just would be done, I guess thats why he has stayed talkin to me for 2monthes now. An I think thats what he expects but ive not done that yet so he is holding on to me. But really tonight I told him I wanna talk so what should I say, Because I really want an answer!! (link)

to me he seems somewhat shady because he's telling you he doesn't want a relationship but he's still having sex with you. and i also wonder why he tells you that your so great but still won't date you. if he still refuses to be your boyfriend you should cut the whole thing off, no sex especially.

My friend suggested Slipknot, but I'm looking for music that doesn't scream all of the time. Yelling is OK, but screaming is annoying. I'm not looking for rock where the artists try to sound tough with their voices. I prefer hard electric guitars and drums to somebody screaming.
I know most of you are girls, but any rock suggestions are appreciated. Perhaps you can ask your boyfriends if you don't know of any.

here's some good stuff:
STONE SOUR: mostly heavy music with a good mix of softer stuff. the vocalist, corey taylor, is absolutely amazing. corey's main project, slipknot is my favorite band but i'm a real angry person and i can see how people are turned off by it.
DEFTONES: lyrics are amazing and the music is very diverse, they're the definition of experimental. if your gonna give them a try, start out with white pony, then if you like that you should get more of their albums.
PANTERA: dimebag darrell is absolutely amazing on guitar, truely a heavy metal legend.
SHADOWS FALL: those guys can just flat out play, it's hard and fast, as close to vintage metallica as i've heard.
GRUNGE: give the whole grunge movement a shot. the main bands from that movement were nirvana, alice in chains, soundgarden, and pearl jam.
NINE INCH NAILS: trent reznor is an absolute genious and it comes out in the music
RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE: killer stuff, one of my all time favorites. musically it is brilliant. the guitarists, tom morello, uses crazy effects on his solo. this band is unlike anything i've ever heard.
WHITE ZOMBIE and ROB ZOMBIE: just really cool stuff. rob covers the whole horror rock spectrum and it's just really cool.
MARILYN MANSON: alot of people don't give this guy a chance because of how the public makes him out to be but i've never heard a bad thing about him from people who actually listen to his music and take in his depthful lyrics.

stay away from long distance relationships. they'll never work because one never knows what the other is really up to. even if it's a truely honest relationship, it will in reality never work and could block up any potential local relationships that are much much probable for success.

On Mother's Day of this year, I started talking to this guy over the internet that lived near me. We talked on the internet for awhile, and then on the phone. Eventually he asked me out. We dated for 2 weeks and then he had to leave for California for a 2-month working vacation. During the time we dated, he seemed so PERFECT. Everything he said was so sweet and I fell for him fast. The first week he was gone I barely talked to him. Then this girl added me on MySpace, and long story short, they started to date. I was miserable for days and all he said when he did reply to my messages (he only replied to a few and ignored the others) that I didn't trust him and blah blah. Eventually I broke up with him. They dated for a week and then he completely erased her from his MySpace. She broke up with him for not telling her what was going on but took him back when he offered her a really lame excuse. I didn't talk to him after the break-up at all, even though I told him I was willing to be friends.
I talked to his mom online recently and she asked me to tell her the whole story. She was angry at him for treating me that way and apparently gave him a piece of her mind. Later that day he IMed me and said he was never dating that Tiffany girl and she was lying to me and all that (I realize this is all a lie) and he thanked me for messaging his mom because she really liked me. Well, he said what he did was really f***ed up and he was sorry and that he finds that he can be a hurtful person and he's sorry about that. He said maybe it ended up like it should for the best so I didn't get hurt any more. But he kept flirting with me and when I said we should hang out when he gets home (as friends) he said "well I know you don't like me anymore....". And when I accidentally sent him an IM that was supposed to go to my best friend that said "I'm nothing special. lol", he replied with "You are special" and when I said I didn't think so he says "Well I do". But he didn't talk to me as much as he used to and didn't call me like he would when we were dating, so I figured it was all a guilt trip from his mom.
NOW, I started a new job with a new guy. Before I started the job he asked my sister and a few friends about me and seemed really into me. Well, we talked online a little before I started the job before I finally met him. I worked with him one day and we talked a little bit here and there and I talked to the guy he lives with some too. Well, they were going to the movies last night with some friends from work and I was invited. The guy called me yesterday asking if I was going and saying that I should go. Then he said he'd call me with all the final times and stuff when he knew them. In the end, he didn't call back.
He's REALLY shy and I'm not used to that, so I get frustrated. I don't get why he wouldn't call back if he's as into me as he makes it seem with the stuff he says to my sister. I just don't know if I can date someone that's almost too shy to even talk to me. He might be different with someone he's actually dating, but I'm getting aggravated with how long it's taking him to make a move. I had a few other guys interested in me recently, but this guy is the only one I actually like. He seems really sweet and he's cute and all, but he's just REALLY shy.
Ever since my ex IMed me again, I've realized how big of an effect he still has on me. I still think about him all the time and I've had dreams about him EVERY night since he IMed me. I know he treated me badly and lied to me and I don't want to be stupid and just go back to him so he can do it again, but I just don't know what to do to finally move on and get him out of my head. It's just that our whole relationship was so perfect and I loved being with him and everything.

i'm a shy guy so i can sympathize with the kid you work with. the shy guy is into you, believe me when i say that he is. he's being hesitant in his approach because he's scared and doesn't really know what to do. i think you should call him and ask him to go somewhere with you. i guarantee he will say yes. he's gonna be really shy the first couple times you hang out but he will open up and get more and more comfortable with you if you do most of the talking. you may think that your annoying him by asking alot of questions and whatnot but you aren't. trust me, nobody knows better than me how the mind of a shy guy operates, nobody.
as far as the ex goes, you should forget about him romantically. you should still talk with him online and stuff but try to talk about other things besides the relationship between him and yourself. try to build more of a friend like relationship. you can even steer him in the right path, like if you know a friend that he would be good with you should introduce him to her or do something like that.

Yea, my favorite band is Tool, but I'm looking for some other similar bands besides A Perfect Circle and Smashing Pumpkins. My favorite songs are Stinkfist, Pushit, 46 & 2, Vicarious, Jerk-Off (Live), Eulogy, etc.

first of all, tool is an awesome band, one of my favorites. here are some bands that you might like based on your interest with tool:
RUSH (best progressive rock band of all time)
DREAM THEATER (another very good progressive rock and, #3 on my progressive rock list after rush and tool)
DEFTONES (they are very experimental like tool is especially their albums white pony and saturday night wrist)
RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE (maynard has done work with these guys before and they helped get tool on the map, they are overall a very good band with an amazing guitarist by the name of tom morello)
those are only a few bands with similar traits. other bands that i really like are slipknot, korn, marilyn manson, pantera, mudvayne, disturbed, stone sour, system of a down, nine inch nails, nirvana, alice in chains, metallica, and many more bands along those lines.

I recently bought a large potted plant.
The problem is with my cat. He now feels
that this plant is a good place to go potty.
He is an indoor cat and he has a litter box he
has used for years. Since I got the plant though,
he would much rather use it!
He is slinging dirt all over the place and
I am sure his digging in there isn't helping
my new plant.
Any suggestions on how to get him back
into the litter box without having to
get rid of my plant? (link)

you should try and spray the cat with a little bit of water whenever he/she goes around the plant. just use an empty bottle of windex or something but use the same bottle every time. that's what i did when my cat used to go on countertops. it works pretty quickly, 2 weeks tops. it may seem cruel to spray a cat with water but in reality, it is just water and that's what cats drink so it can't be that bad.

Well, i go too high school. At high school we have populars and well geeks and i really, really hate this! No one has the right to tell you who you are or name you.
Populars think they can boss me about for example 'get out of this room', 'go away, you can't hang around here'. Am really fed up i just want to answer back but then everyone will hate me, and my friends are scared because they don't want to be hated, and everyone eles sucks up to them.
i would really like to know how can i stuck up for my self without being hated by people. (link)

in high school there will always be some group or some person that doesn't like you, no matter what. it doesn't matter if you're like Lindsay Lohan in Mean Girls or if you're like Mandy Moore in A Walk To Remember. so with that in mind, you should do or say whatever you want to any punk that decides that they're gonna act out to seem cool to their group. in high school it's more important to find yourself rather than sacrificed your individuality to fit in.

Ok, I'm 13 and I get really bad depression. I've had it for like over a year now. I forgot what its like to actually have true happiness. And I know most teens go throug this, but mines pretty severe. Like I never want to do anything anymore, I just dont care, I hate life, And most of the time I just feel like dieing. And like ver since I got it, its screwed up my life. I lost all my friends and havent really had any in like a year. It seems easy when people just say "start making new friends" or "find an activity you like doing" or try to be happy or whatever, but its so hard. I don't know what to do about my depression. if your only 13 you haven't even flirted with the emotional cancer know as depression. i know how you feel. i remember when i was 13, i had it bad, real bad. now i'm 17 and it's much worse.it's worse because at 17, for me at least, things become clearer. as i develope mentally i begin to see how bad my life in fact is and i already have my future invisioned, it's full of loneliness and sorrow. now i'm kind of like the living dead, i move around, i walk, i talk, but the truth is, i'm nothing, absolutely nothing. i have an answer for you though, music, it's that simple. i'm not talking about trash pop music or whatever, i'm talking about stuff with substance. here's some stuff i recommend: nirvana, alice in chains, deftones, korn, pantera, slipknot(if you've got alot of inner rage, slipknot is the best remedy), stone sour, the cure, marilyn manson, nine inch nails, mudvayne, staind, and stabbing westward. the music won't make you feel better but it will relate to how you feel.
