So what do you all eat when you are fasting? I am having a difficult time cutting out meat and cheese. I can manage to do without the meat, but I didn't realize how much cheese and yogurt played into my life. Any tips?
try more fruits a veggies, you could make a delicious fruit salad with bananas, strawberries and melons. Maybe you could make a veggie tray with carrots, broccoli, and celery then get some low fat dip to dip them in.

ok well yeaterday at about like 2a.m. I went driving in town with my cuzine and her older bro (he's only 17) he drove us around and well he was smoking pot in the car so I got totally nervous and I didn't know what to do so I just staid in the car worring my butt off and when I got home at around 10 my dad smelt the pot and asked me if I smoked but I didn't pin it on my cuz did I do the right thing? No one likes a tattletale but driving under the influence of drugs is a horrible thing, you all could have been killed. Perhaps telling on your cousin would have been a good idea, maybe he wouldn't do it again because who knows what would happen if he were to drive around high again? he could kill himself or someone else.

okay, i am a naturally pale person but all this summer i have been tanning so i look normal with a tan now, but its not like reeaally insanely dark like i want, like when ppl see me i want them to be like omg your tan im so jealous! so anyways now that summer is almost over, i jus pretty much am gonna go to the tanning bed but does anyone have any tips to get like black with a tanning bed by at least the middle of october! thanx! and also, i have a hard time tanning my face, feet, and chest, any ideas on how i can get these to tan like my legs??!
do you really want to be that tan? tanning only results to wrinkles and skin cancer. But if you really want to be dark tan almost everyday. Thats all i can say.

My husband and I are adopting a cat today from the Humane Society. The cat is 4 years old, and has not been declawed. I feel it would be inhumane to do declaw her, but I am worried about her scratching my furniture, and me as well. Does anyone have any alternitives to declawing, or how to prevent her from scratching the furniture.
And any other tips for a new cat owner would be appriciated.
i once saw in a pet catalog caps that you can put on your cats claws so that when they claw it doesn't do any damage.

You're still growing! Give it time, and if you don't grow any more don't sweat it! Theres ways to get around a small bust size, buy padded bras if you want to look bigger.
