okay .. well heres what to do first.. what the other one below said about cutting fast food. is right.. it has way too much grease and fat and its just not healthy for you. aty my school we have a a workout center .. a nutritionist and 2 personal trainers.. if your school has any of this. take advantage of it.. you need to workout afew days a week.. and a healthy diet is keyyyyy.. dont cut out like your favorite things cause in afew weeks youll just crave them agian. and itll drive you crazy.. cut down on your portions. do more exersising.. join a gym .. go running.. do something to get yourself active

ok today my friend and this guy kissed in the commons of our school, getting caught she got a referal. now she must face her mother and shes not allowed to date. shes not dating the guy exactly but how is she supposed to explain to her mom that shes not dating anyone and yet she got caught kissing in SCHOOL!!!?????? i have to call her at 5pm tonite and help her through this and being me i need your help. she will NOT lie to her parents..any ideas on how to tell her mom without her going bizerk? I lost my virginity to one of my guy friends on jan.7th. We were fine and talked a couple times a week up till yesterday. He sent me a text message yesterday and was telling me how he liked one of our friends and wanted my input on what he should do. I obviously told him that i wouldnt tell him what i thought because i care alot about him and dont want to see them together.

if hes going to be scumbag like that and use them.. then screw him.. boys are just pigs.. i think that you should give him the cold shoulder if he tries to talk to you agian.. im sure if you look alittle more youll find a great guy who wont use you or treat you like your not worth anything. caude you are .. every girl is worth something.. and you might not be able to change the oast you had with him.. but you can change what will come up next.. so just beleive in yourself that you can do better and try and move on from that scumbag

Im 17, and a female. Okay so there is this guy that i was friends with. i feel for him. i like him alot. then we got into a fight because of him and my best friend were talking, as friends, but lying to me about it. Sneaking around talking, and sometimes about me. But anyway now he wont talk to me or even look in my direction and i like him ALOT. Its killing me that hes not talking to me, im really sad all the time now. and my friend knows what hes doing to me and she still continues to talk to him. i would do ANYTHING for her and even him but he wont talk to me and i feel backstabbed by her. I tried apoligizing to him but he still wont talk to me. I would so anything just for him to say hi to me and i dont know what to do. Someone help me please. defiantly.. theres always a chance you can be pregnant.. pre cumm.. its there.. take a pregnancy test.. or i it happpened within afew days theres always the morning ater pill. it will kill any sperm that in your body.. ater like a day or 2 its hard or it to truely work. it works best like that day or the next.. but yeahhh .. id check that out an dont have sex wihtout a condom agian..

noooo .. not at all.. if you use two.. the condom is more likely to rip casue its tooo dry.. then your basically screwed... i would trust the boy to wear one.. just cause i personally dont think girl condoms are welll worked on by condom corp. as boy condoms.. but your best bet if your gonna have sex is ask to be out on birth control and use a condom.... i know itll be awkward to talk to that about with your parents.. but itd be less awkward then then telling them your pregnat.. get it?
