today i got in a big argument with my stepdad, which isn't unusual for me but today i just got so mad at him. i was babysitting and he called to talk, he just says the same thing over and over and i couldn't stand hearing him talk anymore. i started crying then hung up and like i was breathing really short breaths and couldn't really control it then i got a headache and i was still breathing weird. i took an advil then it stopped in a couple minutes. this never happened before. was it a panic attack or something? i was kinda freaked out.

It sounds like a panic attack, yes. I've had the same problem since I was a child, and it happens because you allow yourself to get too worked up, and too upset over things. The best thing you can do is just tell yourself 'I'm having a panic attack, relax, calm down and it will go away'.
As for your breathing, when it starts happening, just start taking really deep slow breaths and within a few minutes, your breathing should return to normal.
If it continues to happen more frequently, I'd suggest going to your doctor and bringing it up to him/her.

My friend had unprottected sex on day 7 (july21) of her mestral cycle. She asked me to read up on it for her and all I found was that your most likely to get pregnant between days 6-19 (july 19- august1). is this true? if so how likely is she to be pregnant and when should she take a test? (link)

I'm not too sure about the menstrual cycle thing, but with the pregnancy test if she goes to the store they sell the pregnancy tests in packs usually, and most have 2-3 per box, I recommend buying one of those boxes, and taking one of the tests about 2 weeks after the initial intercourse, and then taking another one about 2 weeks after that.

But anyway I don't know if anyone knows this or can answer this, but I figured hey friggin shot in the dark why not? Ok has anyone at all ever heard of this movie (I don't know the name, any of the characters or even what the hell it was about, but I'll tell you all I can remember):
Ok so there's this realllly fat chick (it might have been a dude playing a chick, but I'm not sure) and it's basically just about her being rude and mean and a big spoiled bitch. I know in one scene it's Christmas and she gets black slippers, but she freaks out because she wanted blue ones and she goes crazy and curses and flips out and throws the christmas tree on her mother. Then later on in the movie she ends up being pregnant and gives birth by herself on a couch. Then she tries to eat her baby. I think it was made in the 70s.
It sounds insane because it was, lol. It was on one night late about 2 or 3 years ago and I remember finding it hysterical and wanting someone else to see it besides me so I know I wasn't crazy and made the whole thing up. But I have no clue what the name of the movie is so I can't even find clips online or something. If anybody has any idea it would be much MUCH appreciated =). Thanks !

I don't like YouTube because ANYONE in the world can see it. I just want to share some videos exclusively with family and friends, without letting strangers being able to see them, kind of like sharing photo albums but only to people you choose to see them.

Okay, you know how with Photobucket, you can make albums private? Or even your entire account? Well, you can upload videos to Photobucket now. I don't know if you knew that, but that's the easiest thing I can think of right now. :]

It all depends on how you guys feel about it, if you both are okay with hiding it from his parents until your ready to tell them, then I'd say go for it. If you guys are happy and think you can last the few years to get married (I'm nto sure what the legal age is where you live). I don't neccasarily think it would be WRONG, but it would probably be better if you tell his parents. That's notmally not something most people hide from their families. But, if it's what you guys want to do, I say go for it. :D

Im considering getting my septum peirced as i will be able to hide it at school and from my dad at weekends and my school during the week. The only reason im considerind the septum is because its easy to hide. i have a few questions on what people think of septum peircings....
(im 13 but look about 15/16) will i look silly with it peirced because im not an adult yet ???
do you think girls with septrum pericings look 'manly' ???

If you want your septum pierced, and think you can hide it from your parents or whatever, go for it. I don't think it's right to hide it from your parents, but if that's what you want to do.
Your age doesn't really determine what a piercing will look like on you.
All girls look different with different piercings. I know plenty of them who have their spetums done, I actually have mine done, I've had it for a year or so.
I will warn you, it hurts. It hurts like theres no tommorow, and it will hurt and be sore for roughly 2 weeks. Depending on your body and how it heals, and how well you deal with pain.
If you do get it done, I suggest buying a thing of neosporin, and lotssss of q-tips. Because inside your nose get super dry, and putting neosporin on it, not only defeats dryness, but helps with the healing and the pain.

Theres this young african american kid whos a cop because of his father. He goes to this school and is investigating a drug thing or something.
In the beginning he is buying a stolen bike and shoots the tyre and the truck tips over.
At the end, the guy gives his boss his BLUE car back with hydraulics.
Uhmm these guys steal cars during parties in the movie.
ANd that's about all i can remember.

Any book that Ellen Hopkinds has written.
I reccomend Crank to begin with, and if you enjoy it, read the sequel, Glass.
They're amazing books.
Also, Alex Sanchez is good.

I would reccomend beating your pillow. It helps you release anger, and it lets you get the feeling of punching something else, and then you don't have to worry about that coming back to haunt you a few minutes later. I've also heard of people going out and running or jogging when they're angry because it lets you reflect on what your mad about and maybe even see some more perspective on the situation, not to mention, it gets out the adrenaline that makes you mad.

I had the same problem, and doctors couldn't figure out what it was, I had so many tests done, and my problem was I became lactose intolerant. I don't know how, neither do the doctors, go to your doctor, and tell him you want to take a Lactose INtolerance test.
Its a test where you go to an office, drink this liquid, and every 30 minutes for 3 hours you take this breathalizer type of test.
If it is that, you'll take these Lactaid pills once a day, every day, and cut down on your dairy.
First, to make things easier, stop drinking dairy/eating it all together. Well, don't stop, just cut down to when you have to. See if that helps, go to a Drug Store, and buy the lactaid pills keep cutting down your dairy, for a few days until your body adjust to the pills, give it about two days, and then try going back to your normal dairy routine. If that helps, you'll know, and you can save yourself a trip to the doctors. :]
The pills have no side effects, no drowsiness, nothing. So even if thats not whats wrong with you, they won't hurt you at all.

IN my opinion ProActiv is amazing. I started using it about two years ago because I was breaking out really bad, and I was sick of it.
But ProActiv works different ways for different people. Like, a friend of mine started using it as well, and it didn't work for her as well as it worked for me.
The only thing anyone on here can tell you about it is; It either works, or doesn't for them. But we can't say if it will work for you. Its something you just have to try for yourself.

okay so there is this girl in our school and her dad recentley got a good job. it's not a great job though. she thinks she can afford anything and she told everybody that her mustang 2007 was over $100,000 dollars. NOT true. it isn't fully loaded and it has no special features. can that possibly be true???????? next she all told us she bought this dress for $400 dollars. no one believes her though because it's pretty plain and not that cute. she is crazy.

Well, the car is kind've unbelievable, but you never know. & You'd be surprised how expensive dress are. Shes pretty, but I don't see why you care so much. If shes not rich, & people are believing it, let her live out her dream/fantasy. Its not hurting you, or anyone else. Let her play off as this amazing rich kid, even if she isn't. Don't spoil something that doesn't need to be spoiled. As long as shes not hurting anyone, leave her alone.

Periods can often be brown, which is caused by your body cleaning itself out from your previous periods. Its nothing to be alarmed by. Its completely normal.

Well; its hard to say if you should or not, considering we don't know what you/your hair look like. But, from personal experience I got a perm a few years back, I liked it, but I definatly, would have preferred not getting it. this weekend i was with my brother and some of his friends and we were all driving around in my new car a 2007 escalade. I was driving adn it was raining and late at night and i have only had my license for about 3 months. we were coming around the corner and hit another car totaling mine and theirs. right away my brother took the blame for it and told me not to worry about it since he has been driving for a few eyars now and wouldnt get in as much trouble as i would. since the other car didnt see i was driving it worked out fine but now i feel awful that he took the blame for this but i know that if i came forward my parents would kill me. they are making him pay for a new car and he is grounded for like a month and i keep telling him that i will tell them but he wont listen to me what should i do (link)

Your brother taking the blame for you, was very nice of him, but you shouldn't let him do that. You didn't hit the other car on purpose. I'm sure you parents will be angry, but I think they'll understand. After all, like I said, it wasn't on purpose. I think you should just sit your parents down, and explain to them, that you panicked, and allowed him to take the blame, I'm sure you'll be punished, but I think they'll be proud that you didn't let you brother take the blame. That he may have at first, but you decided to take responsibilty for your actions.
