I have a father that abuses me but i really don't know what to do i've tried being sucidal but it didn't help at all i also know if i consult the police he will deny it and he will abuse me even more so what should i do? (link)

oh my goodness! you may think that, but if you do tell the police(which is most deff the right answer!) they will call CPS(child protective services) and come and make random house checks, and also there are hotlines that you can call for this kind of stuff! and your right, being suicidal is deff not the way to go! all it does is make things worse. also, if you have any relitaves that you could talk to, that would be of major help also!
please dont let this continue! take action!

This year, i got put into the earliest lunch period at school- i eat lunch at 10:30 am. because of this, i stopped eating breakfast, so that i'm hungry at lunch. but then, since i eat so early, i am starving my the time school is out. by dinner, i'm not very hungry, and i get hungry around 930ish. i hate my eating schedule- its so screwed up and i know it can't be good for my body. any ideas? well start making yourself eat at normal times and your body will then get back onto a normal schedule!! hope i helped!!

okay well im 15/f, and i recently found out im pregnate. Before i found out my boyfriend broke up with me, we don't talk anymore, he ignores my calls and he won't read anything i send him...so is it useless to tell him??he's 15 to, and lives about 45 min. away. I think I'm gonna keep the baby too, I haven't told my parents yet. I'm a "goodygood" so noone would expect it...and i don't kno what to do...i tried to tell my best friend...but she didn't believe me...what do i do? how do i tell my ex. and get him to listen to me? omg! no way, you deffinately need to keep trying to contact your ex! bc if you dont a whole bunch of legal messes could come up! lol and i am sure that you dont want that! i think that it is your decision on whether or not you want to keep the baby, but remember all the hardships that will come wiht it... and jsut keep insisting to everyone what is true and call your boyfriends parents and ask to talk to him that way.

well first of all your weight doestn really count for a whole lot...its your BMI that counts, bc i dont weigh 95 lbs either, but i have a very low BMI, because i am a gymnast, and am stronger than more then half the guys in my grade! lol! and secondly, its not healthy to try and lose that much weight in one or 2 weeks. start off by working out at a gym, getting a personal trainer even, and see where it goes from there and if you still really want to go on a diet, then i reccomend finding a nutritionist so that you can do this the healthy way, and not skip food groups completely!

well...hollister is cheaper than abercrombie, umm platos closet(its in like euless or something?) um nordstrom rack or even abercrombie sale bc i have gotten skirts and shorts from there for $6. you just have to go at the right time of the year. hope i helped!

decorating ideas- give everyone a lei; have fresh hibiscus as your table centerpieces; have grassskirts around the tables; serve like the fun frozen drinks (jsut buy the kind in the can in the freezer section at the grocery store); umm put up a tiki hut as like a dance floor or a serving table; etc...

k so I'm just now babysitting and I really don't want to just sit on the couch and watch tv the whole time because I remember being a kid and loving the babysitters who were a lot of fun... only problem is I don't have any cool games to play with the kids! any suggestions or experiences that might be helpful?

well you may want to ask the kids what they want to do first and depending on how old you are, if you are 16 then you could take them to a moive or to a park, but if you are not that old yet then you could maybe play go fish or play house or barbies or somethign with them! lol and if theyre boys then maybe you could play catch with them with a baesball, basketball, beach ball, football etc? hope i helped!! and good luck with the babysitting!
