if i drink a big sip of water and then go outside in the heat for about 5 minutes and go back and drink another sip..is that a way to not get dehydrated and sick and dizzy and stuff? thanks (link)

to get hydrated its best to drink alot of water and gateraid the night/day before youu go out to a sports event play sports or to just go out side (even tho you might not know a day befor you are going to go out or whatever). Also you should have a bolltle of water with you...its the safe thing to do... if i were you i would drink a WHOLE lot more water! i hope i helped! :)

i know that this is not the smartest question but i rally what to know it so...i was reading the third book of the sisterhood of the traveling pants called Girls in pants. if you look at the drawings on the pants on each of the covers it has written on them like that happens to them in the movie..but in the third book it says Kostos's arm..but in the book i didnt read anything about Kostos's arm...can somebody tell me why its written on the pants..but not read about in the book??? and if you could tell me why its even written on there in the first place...like what happened to his arm in the book? (link)

Okay when i was 13 i got drunk and had sex and he didnt use a condom. I got pregnant and told the father and he moved an i had my baby girl. Now im 15, every time i tell a bf i had a baby they end up breaking up with me. There is a guy who ive been dating for a lomg time now and he said hed be with me through all of the obsticals...well this is a huge obstical. Should i tell him i had a baby or say it is my mothers and tell my mother to go along with it till i tell him? (My mom had me when she was sixteen so she is young) (link)

i think you should tell him so there for you will know if he really is there for you no matter what :) i know it might be hard but i think if u tell him you'd feel alot less guilty becuz trust is a major part in a relationship. i hope i helped

okay i think i have pink eye my eyes really icth and

it could be allergys i have had that happen to me before my eye was swollen and pink and itchy and everything people thought it was pink eye but it turned out to be allergys just wash your hands and dont rub your eyes. i hope i helped :)

i cant stop cracking my nuckles and their already all swollen and stuff and i know theyll hurt alot when im older if i dont stop but i dont know how. does anyone know how to stop cracking nuckles? ill rate! please help! (link)

maybe uyou could do something to keep you from doing that, like huge gloves or something for example if you have the habit of bitting your nails then put something gross on it like pepper. oh yeah and alot of self control sorry.
