There's this girl. We were pretty good friends in the 2005-2006 school year (8th grade). Then we got to high school this past school year, and we had two classes together. We didn't sit next to each other in the first class we had together, and we did in the second class for the last half of the year. I have reason to believe she cut herself in 8th grade, and she's just got that depressive vibe that I tried to deal with in her and other people before, but its just something I can't handle. I'm the type of person that likes being happy and not sad.
Anyway.. for some reason, the friendship started to dwindle, as I didn't have the time to keep the friendship alive, with all the extra activities I was/am in. Plus, by the end of the day of school, where our classes were together, I was not always the most awake person. I was very exhausted, so my facial expressions weren't always positive. So this person would always ask me, "Are you okay?"- and it just got really annoying, along with the "Are we gunna gunna hang out?" and I would say, "yes, when I have time", and she would say, "Now does that mean we are going to, or are you just saying that?". All of it just got annoying, and I am so intolerant to annoyance.
So on myspace, she sent me a message and asked if we were still friends, as I was sort of avoiding her. I told her yes, and she said, "I think our friendship is dwindling because I liked you last year (8th grade) and you never did anything, and I got mad".. and knowing that wasn't the real reason why, I straight up told her that the things she did and asked continuously were annoying. I told her to give me some space for awhile. So of course, she comments me again on myspace a few days later and says, "This whole thing is stupid, forget about it!". And a few days later, she decides to start trying to talk to me again, and I wasn't ready. Thankfully, school ended, and we're going to different schools next year, but she commented me again on myspace just recently, and said "Its summer, you can't be too busy now, lol". Does she not realize that I don't want to talk to her?- because I told her that the "we don't hang out" thing was annoying.
Do I have to tell her again?
Does she get that I'm avoiding her and that I don't really want to be her friend anymore? I know that sounds mean- but I'm just really intolerant to annoyance, like I said, and I don't see myself forgetting about this.
What should I do?

Well, don't completely abandon her. Just don't because that phrase is *completely* true.

Tell her you just need some time from her and ask her not to comment you or anything.

What you wrote you say you still are in activities right now? Tell her you're busy with those if you have to.

But really, don't cut off the friendship too long or she might not feel like shes your friend anymore at all and won't bother you anymore. It may be what you want now but later when you need a friend and you're others might not be there for you, she won't be either unless you make sure to stay on track with her

The language doesn't mean anything, it's just random words to be honest.

Q: when i straighten my hair (on a daily basis), after a long day it flips and waves at the bottom because i tuck my hair behind my ears pretty often. but my birthday is coming up and i can ask for a chi straightener. i was wondering if they really are worth the money and would prevent my hair from "unstraightening" during the day? also, any recommendations as to which one i should get (in the chi line) would be helpful. (:

I have a chi. It works REALLY well, and I totally recommend it. However, it doesn't really prevent your hair from becoming wavy. If you don't it to do that just like don't put your hair behind your ears, but make sure to keep it out of your face. The chi straightener only straightens very well, is better for your hair, has ceramic plates, basically it gives you less split ends and straightens amazingly well.

Q: well im kinda concerned because i looked up my ideal weight range, and while im still in the range, im on the heavier side. this only concerns me because i have a really small frame. the thing is is that i dont have hardly any body fat, but im at the gym pretty much every day and im assuming that most of the added pounds are muscle mass. i still cant help but wonder if im over weight. do i still need to worry about losing a few pounds??

If you're at the gym almost every day, there is no reason to worry. Working out turns fat into muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. As long as you do not look overweight, you should be perfectly fine, just eat healthy too :) Hope I helped

Q: About 3 weeks ago i noticed a spot ( not a mole ) on my nose, on my left nostril its not bumpy or anything its just a tannish circle its small what is it? does it have anything to do with the sun or something?

Yeah, its probably a freckle. You said its bigger than any freckle you've seen but it doesn't mean its not. Or it could be a mole but usually those are dark. If its dark it could be a mole. If it hurts or anything go to the doctor.

Freckles are usually caused by exposure to the sun, if you want to prevent them make sure to put on sunscreen and reapply every couple of hours. So if you were spending some time outside, yes, a freckle can pop up.

Yes it can but if you are worried about being pregnant, try to get that morning after pill.

Q: on the main screen of your computer you have liek an image or picture of somthing... well does anyone have a website that has like pictures of bands that are big enough to fit the whole screen without stretching.... like a website that is made for desktop pitures???

Yes, you just go to google image search and type up the name of the band you want and then wallpapers. For example: fall out boy wallpaper

Then, when the images come up, look for ones of sizes like 800 by 600 and 1024 by 768 because those fit your screen. Any bigger than those, too, will fit without stretching.

Once you find a picture you want, right click it and click set as desktop background. Hope I helped!

Q: Alright i'm a guy i tried to straighten my hair for the first time and it didnt quite go so well. one thing is i totally dont know how to do it. i used my mom's and it was clip on type thingy. i noticed it gets warm and then really hot to help straighten my hair. so do i put my hair between the hot metal bar and clip and how long do i keep my hair between it? i want my hair to be straight going down my forehead andi dont want it to curl up or in any other direction just straight down because lateron when my hair gets longer im gonna have an Emo hairstyle. so basically im a simple guy asking a simple question on how you straighten your hair. girls you can tell me every bit of detail on how you do this stuff and guys that straighten their hair tell me some tips. lol

Yes, you put your hair between the hot plates. You don't really need to have it in a certain time, just slowly move the straightener down to the ends of your hair and it should come out straight.

Its supposed to get hot so your hair gets straight and stays until you wash your hair. What you do is you grab a small section of your hair and you might wanna comb the section first. Then you take the straightener and put your hair between the two plates. Close the plates and slowly move it all the way down. Then your hair should be straight.

Q: I am redoing my room this summer and i have a queen sized bed, and i might get a full instead.
I am looking for really good sites with teen bedspreads on them. I have googled a lot, and i have only found one bedspread that i like (Seventeen seascape). I dont want anything with a lot of flowers. Polka dots are good and so are some stripes. I like these colors for it: Green, orange, pink, blue. (if there is beds with other clors and those i mite like it) does anyone have a any good sites for me to look at?

Q: What is up with a guy who has been saying hi to you and he wants you to say hi back to him whenever you see him in the halls?? And what if it goes on for 6 months and you like him. But alls you can do is smile at him, and he smiles at you, and all he ever says is hi (my name), then I say hi(his name).And sometimes the other way around? sometimes we think of clever ways to say hi like tap each other shoulders or wave or whatever. Im confused, and I have been crushing on him. Whats weird is when you have a crush your not suppsoed to even talk to him, and alls I have said is Hi (name) and other stuff but not a real conversation only once. and by the way he stares at me a lot and follows me, and knows which class I have and looks inside and nodds.

Just talk to him. Seriously, I talk to my crush all the time. We're not the best friends but we are friends at least. :) just talk to him, and then things will get better. Is he in anny classes of yours? If he is talk about like an upcoming test or ask what the hw was in that subject(even if you already know) say you forgot to write down the homeowrk or the test date or something. Good luck

Q: I've had dark circles under my eyes for a while now, and they've gotten worse over the last few months since I had bad sleep/eating patters (stress from school). I'm wondering, what are some things I can do to minimize the appearence of dark undereye circles? Thanks

Okay. thats great that you can sleep better and eat better. I have 2 tips for you- take two spoons, and put them in the freezer. Take them out when they are cold and put them under your eyes. That helps get rid of the circles.

I don't do that often though because I'm usually pressed for time, so a quick thing to do is buy a tube of under eye concealer. It's got a small brush at the tip of it, and you just kinda "paint" that under your eyes, and then you blend it in with your hands. It works very nicely :)

Also, I do have some under eye cream from Neutrogena, called Radiance Boost eye cream. Its a small tube, and it reduces the look of dark circles and puffiness. It works okay, but I prefer the concealer stuff better than this.

You don't need to lose weight, trust me, since I'm also 13 and the same size as you. you are NOT fat. at ALL! I think all you need is to tone. So you have to do things like crunches to tone and that just tightens everything up. Just believe me when I say you don't need to lose weight because if you do you will be VERY unhealthy!

Q: Okay so theres this boy that i know , that my friend goes to school with.My other friend also went out with him over the summer. So this isnt some random kid. Anyways, Ive never met him fact to face though.Somehow like easter weekend i was with my friend that goes to his school and we started talking on the phone, on sat... If you can catch him alone, ask him about a homework question. Don't suddenly talking to him whenever you get the chance though, that might creep him out. But gradually, ask him stuff. Once you start doing that he might be more open to you and be able to actually have real convo's. Once you go from there, everything should be good. Just dno't talk to him EVERY time you see him - that will make you look desparate.

Q: My ipods battery died when it was charging about 1 week ago and my dad said it was the cord. So we bought a new cord yesterday and it worked but then my ipod froze again like the battery died again after we just bought a new cord! Can anybody help me on what to do?

Try bringing it back to the store. They will tell you how to fix that. However my iPod has never frozen, but my friends has after she dropped it in the toilet (lol) She brought it back and they said to hold down the middle circle button, or maybe it was the "play/pause" button. Try both. If that doesn't work, bring it to the store....and hopefully they won't give you the same advice I just gave you :P
