Okay well i was friends with this girl and we were really close. and then we got into this argument and we were mad at each other for a couple days. and then i told my other friends about the fight i had. and when i was talking to my friend about it i was saying how the girl i was fighting with annoying and stuff and how she always treats me like a third wheel. then me and the girl i was fighting with were talking and becoming friends again and i told her i was mad and starting now to like her but i guess were okay now. *so should i mention that i called her annoying too? and that was like 3-4 weeks ago. and then i hungout with her this past weekend and started getting really close again. then the friend that i was telling that stuff too got mad at me and i dont know why. *what do i do? Sounds to me like all your trouble started and continued by discussing the sitch with outside parties. Girls like discretion, just hearing anything third party will anger them. If she starts to get that everything said stays between the two of you, she will gain a respect for you that is a powerful thing to earn. Also, the mature way of handling something like this does not go unnoticed. I remember breaking up with a girl I loved with all my heart. The way I handled it gave me a good name in the circles we all travelled in. You might just be building a good reputation you can put to good use in the future.

Yes, prep means prepared. But you and I both know that doesn't cut it. In HS There was the Jocks, the preppies, and us skaters. I would say that preppies were preppies because of the click, group they all belonged to. Fitting in to this group is difficult because usually its the rich kids. Maybe you have that going for you and maybe you don't. I hated it because what was popular one day (a certain purse, sunglasses) was out by the time you caught up, then comes the teasing. If the preppie scene is for you, just dress neat and go to the sporting events. Be yourself in front these slaves to trend and before you know it YOU are setting the trends. Of course I was a skater and detested trendy preppies but, thats what I saw. Hope it helps, and be kind to the skaters.

hey 17 f
so i got a puppy about 3 months ago and hes a yorkie/shiht-zu and he is currently 4 months old. he bites me all the time. i hit him (lightly offcourse) on his back not on the head but he just growls at me and gets angry and trys to bite me even harder. i also say "NO" when he bites me and again he growls at me and doesnt listen at all. i really dont know what to do becuase he bites my little brother also. (not hard since he is a puppy) but still. how can i show him whose boss? and make him stop biting me? i mean eventually he is gonna grow and its actually gonna hurt. thankyou so much in advance. We have to remember the heritage dogs have. This sort of biting is normal among litters of pups to establish dominance and to practice hunting teqniques that a domestic dog doesn't need to learn.
So, a few things;
Pick a strong vocalization that you will use only any time the teeth touch flesh. The puppy doesn't differentiate between "mouthing" and outright biting so its best to stop it all. I used a loud aaaaaaH in conjunction with a method that shows them the power of their own bite. This involves grabbing the upper snout so that you can fold and press the upper lips "flews" against the primary canines. Not hard just grab, press and only release when you hear the whimper. This is not a pain whimper is is a submissive one. Once you achieve this "submission" release your grip. Soon your dog will only need the AAAAAAH! command to tell them your flesh has been touched. This is an excellent way because the dog will apply the lesson to everyone. My dog plays tug like she is killing something but, I slip a finger into her jaw sideways and she releases immediately.
This takes repetition and commitment from all people in the house or the dog will be confused that its OK with some and not others.

The outside of the r. knee hurting and you still being able to walk and run suggests to me that you have avoided the dreaded ACL and MCL ligament damages. That area contains the collateral ligament, which wraps down under the area you are describing. A twisting injury can cause damage to this ligament but, good news. Ligaments are built like rope with lots of independent fibers. Sounds like you have twisted or even severed a few. This would produce the painful bump you described.
-----Rest
The injured knee must be rested to prevent any further injury.
-----Ice
The damaged area must be cooled by using an ice-pack or a packet of frozen peas. The ice must never come directly into contact with the skin or the patient could get frostbite.
A cloth should be placed between the ice and the skin. Ice can be laid on the affected area for up to 20 minutes every hour, but for no longer than three hours in all.
Ice treatment has been known to be effective for up to 24 hours after the injury occurred.
----Compression
An elasticated support bandage is designed for this purpose. The compression must be firm but not so tight that it interferes with the blood circulation.
------Elevation
The leg must be elevated above heart level if possible. It is most comfortable to lie down and elevate the limb with a few pillows. If you are sitting down, the leg can be raised on a chair or a table. This elevation should be maintained as much as possible for a few days.

ok, so you guys might have noticed a lot of questions about tongue piercings on here...and 98% of them were from me.
well, i finally convinced my parents to let me do it! im getting it done this weekend.
BUT there is one catch. i have to pay for it, and i also have to pay for any damage the piercing will do to my teeth O.O
soooo...here are my questions: (bear with me)
A) what could happen to my teeth?
B) how much would it cost to pay for the damages?
C) how would a minor, like myself, pay for this?
D) is there anything i could do to prevent this from happening?
E) when will i be aloud to use restoring mouthwash if i get my tonuge pierced?

A) Biting your jewelry not just can happen. It will happen. Use acrylic, it will break before your teeth will. Also you get what you pay for. Go somewhere reputable. If they wont let you SEE the needle removed from its sterile medical wrapper, walk out.
B) More than you can pay being young.
C) How do minors pay for anything? Isn't America great?
D) I have had an acrylic piercing for five years now or more. I used Biotene for the first few weeks, and I mean hourly, with it in my back pocket.
After that you can resume whatever dental hygiene you normally use.
Also be prepared to use a longer bar during the healing process. The tongue swells at first and the bar needs to accommodate that thickness. IMPORTANT, after swelling goes down, get fitted immediately with a bar that is right for the thickness of your HEALED tongue. Leaving the original bar will increase chances of biting down on the jewelry.
However I am here to tell you that it is worth it. Something extremely erotic about having a tool on your tongue. Especially when your partner does too.

Hi, i am 17 going on 18 and i had a baby in march 2008 and i need help on getting rid of stretch marks on my stomic i used that mederma cream for stretch marks it worked a little but i can still see them i want to get rid of them before this summer i really want to wear a bathing suit this summer to go swimming i havent went swimming in public sense before i had my baby and it really sucks somebody out there please help. thanks (link)

Stretch marks are like cancer. There is no cure. Do not waste your money on all these expensive crazy stretch mark cures. Only make-up will work. As Hollywood knows all too well. I guess a tan will darken and camouflage them a bit.

Ok. So I am curious to know if there is a way to shave without getting all the little red bumps and redness on the legs and vaginal area. Also, is there a way to slow leg hair growth or to keep legs smooth for more than one day at a time? I rate high for good answers!

Unfortunately nothing exists to slow hair growth that does not kill you. (radiation, cancer) The red bumps mean you are shaving against the grain. All hairs, when lying down will lye in the same direction. Determining which ones lye which way and shaving in that direction reduces the irritation and "bumps" Unfortunately this means becoming a ninja with your razor, so consistently shaving in the same direction each time will "train" these hairs to work with you. And there is always wax. Wax pulls the hair deep, hence they grow back slower, and sometimes not at all.

i jammed my finger playing flag football about 2 weeks ago now. the swelling has gone down a lot and so has the major pain. however, it's still a bit swollen and it hurts a little (not super paintful though, and only when i bend it and stuff like that). how can i get it to go down? is it too late to put ice on it and stuff? and if i don't do anything about it, will it stay swollen like that forever? thanks so much in advance. I remember a skateboarding incident when I was ohhhhhhh 17? I jammed my thumb so hard it became a sausage. I mean the skin from the end of the nail to the first knuckle looked like a quarter pipe ramp. If its still swollen it is not too late for ice. It will go away. However I do still carry painful little reminders of various injuries, that thumb for example cant make a circle anymore, it just jerks back and forth. Whatever

Your abdominal cavity is like a cradle of muscle that prevents all the loose organs from falling into your sub-dermal layers below. An appendix, when infected will cause instant and constant pain. I mean constant. The abdomen will also become ridged. The pain occurring when laughing/coughing/sneezing says to me that something is wrong with this cradle of muscle that contains the intestines. When this hammock of tissue is torn or defective it makes sense that diaphragmatic movement (laughing/coughing) stimulates this pain. This is called a hernia. In men, a sever hernia can actually spill intestines into the scrotum making them HUGE and demanding immediate med attention. Women do not have this problem obviously, making a sever hernia harder to determine. I suggest medical attention with an emphasis on your symptoms.

The body had evolved to do one thing, replace itself. The bits necessary to do this for a male need to be outside the body because sperm cannot develop inside where the temperature is too high. This means putting your most important parts in the most vulnerable area. To offset this risk the body has evolved an enormous pain response to any violent stimuli involving the area. ahhhhh Girls. It hurts them to be hit there because of the amount of nerve endings that travel, gather, and come to an end at the clitoris. This is so that sex is pleasant for them, again the Human Race above all else does one thing, replaces itself. If sex were not pleasant for females we would all be in a lot of trouble. Two nights ago I went out wearing new high heels. Halfway through the night they started rubbing on the side of the ball of my foot so I put a piece of tissue in my shoe to stop it hurting so much and tried to ignore it. In the morning, the blister had turned into a horrible sticky open wound and the area around it was all swollen. I thought it would sort itself out so I put a band aid on it and left it but today it's still the same. Everytime the band aid comes off, the wound is still open and full of pus and my foot is still swollen so I can't really walk comfortably.

I used to be a pro snowboarder and we encountered this a lot. We called it Boot-Rot but basically your abrasion needs to dry out. Band-aids and ointments are counterproductive because they keep the wound damp. Do everything you can to expose the area to the wound and use breathe-able band aids when you have to (shoes/work. Air is what will heal this. We used gold-bond foot powder liberally inside an ACE bandage when we had to perform. Perhaps fill a sock with it during sleep?

Are you supposed to do homework by yourself, or with other people, so you can have a better advantage?
And why?
When people do homework together, without the teacher saying so, is that cheating? Or when people copy homework from other people. Or is that having the best advantage?
I thought you were only supposed to get answers from other people when you didn't understand something and needed help. But copying directly from someone else, or doing certain parts just to get the work done faster. It's not ethically right, and I thought that is not how homework is supposed to be either. But my mom thinks otherwise, and now I'm really confused.
I'm a 17 year old junior.. and it takes me longer to do work and everything cause I never cheat with homework like that. Honestly I'll admit I cheat occasionally on tests and quizzes, but I'll admit its wrong. If I spent more time studying, which I'm trying to do, to be a better student, I wouldn't have needed to do that. I only get answers when I don't understand something but I thought that's what the main point of homework was.. to only ask when you needed help. and there's a difference between having help and being lazy. at least admit its wrong.. people seem to act like its okay and everything. and then they wonder why our world is so f***ed up. from someone copying work from someone else to "get the best advantage" to a politicians avoiding taxes to "get the best advantage", its the same f***ing concept.
Are we supposed to try and have the best advantage or do what is ethically right? I am so confused. (link)

You will know in your heart if group efforts are leaning toward academic dishonesty. If you obtained answers from someone you could not have gotten yourself, you are cheating. But, not your school parents or teachers just yourself. Sometimes you have to scramble and lean on peers but, that is not cheating. Your teacher will announce when they want independent efforts made.

???????? Oily skin from cheeba? First, skin is naturally oily for health reasons including preventing premature wrinkling, fending off bacteria and parasites. However, Neutragena (dont know how to spell it) makes a soap that is murder to skin oil. Comes in a red box and is marketed for acne. This stuff will clean engine parts. I used it for teenage acne but soon stopped because my hands were CRACKING from applying the stuff. Also, make sure your smoking ONLY and QUALITY MJ. Not just some spliff making its way around the room.
