what kinds of thigns can happen if you take oxycontin? like how long will it take to be addicted, and like what kinds of reactions can one have? and like what can happen like long term effects? and does any one know any additional info about them?

My Mother was on Oxy's for a long time because back pain. I made the mistake of tring them. 5 mg at first(I cut a 10 in half) Oxy-contin gives you the same high as heroin. Leaves you in a europhic state. The pills last longer than heroin. This is why many addicted to oxy's start using herion-easier to get. You will be addicted right away. Depending on how many MG you take reactions can be very bad. You feel like you cant move, throwing up. Addiction and liver and kidney failure are long term effects. I was lucky enough to be able to stop. which is very rare. Not a good thing to get into. Please feel free to write me for any additional info.

When I get period on my underwear, I try to rinse it out in the sink as soon as possible. My question is this-- should I use hot water to rinse it or cold? I've heard both opinios for the following reasons:

*You should use hot water because it will rinse it out better.
*You should use cold water because hot water will cause it to set and then it will be stained. So I guess my question is, is this true?

hydrogen peroxide that will work the best. Soak it then rinse with warm water not hot. then put in wash. Always works for me.

Well today I woke up with a really stuffy nose. I went to go take a shower and I bent down to pick up some shampoo and when I got back up I got dizzy and this gray fuzz took up like half my vision. It started from the bottom of my eye but seemed to stop halfway. It made my eyes water and head spin.

Maybe it was from getting up too fast + a head cold? This never happens when I just get up really fast, but I do get a little dizzy. But I was hoping for your help...because I'm not sure. =o/

I am pretty actively involved in musical theater and have an audition coming up soon! For my audition, I need 2 sing a song, but the problem is, I am having trouble finding a good song 4 my voice. Does any1 have any song suggestions for an alto girl? (Broadway or Disney songs are preferred most by the directors, but I'm willing 4 other suggestions 2!) Thanks all!!

Babydoll...I know when you have feelings like you do nothing anyone tells you seems to matter. You at least reconize you have a problem and are now seeking help by telling us what you feel. This is really good. You are depressed. do you have anyone close to you you can talk about your feeling to? I am telling you right now the best thing for you is to go talk to someone you love and trust. your so young hunny. Things prob dont look like they will get any better. Belive me they will. the age your at now and untile you 17 or 18 are going to be tough. belive me I went through it. I am 22 now and things are just falling into place. I am very happy. If you stick it out darling things will fall into place for you too. You may want to think about seeing you MD and telling him about you depression. they maybe able to put you on something to lift your spirts a bit. I loved that feeling back in the day....It was great to feel so happy when you see a person you like. Now i would say if he is your Boyfriend then go for it and tell him how you feel...but if you guys arnt together yet.... then wait a while...my experience with guys is when you tell them something like love too soon it scares them away. def let him know you like him and are intrested in him. But dont drop the L bomb too soon. Most important thing to remember...Guys always want what they cant have. In other worrds do seem to egar, play a little hard to get. when he calls you dont call him right back..make him sweat it out..little things like that. Babydoll..Use your computer...Most computer..not Mac's though....Have Powerpoint on them. anytime i need to make a flyer I use powerpoint. It easy to use, and you can even go on line and get pictures and put them into powerpoint. If you need help setting anythng up or getting started e-mail me. Theres this guy at my school, and towards the end of my 6th grade year (last year) he started acting really perverted. We were never friends or anything, but at the end of the year he started to like me..well any way. I had to sit by him in all the classes we had together (it was only 3 but still) and after my 5th hour he would always get out of the class room before me and when I would walk out he would be around the cornor and he'd chase me down to my next class..and it was all just really wierd, he was always starin at my but and all that crap..and it was really grose! Can anyone tell me what I could do to stop him from doing these things next year? I just dont want to be stalked again! Thanx for the help!

Baby-doll, all you can do is keep telling the school. If he contiues to bother you like that, its called sexual harrasment. You dont need to put up with anything like that. I had the same problem in high school, keep a little note book about what he does, and at the end of the week, show it to a counsler, or teacher. Have you told your parents about this? They may be able to do something. If that dosent stop it, do you have an older brother or older guy friend that might be able to say something, or stick up for you. Let me know If this helped hunny. My car keeps dying every once in a while. It happens usually when I brake to stop. I had the air filter changed, I got a new muffler, etc. What could be causing this and how do I stop it. It died when I was on a steep him, and I rolled into the middle of the intersection and almost got hit. I don't want to get into an accident, I can't afford it.

You need to do further research to see if your vehicle is equipped with a idle air control valve. This is one of the main culpret that cause cars to die when idling or coming to a stop. Fords are bad with this issue.

Yes sweetie you can have sex...I can get a bit messy, and if your not using protection, you can still get pregnate. If you want to try and avoid a mess, try doing it in the shower, Its still kinda gross but a little less messy and easier clean-up. Good Luck !
