You need to eat foods that are high in protien; like when your hungry you should snack on things like peanuts and almonds. Also eating healthy meals like fish and chicken is good!

I want to try out for cheerleading. I have never cheered before a day in my life. I just want to do it now, even though I will be tryin out when I am a sophmore cheering my junior year. Need some tips and fast. Do I need to workout? Please help. (link)

Okay, when your trying out theres a few things you MUST remember when trying out in front of the judges:
SMILE & be PEPPY: basically be the bubbliest, loudest and happiest out of them all- believe me they notice! And when your going into the tryout room, cheer as your coming in! Show the judges something different.
Facials: Basically...look like a retard c[= you need to make different facials-just smiling doesnt cut it, they want personality so you hav to hav the best personality there
Sharp Motions: NO water movements, sharp and precice. a high v cant look like a t; it needs to be sharp and defined.
Just believe you can do it, dont hold back! Be peppy and have spirit, remember that wat a cheerleader does they LEAD the CHEERing; you are responsible for keeping the spirit up for your whole school! You can do it, good luck!!

Ok well im moving and we are finally buying a house. My parents said that we could buy 2 dogs a dog that stays small and a larger dog maybe like a retriever or something. well i get to choose what kind of small dog we want and i need some help, any ideas? also any ideas for names?

one small type of dog that very cute and good for families is a toy english spaniel.
-Grooming requirements are low, just brush regularly
-He's perfect for an apartment and a couch potato owner
-Calm and quiet
They are very cute and low maitnenace. =]
For a big dog theres no other dog i would suggest exvept for a golden retriever. They are absolutely GORGEOUS dogs. They are loyal and protective and beautiful.

I tried out for a solo in chorus but I didnt get it. And now Im really mad because I ALWAYS win at singing and get solo's. Im not used to this. Plus, a girl I HATE got it. And she always says shes better than me.. And this just PROVES it. What do i do?..

well you cant MAKE him like you...but you can help him along =] just flirt alot with him and let him know your into him. hang out with him a lot too, get to know him well because the closer you two are as friends before you start going out, the more successful you future relationship will probably be! =]

well you know that you naturally have it, after all you used to be a gymnast. the same thing happended to me and the simplest way i could put it is...i just went for it. being scared cant stop you, u have to push yourself to do it and have confidence! you CAN do it you WILL do and your gonna look AWSOME!! good luck!! =]

i started babysitting when i was 13, but thats not always the right age for everyone...you need to truthfully evaluate yourself and how responsible you are. Would you know how to deal with a child who was choking? Who was crying? If you think your ready for this responsibility-your ready to babysit. And as for the price, depending on how well behaved the kids are and how long 4-6$ is about right. hope that helps =]

well first of all just remember this; your grandmother loves you and everything she does is for your own good. all you need to do is politely say grandma can you not move my stuff please, if you want me to move it just ask and i will. and about the little boy, if i were you i would just come straight out. i would say grandma im sorry if im making a mess and ill try to cut it out but you make me feel like you like jordy more than me. hopefully shell understand! i hope this helps =]

hello im a gurl..me and my bf have been dating for awhile and i was just wondering how do you know if your boyfriend is still into his ex? i mean we broke up once before because he still had feelings for his ex and he still talks to her but not alot now he said they are just friends but i dont like him talking to her and i told him that but im not sure if he has stopped...so how should i know and is there any way to put into words to stop talkin to her without sounding mean and controlling?

Theres no easy way to know if your guy is still into his ex without asking him. If hes not into her then he should tell the truth and that thier still just friends. You dont need to ask him to stop being friends with her, becuase im sure if you eventually break up youll want to stay friends; but you could ask him why it is that it seems like hes flirting with her. some guys are just naturally flirtatious and if this bothers you you hav to tell him. Ask his friends about him, im sure theyll tell the truth; its probly nothing to worry about, hes probly just a friendly guy! If this is the case, dont worry about it. But if it continues you have to ask him and be firm, tell him you dont like him flirting with her. Yu have nothing to lose- if hes worth it hell understand and if he doenst; your probly better of, theres plenty of fish in the sea...you just need to find the right spot and the right time to cast your line =]

k for halloween i'm being a cowgirl. i have a cowboy hat and stuff but i'm just not sure how i should wear my hair. it's not very long.. it just touches the top of my shoulders when it's straight. i was wondering if i should put it in pigtails or if i should just leave it down? what would go with the 'cowgirl' theme more? thanks (link)

Ok, well I have no ideas for a costume for Halloween! We just went to a cheap store and bought some stuff that my mom basically picked out that I don't like. okay well here are some ideas
that might be helpful:
daisy duke- you can wear your own short shorts and put your hair in braids with a cowboy hat and cheap boots from tj maxx
robber- just dress in black with the little cap and a bag
angel- this is classic and not hard to do
mouse- just make some whisker and a tail and wear a grey shirt and sweatpants
jock/sports player- you can wear your own school sports outfit (if you play sports)
guy- wear you dads clothes and color on a mustache...its actually wicked funny!
hobo- wear old clothes that you can cut or rip and put on some old gloves with holes FUNNY!
