I think I may have slight depression and I need advice. I find that in most events, I come home and feel like it could have been funner, I feel like I keep a lot of stuff inside(as you can see I'm on here) and I don't like myself half the time. I often think about hte past and what I could have done differently and I find it hard to relax and just have a good time when there are thigs that could get done. I also think that I may be developing an eating disorder. I don't eat a lot of meat, if I don't exercise at least every other day i get anxious, and I made myself puke once. ????help! (link)

Well, sometimes you just need to realize that looking back and thinking about what you could've done differently, or regretting is just dumb. If you think about it, there's no such thing as a time machine so you can't go back so why dwell on the unchangeable past? Look to the future and find how you can make those things better, and move on. As far as the eating disorder, I had the same problem about a year ago. I got to a discusting size, I looked like a skeleton and it was just unnatractive. I'm so glad I realized that because I finally got to a healthy weight and I look great. It's not bad to exercize every other day, just please don't stress if you miss a day. I'm sure you aren't overweight, actually I'm positive you aren't because of your habbits. If any of this escalates, please get help. The death rate associated with anorexia is 12 times higher than the death rate of ALL causes of death for females 15 – 24 years old. Keep that in mind.

my name is Rachel and iam 19 years old and I weigh 168 pounds and iam only 5 foot 2 inches tall. I know i need to lose weight becouse iam overweight for my heighth but i just can't stop eating. Whenever I see food I eat just becouse it's there. this could possibly be an eating disorder called binge eating, but unlike bulemics you don't throw your food up. i'm definitely not saying go throw up. what i am saying though is this can be just as serious as anorexia or bulemia. over eating and being over weight can be horrible for your health. talk to your doctor about it, maybe even see a theripist. food is addicting!

i say that if you do decide you want to drink after grad, maybe you should drink a little before that time because i was a sloppy, annoying person the first time i got drunk. now i can control myself better and know when to stop, so maybe party a little bit then drink after graduation, haha.

Okay so I'm 14 and a want a vibrator.

if you're sure you're ready, just do it. the only way anyone would find out is if you or your partner spreads the word. yes, you can still get pregnant by using a condom, it's not likely but possible. just ask the guy to pull out before he cums, and make sure the condoms on correctly.
