my legs are muscular, and fattish. how can i make them smaller, or more presentable in a swimsuit? they are big. not fat, but like...ugh this is difficult. when i stand there my butt/thigh part looks like it has little indents around there and i feel like that is fatty stuff. ive been doing leg raises and i feel tahts tightening it up, will that make it look better? how do i get my legs smaller? or more presentable? please help, ill rate!

Yea leg raises will help but you might try running a little more. I know i HATE running just as much as the next non-track-star but this will help and you dont really have to run that far or long just be consistent with your exercises. Oh and lunges will help alot if your doing them right you can feel the burn!! Hope this helps!!!

K today this guy i like , came up to me and hugged me. He held me for atleast 5 minutes. ok my best friend jayla thinks she's pretty and acts like she the prettiest one in the world. I don't like the way she acts. Her personality I don't like. She be calling other girls ugly at one minute and then the next minute, she sees her givng someone eles candy, she(jayla)holds her hand out, and expects that girl to give her candy. Now I don't know if I should be her best friend and I don't know if I shoudl even be her friend at all. She sometimes be calling me and my friends ugly, and I hate that!!! I sometimes feel like saying something mean back. But any thing that comes out of my mouth that is mean, it sometimes goes too far over the limit. she think I forgot all the things she be syaing but I don't!! and she also don't be having my back. help!! okay i dont know what to do, for about three weeks now my hair has been falling out in like little clumps and when i wash it or brush it so much hair falls out, i dont know what to do because about half my hair is already gone! its not really noticable that its been falling out though cause my hair was really think to begin with. i eat more than the required enough amount of protien so i was wondering what could be causing this?? could it be my medicene...amitriptyline? please help i will rate 5s for anyone who can help me! Okay, here's where it starts... about a month ago, I hurt my foot on a friend's trampoline. I think I hurt that tendon (sp?) at the bottom of my foot. It hurt so bad. Now my foot is fine, but if I walk long distances, it hurts really bad! It doesn't really do that if I run (Unless I run a lot in a short period of time). Could I have messed up my foot somehow? Go to your doctor you could have stretched a ligamnet or like you said a tendon and you need a doctor's help. Try to elevate it until you can get to a doctor and put ice on it occasionally. Try working it out though you can't just keep it stationary it'll get stiff and will be harder to use if you need to.

You should really try and ask her back out. It doesn't sound liek the break-up was very messy so jsut explain to ehr tha you love her but don;t sound too desperatre just explain to her that you want to go back out with her but if she doesn't want to then ya'll can be jsut really good friends. You'll find this effective and either way you gain a really good friend!!!

Put aloe vera on it and it'll stop peeling in liek two days. Make sureto apply ot alot each day every time you feel it becoming dry put it on hope it goes away!!

ok... i like this guy but i cant say his name, so ill call him MR. You really need to tell her not to cut herself. You'll be a good friend but you'll actually be helping her instead of supporting her hurting herself. If i was in your shoes tis is what i'd do: You need to explain to her that you don't want her to cut because it could hurt her really bad and you don't your friend hurting. Cutters die from cutting in the wrong place everyday you cannot support this anymore she'll understand if you explain you dont want to see her this way and she'll probably stop and will still be your friend if not better friends becasue you helped her.

I'm new this year at my private school, and it's really strict! I mean, REALLY strict. Anyway, every year they have a picnic at the park, with water balloons and good food. (Finally! A time to dress casual at school!) but I just found out that girls have to wear skirts...at a picnic?! I don't know what to wear when I go, and how I can stay comfortable and look good too. It also has to be something I can get dirty because we're gonna have water guns and stuff. If you have a sollution on where to shop, thanks!

You need to take this cold before it starts in hopes of getting rid of it while you still can. Take some medicine drink lots of liquids and eat generic foods. You'll feel better before your conference hopefully!! Stay warm and i hope you feel better!!!

This is truely a tough question i mean you've obviously tried to let go of your past with him but you just can't. My advice: you can't go back wtih him no matter how bad you want to or how much you feel you need him because you really really don't. He was low enough to cheat on you with of all people YOUR BEST FRIEND and now you want him back. Gurl he should be beggin to get back with you!!! If he wants to play games and cheat on people let him get hurt by not wanting him back!! You can do it i know you can your strong and you dont need him. You have two choices that are equally consequenced: 1. like you said you could just sit around and love her and wish she loved you back and daydream about her and u going out but thats not goin to do anyone any good. or 2.you can tell her you love her again and ya'll will more than likely go back out but she'll break your heart again and ya'll will break up and this will all start over again the only way you can prevent this reoccurance is stop talkin to people who break your heart
