i hate my weight so much! im 13/f like around 135 pounds or something im seirously annoyed i can never make a commitiment and i hate it ! i seirously do whenever i freaken go out to the stores it takes me a while! to buy something because of my size and its so embarassing
as for skool they have a store there which i see people eating food chips and really good stuff and i seriously dont knw what to do my mom wouold make me lunch but i get so hungry at skool and dont know what to do.. i have a treatmille at home so i could work out on that, my sisters are all skinny wit nice bodies and thyve been really trying to help me and my mom aswell they dont want me to miss out on stuff.. im seriously anoyed can somone help me please do you think if i were seriosuue about it id be able to lose wieght before this skool year ends

Just walk on a treadmill, litsen to music while your at it, or do any other exercise (not to much). Dont go on a diet, just watch what you eat!!! There is a diffrence! Get some wheelpower, dont pressure your self into getting chips!
Here are some things NOT! to do:
Dont get an eating disorder,
No diets,
Do NOT exercise anymore than you can,
NO laxitives or duretics,
Dont eat just one meal,
Dont eat just 500 calories a day!,
You CAN eat stuff with calories!!!
You can do anything you set your mind to, just dont get it over your head

I've seen a lot of people on here asking questions who are like 13 and 5"9 and 14 and like 5"8. Well, I'm 5"4, and I know I'm going to be tall when I grow up, like 5"9 or so. So anyway, like no one I know looks like they're done growing at 5"10 or whatever. Is it normal for me not to be done growing and for others to be? Isn't it sort of early for people to be done growing at 5"10 when you're only like 13 or 14? (link)

My little brother is 11 and he is 5 feet 8 inches!!!! It doesnt matter if your short, especially when your a girl. If your parents are short, then you might be short. Just look at how tall your mom is, youll probably be as tall as her, or about the same size. But im not promising you will be as tall as your parents, because im 14 and taller than my dad (im 5"10, and hes 5"9). My grandparents are tall, but my dad must have skipped a gene, because hes almost average. After all the average hieght fo a 13 year old girl is 5"1

Well, if your grounded from the internet, I dont know how your on. When I get grounded, I do my homework, hoping the teacher scheduled a lot so I can kill time. I dont read books, I hate reading!!!! But you might want to read, but you can do anything you set your mind to. Exercise in your room. Draw, you could pick up skills. And you could study (haha).

Its October 16 of 07. Well the names Stephen. the situation is that a very good friend of mine Aram was seeing this girl Brianna for 6 months. We all had worked together at a theatre and thats pretty much how we all met. Recently they broke up at around the end of of july and since then i have been hanging with Brianna a lot lately.
i was with her when they had problems in mid july and had started have feelings grow for her. They break up then about a month later when we hang out a lot she tells me that she has feelings for me. Well i tell her that i had feelings for this other girl Angela. I told Brianna that it was Angela but eventually told Brianna i also had feelings for her but she didn't know that it was stronger with her at the time. So we hang out more but i hold back because of the fat that i had to talk to Aram before doing anything and clearing that situation up.
Well countless times when Brianna and were together i held back and i feel that it was unfair to her because she also thouht that i wanted to be with Angela. Well after a little under three months she talking to Aram now and i still have feeling for her and i know that she has feelings for him. Well i want to talk to him about that.
I know that they still have feelings for each other and that she has feelings for me but i think that she would choose him. And i have talked to him about how i felt about her and he was glad that it was a guy that he knew but still he is a best friend and i know that hurt him. But i didn't do anything with her. I held back for Arams sake. What do i do now?
I talked to Aram around the end of september and i want to talk to him now about what we should do but i mean if i cant talk to him because he is mad or hurt by me what the hell can i do? I want him to know that it should be her choice really. We both want to be with her but the fact that he has been with her first makes me want to give him the chance because they have history. .

I think that you should tell Brianna that you have feelings for her, and if she likes you better or Aram better. If you ask me, she probably likes you better, but I might be wrong. But there is one thing, if she likes you better, Aram might not want to be your friend. Aram will probably feel betrayed. But whatever happens, life goes on. But you will have to chose who you have more of a good bond with. Hope I helped!!!

One of you girls should be an angel, one of you girls should be devil, you can keep it normal, or sexy, but if youre taking youre little crother, then you should just keep it normal. Also, you could both be hippies, thats pretty cool, and will probably be funny to little kids.

Im in kind of a screwed up situation.
My GF is 18. We were together for almost 3 years. She left me.
The relationship is over. But the catalyst that caused her to leave, is that she is and has been in love with someone else.
That someone else is her married with two kids to a wife he doesnt love but knocked up _step_brother_
Thats right. Her fucking step brother.
She thinks that he is going to divorce his wife, her mother will divorce her step dad, and that she can love him and marry his 24 year old redneck loser ass and be the mother to his kids, who are like 2 and 3 1/2.
Now. My conundrum. My choice.
On the one hand, I can leave it alone. Walk away. Its not my business.
On the other hand, shes going to fuck her life up. She might well fuck up a marriage, and create an issue that will split the family apart completely, and just generally fuck everything up.
And on that other hand, I might want to talk to her mom.
Doing so might get her cut off. It might make a positive difference. Theres pros and cons. But the one thing I CAN be certain of is that it will not become a whole family issue if I tell her mother. And it would probably save the other marriage though it also stands the chance of destroying my ex mentally and emotionally and she will guaranteed never talk to me again.
So, what do I do?
Do I tell her mother, in hopes that her mother can offer her some guidance and in hopes that she would take it, and hope that by doing so I prevent her from getting caught and destroying a minimum of 5 lives (hers, his, his wive's and their kids). Or do I leave it alone, and walk away because it isnt my business.

One word EWWWW! That is digusting that she is likes her step-brother as a boyfriend. But if you want to make youre life a living Jerry Springer, dont tell her mom!!!! It is youre ex's choice to ruin her life. There is a slim to none chance that you will make it better, if not you will make it 10 times worse! You should just find a nice, clean, polite girl, that would never even think to date her own step-brother. So, unless you want major drama in youre life, dont tell her mom!!!!

I'm pretty sure this generally happens a lot, but I dont know. My ex dumped me like..idk 6 months ago? its been a while, plenty of time. but now he has a new gf. and i was about 99% sure that i was over him, but now when i see them together i just..i dont know, its not like im jealous exactly, its just that i dont like seeing him with someone else. does that make sense?
any advice to get over this?( besides finding my own guy or whatever, cause im being pretty independent lately.) does this mean im not totally over him also? cause i thought i was beyond him, but now i worry..and i so dont want to still be on that.

He might be trying to make you jelous, getting a brand new girlfriend right after you guys broke up. If not, you still might have heelings for him, apparently its easier for him to move on. Really think about if you still like him, if you dont, then tell him to cut you some slack, thats the only way youll be able to move on.
Sometimes we hold on to someone so tight, but when we think about how much we mean to them, it makes it easier to let go.

Here are things that might help:
Join a health club, or get a walking buddy...you end up talking while walking which is theropy in itself along with relieving stress from your body.
Take focus off your self and your depression-help someone out. Volunteer to help kids,senior citizens, or animals.
Join a comedy club, or go somewhere where there is comidians, laghing helps alot.
If you dont feel like doing any of these, then of course take pills. Try taking alot of vitamins, and get help from doctors or therapists. Hope I helped!!!!!

I'm positive that I have OCD and I'm almost positive that I had SAD, but I haven't told anyone yet and even though my parents see my compulsions they dont make the connection or anything and I don't know how to go about telling them or asking them to take me to a psychiatrist. Any advice?
Also, if there is anyone on here who has OCD or SAD that I could ask some questions to that would be great.

I have ocd, if you have ocd, then you have to repeat things that other people dont,and have alot of things even, sometimes count alot. There isnt really a cure for ocd. But you can go to google and search ocd self test,then you really will find out
As for SAD, Ive never heard of it, but if its like OCD, thengoogle SAD

my sister is getting married and her budget is 500$!,thats really cheap!!! Then I know someone whos wedding was 50,000$! So you can spend as much as you want, because the wedding is only going to happen once, (hopefully). She has tons of wedding magazine orders, and some that people gave to her. So you should get some wedding magazines, like Modern Bride and Inside weddings.
Wedding magazines have alot of planning pages, in style wedding dresses, and what people are in the wedding. Hopefully my advice helped, and I hope you have a good wedding and a great husband or bride.

Well, I am not sure what to do about my sister. Ummmm, lets call her RAT, I love her to bits, but lately she has really been getting on my nerves, its just the things that she does and the fact that she cires over anything, its not like she is really little, shes older than me, she's 22 and a PICES. I know that RAT has her own problems but I think she uses me as an excuse to cry about her other problems, so its like everyone thinks that I have done something wrong to her when I really haven't.

I have a 22 year old sister and a 19 year old sister right now everyone is caring about them because my oldest sister is engaged and my other sister has always been the center of attention plus she is trying to find a collage. My sister used to emotional to, sometimes they just go through alot of trouble and they need someone to turn to sometimes, one day she will be on her own and will take it out on other people than you, someday everything will change.
