i hate my weight so much! im 13/f like around 135 pounds or something im seirously annoyed i can never make a commitiment and i hate it ! i seirously do whenever i freaken go out to the stores it takes me a while! to buy something because of my size and its so embarassing
as for skool they have a store there which i see people eating food chips and really good stuff and i seriously dont knw what to do my mom wouold make me lunch but i get so hungry at skool and dont know what to do.. i have a treatmille at home so i could work out on that, my sisters are all skinny wit nice bodies and thyve been really trying to help me and my mom aswell they dont want me to miss out on stuff.. im seriously anoyed can somone help me please do you think if i were seriosuue about it id be able to lose wieght before this skool year ends

I weigh the same as you,and aside from maybe being a tiny bit thick. I'm not overly concerned.
You shouldn't be this worked up over it.
But if you wan't to make a healthy change. Do just that.
Eat healthy, no more junk food on a regular basis.
Don't deprive yourself of something like a cookie every once in a while, it'll keep you motivated. And not having any will make you want it more, and thus you may binge.

advice15 answered Thursday October 18 2007, 10:14 pm: Just walk on a treadmill, litsen to music while your at it, or do any other exercise (not to much). Dont go on a diet, just watch what you eat!!! There is a diffrence! Get some wheelpower, dont pressure your self into getting chips!
Here are some things NOT! to do:
Dont get an eating disorder,
No diets,
Do NOT exercise anymore than you can,
NO laxitives or duretics,
Dont eat just one meal,
Dont eat just 500 calories a day!,
You CAN eat stuff with calories!!!
